Had a broken TV from Amazon. I dropped the broken TV off at UPS with Amazon return shipping labels and briefly spoke with an employee. Amazon never received the TV. One of your employees stole my broken TV.

Never again! I should’ve read the reviews before I visited this location.On Jan. 04, 2021 at 5:58 pm ( receipt ID 8320143880093188321) . I had one small box of Chocolate Girls Scout products to send 90 miles to Chattanooga Tennessee. Kaylee , after preparing the package for shipping stated “ We can have your package delivered tomorrow for $11:36. The following morning I tracked the package via UPS Website. The website stated on Tuesday Jan. 5, 2021, the package will be delivered by 9pm, in transit. Recheck tracking not delivered. New delivery time is now Friday Jan. 8, 2021. I never ask this to be guaranteed time, just the time I was told it would be delivered. I return to the store to ask what happened, Kaylee told me , Nothing is guaranteed this day and time, we are not offering a refund. I wasn’t looking for a refund. Just a better explanation and an apology for the LIE or the miss information I was given. BE WISE, READ REVIEWS! Go to FEDEX instead. Tracking # 1Z294E...... on 1/07/2021 . Package isnow in Jackson Mississippi. GO FIGURE! 90 mi trip has now become 290 mi trip. Terrible! Incompetent way of running a businessRESPONSE FROM OWNER VIA EMAIL:I called UPS this morning. Your package was mis-sorted at the Murfreesboro hub and is in transit from one of their hubs in Mississippi showing delivery for tomorrow. This was information that was not available to us at the time of your inquiry earlier this week.

Staff not the friendliest but marginally sufficient. To complicate matters UPS computer system was down so I couldn’t do a return and was advised I would need to come back later once the computers were up in order to get a physical receipt. Without a receipt it’s a he said, she said and if never processed then no refund from Amazon for items I was attempting to return

Horrid service. Unfriendly staff and hateful. No counters or weigh stations were wiped down after each customer and prices raised on shipping. Service attendant, Comelia needs to be trained on customer service. Dont do it.

I visited this location to return my AT&T U-Verse equipment back in April 2017. The staff were quick and extremely helpful and went out of their way to remind me not to discard the return receipt due to recent problems with AT&T returns.Naturally, I lost my receipt and couldnt provide AT&T proof of my return.Fast forward to this morning (months later). I came in again to try and get another copy of my return receipt but UPS doesnt keep track of those returns. The staff was very apologetic and was initially unable to find my records. However, later that day the store the owner/manager went out of his way to track down and email the records using the date I had visited the store (months earlier) to get my refund processed.Great customer service. Exceptional level of professionalism! Thanks for being awesome!

By fault of my own I dropped off a package without taking the time to get a tracking number. The company claimed they never received the package and relentlessly hounded me for money. The owner went out of his way to patiently help me resolve the issue. He was friendly, intelligent, knowledgeable, and effective! Not saying every story like mine ends well, but, very rarely do you find someone who will spend their time to help a situation that was MY mistake! Superb customer service and downright good old fashioned values...renewed faith in humanity!

Cant take corp shipping numbers??!! If you are going to fly the ups flag then you sure as should be willing to accept ups accounts numbers. Dont care about franchise song and dance. Next time its fedex. Thanks for wasting my time ups.

If I could write a 1,000 bad reviews for this UPS service I would. It is ridiculous how awful their customer service is. They misplaced my item twice and I have called them a total of 7 times and they still have not helped whatsoever. Literally the worst service I have ever experienced.

We needed to send something with DHL and this store is also a DHL store. When we got there it was about 20 minutes before they closed. Both of the people working smiled and greeted. They did not act aggravated like most people do when you arrive so close to closing time. They were very nice and polite. We will definitely be returning here when we need to ship other things.Another example of how wonderful these guys are. We were shipped a box of baby clothes to Mexico. They informed us that anything from certain countries were not permitted to enter through customs. The young lady working actually looked through all of the items with me. Rather than letting us send a package that would have been tied up with customs, they made sure we didnt have to go through that headache. That showed me they are not a money hungry place like other similar places.Super friendly and super helpful people!

The owner and his staff are shady and deceptive. I will take my business elsewhere. I will not contribute to garbage people. These people are greedy and snide. Making you go through unnecessary channels when you ask about your mail. They are suppose to email you when you get a package. They dont. Glad to be moving on .....

Went there yesterday to ship a package back to Amazon. They charged me $3 for them to check their email and print label. What a rip off! I understand charging me $.15 for the paper it was printed on but $3 for computer use is ridiculous!

The owner and operator of this UPS store (Mr. JAMES SHEELE) will flat out refuse the delivery of your packages to his location. I had 2 pieces of front door trim for my car delivered to his location on Wednesday March 27th at 11:51 an...this package was refuses delivery to his location based on his package height restriction. Subsequently having this package delivered to another location is costing me an extra 5 dollars in shipping. This is not a well run BUSINESS if you have other options for shipping or receiving packages I strongly suggest not doing business with this UPS Store location because of the business practices of a one MR. JAMES SHEEELE!!

I have shipped from this store 100 times! Today I had a return and a prepaid label and needed some tape on the box. She wanted to charge me $1 for tape!!!! You just lost a customer forever!!!! Will Never co back!!!

I needed to print a label, they said sure, to use their computer. Then they charged me $3 for computer use time!? Really!?!?!?! FedEx does it for free. Done with UPS!!!
