Planned to furnish a three bedroom house here including dining table etc. The unwillingness to help and dismissive attitude from these staff members sent me right out of the door. Not paying your commission or prices with poor attitudes. Zero stars

I’ve been coming in here for a while now and every time it gets worse. All the employees act like they hate their job and don’t want to be there. The manager is always away. So I told myself I’ll go one last time, good thing I did! I was greeted by Jadyn at the door with a bright smile and showed me around, getting me to purchase a new bedroom set! I was beyond pleased with her! She went above and beyond compared to everyone else! I’m surprised she isn’t the store manager!

I had a great experience with Badcock Furniture with my recent purchase. We recieved a discount on our mattresses we purchased for our conveince. The day of delivery a truck broke down which caused deliveries to be delayed. They stayed past 9 pm to make sure our stuff was put together for my kids to sleep on. The delivery guys where so kind and polite. They deserve a bonus for going above and beyond.

Horrible walked in and no one greeted us! Sat by looking at a item staring out loud we needed the price the blond and brunette girl looked right at us and went back to talking . Stood for a few minutes and still didn’t get acknowledged. Walked past them to exit the store and they still said nothing. Ridiculous and rude I even said have a nice day and they just laughed .

I recently visited Badcock on January 2nd after a ridiculous debacle with another furniture company for four months where I still hadnt received the couch I ordered that also included a BBB complaint. I am a Badcock customer for life after this experience. Today 1/29, my furniture was delivered in pristine condition snd this was also the original date I was promised. Not to mention I got a couch, fireplace and two end tables for less than what the couch from the competing company cost for by itself.Customer Service was spectacular and I am very pleased with the delivery service and how the items were packaged for delivery. Covered in blankets and plastic wrap on top of that. I am so excited and pleased with my new furniture pieces

Had furniture delivered and i guess they dont use furniture pads bringing furniture in peoples homes and had to stand up my dresser to get it in the room after hitting the door frame and guess they dragged it across the floor and messed up the corner of the dresser and marked the floor but they could have avoided all of it by having pads put down but i dont think it had anything to do with the delivery people because i guess theyre just busy and trying to get all of the deliveries done. Whoever is managing the store should make sure customers homes are being protected . The delivery people were super nice and respectful

We walked into the store and was greeted by Brian, we told him what we wanted, and he showed us the merchandise that we were looking to buy. He was very patient and helpful to us as we were trying to make up our minds. He did not hover over us where we could talk as a family, but he was still there to answer questions. He finished our paper work and explained everything fully before we left. It was a very pleasant experience. We would highly recommend Badcock Home Furnitlure in Murfreesboro, Tn.

Mike (Manager at the Murfreesboro office) has more than once been rude in ways that a manager should never be with customers. He escalated an already rocky situation by engaging in an over the phone argument with me after I guess he felt he wasn’t getting his own point across.When my drop off date was cancelled (without my approval) due to other items being on back order, he nor the employees at the store never decided to call to make us aware of this.The day before we had our shipment scheduled I called to make sure everything was going to arrive as scheduled (I had no idea all my items had been cancelled for delivery at this point). He proceeded to tell me there’s nothing he can do, but he would try to offer me a 10% discount. When I didn’t accept, he pretty much gave up on the conversation and told me there was nothing more that could be done and now my items will arrive in 4 weeks! Also that we lived a little out of the radius for delivery, so they were pretty much doing us a favor anyway. We purchased our items in JULY! It’s September! I get Covid has impacted a lot, but the situation at hand is most definitely Badcock to blame.I am so disappointed in the service at this store, it’s unreal. This is the second time I’ve delt with Mike and his unprofessional manner. People need to know how customers are being talked to at this location.

The most disappointing experience I had with this store is the fact that my furniture wasn’t delivered on the day expected and then couldn’t be delivered on the second promised date. Not sure why no one could give me direct answers on the day of delivery. Then the manager expected me to trust that I would get my furniture on the third promised day and just accept a 10% discount, but I had given up on them by then. Plus he was quite rude...No thank you sir. Gave them two stars because I at least got my refund on time.

Great service!! Brian Alcorn was very patient with us while we were trying to make up our mind on what we wanted. He was very kind and gave us all the information we asked for with a smile. He was helpful yet not pushy!! He was just the right amount of “customer service” we needed to purchase our bedroom set from Badcock after going to four other well known heavy hitters in town. Omg. I love this store because they changed my life and credit. Whenever I need anything to make my house look better, Badcock here I come. I love that they are always so so nice and determined to satisfy their customers. So if you need to build some credit or bring it up then start small at badcock only by making sure your payments are always on time. Go go go

First I would like thank all of the people at this establishment (Mr.Billy, Ms.Gina, Ms. Lauren, and even the delivery guy Mr. Tyler)! Now my first delivery attempt did not go as planned. It was supposed to be delivered on 11/23/2018. The furniture arrived on time but was incorrect. I asked Tyler to take the furniture back, I would follow-up with Mr. Billy directly. At the time I was enjoying my family Thanksgiving in Florida. I immediately called the store Ms. Lauren took down my information, I explained I would be flying back home soon and we could handle this at that time. (Of course i would be coming home to a empty room) The date of my return 11/24/2018 I spoke with Mr. Billy who apologized for the confusion and performed a act of customer service which I was very pleased with, including the re-delivery of the furniture on 11/27/2018. This single gesture only assured me this store and its employees actually care about there product and its customers. *** I will definitely be a returning & referring customer ***

The service was great after I waited awhile to be helped. We got our furniture and all the screws have fallen out of the dining room chairs after 1 month. The couch lever had broke and we called the store and let them know and all they had to say was did you get the warranty I couldnt believe it after 1 month the furniture is falling apart...That to me is unacceptable you would think with a company like Babcock they would back there furniture but I guess not. We are looking for another dining room table and chair set but not from this company.

I purchased a bed set from this location and when it was delivered everything Looked better than it did when it was in the store however after the delivery guys left I noticed the footboard had a chip on it, I contacted the store A few days later and let them know and took a few pictures of it and they took care of the problem very fast and efficiently, everybody atThis location was fantastic from the sales people to the management all the way to the delivery people, I highly recommend them, their customer service is fantastic and they don’t give their customers any hassle when it comes to a problem they fix it very fast and efficiently, I will definitely be coming back when I need my furniture

If you go furniture shopping in Murfreesboro do not bring a truck, many of the furniture stores in Murfreesboro do not carry their furniture in stock and it will have to be delivered. I was very dissatisfied seeing as I wasted an entire day furniture shopping. Why not just shop online. It seems like furniture in stores is more expensive than the same one online. So if you can find the same furniture online I would highly recommend never going to a furniture store.

Five is for outstanding customer service for the individual that helped me on 11th of September that helped me purchase a washer. My first contact of this store was on Labor Day is 18, I was in dire need of a washer and has a specific one in mind, I arrived to be greeted by Dixie and she was helpful with showing me what washers they had on hand, I explained to her my dire need and told her since the one I wanted had to be ordered I would just take one in store, when I asked when it would be delivered she said it would take up to the weekend to get it, I then asked her well I wouldn’t mind paying extra to get it earlier but she told that was impossible basically because the one would have to be ordered so I left and decided to look other places. No luck to find one that I wanted so I went back to Badcock on the 11th to find Chris (I think), he was absolutely fantastic and helpful but here’s the funny thing - while standing there doing my transaction I saw Dixie of which stood there and told me yeah the one you wanted was sold out (because she checked after I left) so my ? Is why didn’t she do that while I was there on Labor Day? But what’s even funnier is Chris offered me same day delivery on the floor model unit and instead of opting for delivery I had someone come and pick it up to avoid delivery fees. Yes, the floor model of which Dixie never told me that was possible. Thanks Chris and Casey. You guys are amazing! Dixie work on your customer service. If a customer is in need and you can make it happen go the extra mile, that’s what customer service is all about.

No warranty support.Bought a couch, Loveseat and Recliner from them over 6 months ago (11-2-17)... The loveseats left side recliner had a bent bar somewhere in the reclining mechanism. The repair man came out after several month delay, said he would order the part and be back next month ( he only comes through once a month). No part ever arrived. Called about every other month to hear the same thing. Part is on order. Twice Weve heard the manger say you were on my list to call today.. Riggght!Called again today (seven months later), now they say the manufacturer wants a video and pictures of the defect! Heck, we dont know whats wrong other than the foot rest doesnt come all the way up.Seems like perpetual delays until the day that they can say weve owned it too long and its not covered. !!!!!Be very leery of promises from these people.... if there is a problem, make them take it back, dont wait on the repair service. youll be waiting till your old and grey.Update, I called the below number, was #2 ob hold, after several minutes I was #3. never did get a hold of anyone. Service guy who was supposed to have a day scheduled for us never showed up or called.If you really want to help, you have my name, get in touch with the Murfreesboro Manager and get my number. This is Nuts!!!!.
