Let me tell you I’ve been driving around Murfreesboro all day today to get my mom a washer and dryer , and everything was way to high or you had to get them separate . But let me tell you my last place I went into was the best ! Bestway was everything , I had alot of questions and Ms. Becca answered them and more , I got to spin a wheel and that got my mom 6 months free !! And my mom got a brand new washer and dryer !! This company is a scam. They trick you into large debt and the price is never correct. They need to be shut down. I’m not letting this go and I will be taking further action. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! You will regret any purchase you make from them and you WILL BE SCREWED OVER!

I was running with a group of friends who were girls and the drivers of the Bestway Truck honked a bunch when they drove past, and that made the girls really uncomfortable.

If I could leave no stars I would. I had a time window for 10-12. No one showed up. I paid my deposit for delivery and everything. They didn’t give me a call to say they were running late. I called them twice and they said in 10 more minutes both times. If they never show up I’m flipping out!

Its a been a joy getting my furniture etc to my home from these guys. If you pay on time youll have a great experience & even if you cant pay by your due date just talk to them about it. They will definitely work something out for you. Communication is the key

Been a customer of theirs for a few years spent a couple thousand of dollars paying my washer and dryer off only for my washer to break down they brought me a loaner to use while they said they were going to fix mine only to come they brought my washer back not once but 4 times still broke and now that we have completely paid the washer off its still broken and there is nothing they can do now that we have paid it off and not only have we paid it off but it has been broken way before we paid it off and still broken I do not recommend this place to nobody because you will get cheated in the end out of spending thousands of dollars only for broken things 😡

Spend thousands of dollars at this place, being customer for long time, 2 days late unable to get in touch with them, and all I get from their Customer Rep Joe or what ever, can do nothing for you. I will pay it off and take my business else where. I have never been late with them ever, now he is saying he can not accommodate customer with $6.54 late fee. Bad service, don`t even try to keep me there as a customer for future. This is ridicules. There is so many places I can go and do business, and will do in future. Bad sevice

Put holes in my walls when they showed up unannounced on a holiday weekend to repo me on Saturday when I said I would pay on Monday after being 7 days late... But one of the other customers was standing next to one Day was a month late... they offered to returned the items once payment was made thank you but no thanks... Lesson learned about predatory rent to own companies... Be patient and save or use layaway:.. I was paying 600 a month, i was stupid... Went to rooms to go, paid 600 this month and 600 next month and the items are mine... Again leason learned... plz check my review on yelp for pictures of my damaged newly painted walls
