Best car wash in town.very friendly and helpful employees

This place was surprisingly really good. I usually get my car washed buy a hand car wash so that they can do a thorough job but this place actually did a better job then my hand car wash should I go to sew these people are really good and if you want your car to look and smell good I suggest you go there.

For me they did a very good job. I have been using this company for 20+ years and will continue to do so until something happens that Im not happy about. Very good service.

I believe their pricing board is a little misleading really couldnt tell the difference between the things. So I purchased the one I thought I would like the best. It turned out to be extremely good for the money I did a very good job vehicle is very nice inside and out

I bragged on this place to my son & offered to take his car in for a cleanup. I paid $34 for a #5. When I went to get in after they were finished I noticed the vacuum job wasnt very good. He has a white dog & I couldve done better with my home vacuum!! BUT thats not the worst part!! The drivers seat was jammed up under the steering wheel. I couldnt even get my legs in! I tried to move it back & it was stuck! They had rammed it up so hard that it jumped off the track! They wouldve let me drive off without saying anything if I hadnt noticed it because when I told the attendant he said oh yeah its stuck. Well, it took 2 of them to get it back on the track. No apology, nothing so I asked them to revacuum so one guy drove it up to the vacuum & I never saw him again. Finally the guy who takes your order asked me if I needed something & I told him it wasnt vacuumed good enough so he did the drivers side back floor! Im afraid theyve lost my business!

I havent been there in 4 years but last time the work was great. I went back on Saturday, during business hours listed, but it was closed and I see no update on whether there are new business hours, renovation.Edit: I now understand why they were closed and went that Monday to get it done. Work turned out amazing and Soo were the people. Changed rating to match service.

Just left this car wash. Spent $36 on “the works” and we will never be back. They did a horrible job. The detailer said “this definitely should have been vacuumed out better” and that was that. The door jams were not touched, the side of the doors still have tons of dirt/dust in them, the cup holders weren’t even touched, the steering wheel still has junk all over it. Never again.Update: they did refund my purchase price.

Puchaced the level 4 wash. I took my week old vehicle to be cleaned inside and out. The brushes left scratches. They did not vacuum well. My car was pretty clean to begin with but there were still leaves in the passenger floor after the vacuuming. My floor mats were not clean. I feel like for 35.00, my car should have been very clean inside and out with no scratches. I was disappointed.

Need to look car over good before you leave I paid for everything and my dash was still dirty in spots and other areas

The outside was clean mostly. The inside was terrible. Got the top package (#4). Armor all was half done. The dash wasnt completely finished, nor the doors. See pictures. They must have been blind as the floors were vacuumed horrible. They didnt bother cleaning the Weather Tech in the back. Why upcharge for a SUV when they dont clean the back? Our third row wasnt even in at the time. Also Weather Tech liner and mats were put back in soaking wet. Wont be going back.

Best car wash in Murfreesboro. Car is always cleaned stem to stern. Washed and wiped down thoroughly. Priced right and done efficiently. What more can you ask.

Paid for the best and received the worst had to walk they team around my car to show them all that they had missed and they still didn’t clean it I will never go back nor do I recommend this location to anyone your best bet is to go to the Nashville location they get the job done there

Great car wash. They have a Thursday special. 7 dollars for an exterior wash.

The people are very polite. They work very quickly and get the job done. However the outside of my car still had bugs all over the front, there was still bird poop in my windows. Over all it was okay but when you spend upwards of $30 to get your car cleaned, it should at least be clean.

Left a bag of beauty supplies in the car while it was being cleaned worth over $50 dollars. The bag went missing from the car and the manager Logan basically said tough luck. Won’t be going back again

They were working carelessly and I paid $26 for cleaning up my car from inside and outside, and vacuuming the whole car. They did not vacuum and they didn’t clean it clean up from inside. Based on their work they deserve $5 only.

We have been doing business with this location for over 20 years. Even after the Jones sold to Smith brothers we continued . The first several times we received very good and quality service especially during the times students provided the outside services. However, the last several times the quality, professionalism and overall service has drastically declined. Today (8-16-19) we had our truck services with “ Jacks” special as always. It was horrible, dash was not cleaned, floorboard were dirty, glass has smudge all around. There appeared to be non supervised employees outside just making a day without regard to quality service . Probably will not be a returning customer.

This was the second time coming to this car wash, The first time they did an excellent job but this time I was very disappointed. The exterior of the car is ok but the interior was just wiped over with excessive armor all. The whole center console and cup holders not cleaned. Just seemed like they take care of the obvious surfaces , like dash board and door panels, soak them with excess armor all and call it good! Next time I’ll just go to the cheaper car wash at least I’ll get my moneys worth.

Man the quality of work at this place has gone to the dogs. Outside was decent but there was still dirt on the tires. Inside still had debris in the carpet. Inside of the windows were still dirty. And yes, I paid for all that to be done. I won’t be back.

My vehicle is always very clean and my tires looks great. They people are very nice. The business is clean. I pass The Smith Brothers once a month because Im from out of town. The 1st time I stopped to get my vehicle washed, vacuum, interior and Windows cleaned, I was hooked. I still stop once a month.

It was awesome really enjoyed the service if u got the money get your car cleaned these folks will take care of you.

The outside was cleaned very well (the machine really never can let you down) but the vacuuming and wiping down of the inside left a lot to be desired. I paid $47.10 ($35.10 for service & $12 tip). I really expected a better result.

Terrible . Simply Put . Called up there told us the price was going to be $16.98 plus tax for a inside and outside clean we arrive and the price is changed to $30.00 but we still pay. After they cleaned the car we get in the car about to pull off and we notice simple things that were still left dirty. We took pictures and asked to speak to the manager he then proceeded to say that the dirt wasn’t there when they cleaned our car. Also recommended us to go to another car wash because they could not refund us our money or help us no longer. Please don’t waste your money it’s poor service, management and staff it should be closed down as a whole.

I am satisfied with the ext wash and interior cleaning service at a reasonable price of $24. My wheel rims are much cleaner but could have used a bit more scrubbing. And they could have wiped around my door handles more. But they didnt leave a greasy mess and that is a plus. Overall it is a good job.

They are very affordable and my car looked so much better afterwards. It look as good as if I had shelled out a lot of money for detailing but it looked great for the price and was better than what I could have done especially for how quickly it was done!

Friendly staff and they do a decent job of cleaning your car at a fair price.My only gripe would be that the waiting room needs to be cleaned up. The chairs you sit in are pretty gross looking and the walls and flooring are kinda rough looking.Otherwise, nice place to get a quick wash. I will be coming back.

The worst wash job ever,, I paid $32.00And I had to go home and wash it again...they only washed about half of it ..then they told me that they only put dressing on the tires.. the inside was half as job too... Would recommend that if you want a good wash go to a high school fund raiser,, they do a lot better job.... So sad...

I have always used Smith Brothers Car Wash. I had some residue on my dash after leaving there months ago. My husband noticed it the next day when driving to work but said it didnt bother him. We tried wiping it off etc... but wouldnt work. I was getting his truck serviced today but that residue on his dash was still there. So I swung by Smith Brothers because I had some extra time and got another car wash I might add. Talk to the owner and he said that they didnt so it and I said well what can you do about it? He said I am not going to do nothing because we didnt do it. I just purchased another car wash from them thinking they would have handled it and1 he basically called me a liar. This is the first negative review I have EVERY LEFT before and I will never go back there.

This is absolutely a horribly ran business starting with the owner of the franchise. If I give negative 5 stars I would give this smith bros car wash of Murfreesboro that rating. I went to this car wash and paid them to clean the outside and inside of my vehicle to only realize once they said it was ready that my car was not vacuum or doors and dash not wiped. I spoke to the woman in building and she told me to talk to the guy outside who is suppose to be the owner by the name of Willie Dennis. The owner did not even try to fix the issue by wiping car down and vacuuming just said thats as good as we are going to do. Now if I pay for a full service I expect a full service not just a $7 outside wash. While I was talking to the rude owner anoither lady brought her vehicle back for the same issue. This is a business that needs to be bought out by a new owner or closed. Unacceptable customer service especially when you tell a customer that you are not willing to fix the issue and if u come back again we will do the same poor cleaning job by talking your money for a service but not providing the service. Go to a car wash where the business values your vehicle and money.

Good customer service from some workers but my vehicle was still dirty and inside wasnt vacuumed even though I payed the money to have it done.not to mention they put tire shine on over my still dirty tires and got it all over the side of my vehicle.i have done speedy details before by myself and still didnt look as bad as it does after going here.in my opinion $28 was a rip off

Great car wash, they do need to have someone to direct vehicles when you first pull in, the person in front of me was cleaning out her car about three car lengths behind car being vacuumed by Smith employees when I pulled up behind her . I was ready for a car wash she was not so I pulled in front of her .

Took my SUV through bought the top package for $16 and a two dollar up charge for SUVs. The truck was not vacuumed or cleaned on the inside. The outside looked great, but i will not be returning. If you go dont just trust they will do what you paid for, inspect!!!

I was initially impressed by how quick the vehicles were moving thru and how fast the staff was. I paid $16 and some change. All I wanted was a quick wash and vaccum so I could turn on my Lyft app and get a few rides in before having to start my busy day. I usually, (and will continue to), do all of this on my own but today I just didnt have the time. Well after leaving Smith Brothers Car wash , I am still here cleaning my car. The outside looks amazing! I cannot say that for the interior. Mud on my door jams, debris in ever one of my seats. Dust and whatever else on my dash and cup holders. Not sure what the $16 and some change was for but it was a waste of my time. I couldve and shouldve went home and washed my car and vacuumed. I wouldnt be here wasting my time leaving a review that we couldve all avoided. It took me all of 10 minutes to remove the debris with my microfiber rag but still wasted my time and money. I wont be back. #disappointed

I paid $30 and the only thing that was done right was the air freshener... I am still cleaning the inside of my car as I type this. After this experience I can only imagine how trashy their cars look SMH if you want a clean car I suggest you do it yourself and save your money.

Paid $25 for a wash only to find mud and debris on my drivers-side mat. It was removed and returned with mud still on it. When I pointed that out, and the lady who brought it began to try to clean it herself, a guy came running up to say that the mat is bas worn and that they couldnt do anything else. The mats are WeatherTech and were purchased at Christmas.Two minutes and a touch of Dawn in my kitchen sink did the trick.

Unprofessional employee, they rip people off their money by changing the rate every time.When I questioned about the price the employee started to slide the automatic door down and locked me inside. I was really terrified and feared for my life. I told them I have a professional career and wont run off, I really dislike this savage behavior. Very disappointed

My family and I have been going to this car wash forever. They used to do an awesome job, however since their new ownership, things have gone DOWN HILL! After a previously bad experience, my mom and I gave Smith Brothers one more shot today and got the Jack Albert’s Special wash which is 20 something dollars...not overly pricey...but not cheap. When we received my car back, there was a black spot of what looked like dripped off a dirty rag onto my cloth driver’s seat. My mom immediately asked for it to be cleaned off...easy enough. Then the terror awaited us as we arrived home...we realized EVERYTHING WAS STILL DIRTY!!! And not as in a little dirty....as in they did not even TOUCH certain parts of my car. My rear view mirror had not been cleaned, neither had my steering wheel, both my console and my cup holders STILL HAD CRUMBS, doors were not wiped, peach airfreshener (that I personally picked out) was NOT placed in car, etc. The only thing done properly was the exterior wash and a vacuum. That’s not what we paid over $20 for. If an exterior wash and vacuum was all I wanted, I would’ve done it myself. We ended up running to Walgreens and grabbing some car cleaning wipes and just cleaning the inside ourselves. Today’s experience just confirmed what we feared from our previous encounter. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. You’re better off paying $10 at Sudsy’s, using their free window cleaner and vacuums, and grabbing some $3 dashboard cleaning wipes at the store. There ya go!!

We scheduled our car for an 8am detailing a week in advance and were told to have it in a little before 8 and it would take four hours. We dropped the car off at 7:40, and when we came back to pick it up after 12:30, it hadnt even been started yet. We were then told it would be done by closing at 5. Spoiler alert: it wasnt. None of the door jambs had been cleaned, there were still leaves, dirt, and soil throughout all of them. The tires hadnt been washed. The wheel wells were still muddy. There was still pet hair on the carpet, and when we pointed it out, the associate who had done the detailing said it was really stubborn and suggested we try a lint roller. It was then 5:20 and I asked to speak to a manager because if theres been zero attention to detail, Im not paying for a detailing. The woman at the counter was exceptionally rude and tried to tell me they spent so much time on our car. But by my math, if they hadnt even started by 12:45, and it was just coming out of the car wash when we got there at 5, it seems unlikely they spent 4 hours on it. In fact, my best guess is they had just started it when we called at 4 to make sure it would be done by 5. We then had to wait another 20 minutes before the manager came in to speak to us. He tried to say, its not like youre paying for a $200 detailing, youre payton for a $130 detailing, and asked what I expected. Frankly, I expected a detailing. I expected a clean car. They hadnt even done all of the things that are included in a premium car wash, let alone cleaned the details. Every person there was rude, and they did give us a discount since it clearly wasnt done, but $95 was still more than it was worth. If you schedule your clients for an 8am job for something that is by appointment only, then clean their car at 8am. Dont make an excuse about how drop-in car washes gave you a busy day. Dont call a half-assed car wash a detailing. Dont call it a detailing if you dont own the tools to get pet hair out of a car that was pretty clean when it was dropped off in the first place. And dont be rude to a customer because they suggest that maybe they should actually be getting the service they paid for. Im honestly not usually one to fuss, but this was obscene. I normally wouldnt get my car detailed, but were a military family moving overseas and there are strict requirements for shipping a vehicle, spit needed to be done. Instead, we wasted hours and hours of our day because this business couldnt follow its own schedule, and then on top of that, we still had to go home and finish detailing our own car that night.

I just left their, and I informed lady inside car was still dirty. Dash, inside still dirty, did not clean dash, doors, trays on console and doors still had trash. Outside still dirty. Very disappointed will not go back ever and I will make sure tell everyone I know. They were very rude.
