Does a good job cleaning paint, & does decent job on wheels, considering, but I pay for tire shine, and it rarely shines them at all, or evenly.. friendly staff

Cannot say how much I love going to this place with my monthly wash club membership. They are always friendly and smiling when you pull up and have always been quick to assist if I have an issue.Keep doing a great job guys!

Visited this location for the first time this past weekend. The service was excellent and the car wash was great quality.

Good places get vechicals washed , fast and clean place , very good vacuums

This is the worst carwash around. Its rough on your car, the machine isnt maintained well. Always out of at least one of the chemicals (usually tire shine) 9 out of 10 times you come out still dirty. $22 for a half washed car. Tommys best wash is $18 and you come out clean and satisfied. I wont be back. GO TO TOMMYS!

I truly enjoy the carwash and its value but I do wish that the attendance that scrub the front and the windshields could spend a little bit more time removing the bug splatters

Love this car wash but we are moving and I’ve been trying to cancel my membership. I’ve emailed twice now and called multiple times with no response that’s why I only put 3 stars. This is highly irritating especially since I keep getting charged but am no longer using.

This company has the worst customer service ever! I canceled my membership online and received a confirmation (computer generated) that my membership cancellation was confirmed. 2 months later they are still charging me and I can not get in touch with a human to speak with about it. Never doing business with them again. Hopefully I get my money back or at least they stop taking more of it.

The wash is getting worse. Car comes out just as dirty as it went in.

I know this is a 3 minute car wash but I think $22 is a lot to pay for what you get. I ask a fellow there if theyd hit the back with a brush. They did but not very good. And the tires didnt get any shine. I selected the top tier service for $22 so I guess I expected a little better. Next time, if there is a next time, Ill do the cheapest service.

The service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, polite, and informative.

The dryers doesnt work as good as it use to be. Since the new owners have taking over I dont get as good as a wash as before. The guys in the front with the brushes dont do much anymore. The carwash doesnt use as much soap or wax anymore. It has gotten very pitiful since new owners has taking over.

Absolutely do not use this car wash. They scratched the right front wheel of our 2019 Ford Explorer. When we filed a claim, they never even responded to us. I had to stop by the car wash 2 weeks later to learn their position was, “The damage was already there.” When I’ve asked to see the film, they said don’t have it anymore. I’ve emailed them and called the corporate number and responds or answers of returns voicemails. The only option I have is to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

My only complaint is the guys who pre-wash your car prior to entering don’t really do anything.

Friendly staff, very professional. The car wash did not leave soap spots, which dinner others do.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! This car wash damaged my new 2020 Toyota Highlander!! I’m talking 5 small dents on both sides of my back fender , several scratches and pulled my door trim away from my car !!! I made a claim with Mister B’s and since their camera didn’t see it from the exit of car wash it was declined. REALLY!! I thought they would take care of the damages and was shocked that they just denied to fix my damaged car! I responded to their denied email and never got a response back. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have found a Touchless car wash. Very disappointed in the management.I have responded to this reply and emailed to try and get this resolved and no response as of 12/7/20. Waiting to see how this is handled and if I can get someone to respond. I have cancelled my membership and monthly fee is still being taken out of my bank! So that’s problem #2 I need resolved also.

Overall good wash. Back side doesnt cleans good. Dont like the last rubber type wipe it created steaks.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months now and still no response from anyone. I have called and emailed cancellation confirmation and charges but still no response.

Updated review: They got bought out by another company. They went way up on prices and most of the vacumm hoses are messed up or completely stopped up. It took me 5 stalls before I found one I could use. Only friendly people are the ones trying to convince those of us who were members to keep our membership. No longer recommend this business......I absolutely, hands down, love this car wash ( and I have tried every car wash in Murfreesboro). So much so that I have a membership that lets me go every day for $19.95 a month ($0.67 a day) to always have a clean car inside and out. Great service and friendly employees always going above and beyond. Keep up the great work!!

If I have a problem — which I hardly ever do — there’s no questions asked and it’s always a pleasant experience. I really love ❤️ Mister B’s!

Best wash in murfreesboro. Free windex and towels. Vacuums are strong as well.

I do not like automatic car washes much but this one sets the bar for a great clean wash. I am so glad it is so close by and cleans very well! The vaccum is unbelievable as well! Window cleaning and mat cleaning included as well!

Facility was clean and new, and the attendants were friendly and helpful. After my car wash, I stopped to vacuum my interior and was pleased to find out that the vacuums were free. They also had excellent suction. There were also cars of glass cleaner and towels available for free use, which was a nice touch.

Dang it! I was completely on board for this being a great carwash, until I went through it with my boyfriend in his brand new car. We wanted to shine it up a bit, and we ended up leaving with two scratched rims on the right side of the car. I am completely dissatisfied, and wouldnt recommend anyone come here!

These guys always go above and beyond when I come to this wash. (I come at least once a week) They are always so nice and helpful and always offer me airfreshner and wipes. So glad I don’t have to drive across town for a car wash anymore!

Good customer service with periodic freebies ( dash board cleaners and car freshners). They also have little window cleaner caddys to use containing glass cleaner and paper towels..It is the little things!

I love washing my truck by hand but right after a rain or for just a quick wash I love using this place to get it done.

Constantly closes early for maintenance. Which is fine, just adjust your hours accordingly.
