Recall: the dealer took my VIN number and verified the fuel pump recall, and scheduled an 8am appointment. The greeted me kindly at 7:47 and I went to the waiting room. At 9:43 the tech come in and said they did not have the part. I asked why they took nearly two hours to discover they did not have the part. There were lots of cars before you. So why did I have an 8 am appointment if you could not do it at 8am? Response: someone should have ordered the part.. The very nice neat exterior to this building seems to hide some real disorganization.

Had a great experience today with Honda service department. They were clear, informative and kind. My vehicle is repaired. The Bistro hostess, Katrina, was so sweet and hospitable and helped our wait pass quickly.

Service advisor Jorge Santana was amazing. After a month of no A/C in my car, he fit me into their very tight schedule on a Saturday. He kept me updated on the vehicle and was very personable and helpful. Honda of Murfreesboro always treats me well. Thank you!

I had my engine splash guard fall of on the road the other day (completely random) and instead of bothering with it myself, I just brought it to Honda of Murfreesboro hoping it would be an easy fix. Thankfully, they couldnt have been better! Was in and out within 15 mins and they took care of it, no problem!Very impressed and will definitely return whenever I need them again!

They let you know an approximate time they will have it finished and it is usually sooner than that when they have your car ready. Always professional and they always walk you to your vehicle when finished.

I would not purchase anything from this dealership ever again. They do not return phone calls or messages. I sold them my 2016 Honda Accord after they had called me about 50 times since I had purchased the car new wanting to buy the car from me. They were supposed to buy back my gap and service contract. I have yet to receive my refund for this or hear from them to let me know if I need to do anything else in order to finish it up.

Took my vehicle in for a recall and I received nothing but professionalism. The waiting room even had very comfortable chairs and plenty of room. On my way out I was greeted with a freshly washed and vacuumed vehicle and I didnt even spend a dime with them.

I had a previous review ripping this service department, but recently gave them another chance and there were lots of new people in the service department. Had an extremely positive experience.I have deleted my old review, and now plan to visit again. Great job on their part making changes to serve their customers.

Arrived at 1:15....had to wait 10 minutes for an attendant to even talk to for an oil change.Found out it would take about 2 hrs to get to me car for an oil change. Told me to come back...maybe at 4pm. I can have my oil changed anywhere in less time than that all over town. Not happy with service.

Purchased a used car on 3-30-20.I have been going back and forth with them for 3 weeks. Chris Joiner, the manager, has lied and mislead since I purchased the car.The vehicle had an issue with a blown speaker, when I bought it... They turned the bass to 0.The tires were dry rotted and one would not hold air... They charged me.Detailing, that I brought the car back for 3 times... I did myselfEach time I took my car back, they had it for a minimum of 3 days.After a month I give! They have had the car more than I have and still nothing has been done.I am about to redo the front suspension, (this is not an oversight by them I just prefer to start with new shocks/struts, tierods, etc.Something I should have been able to have done there when they had my car).I have No faith in them and I definitely would not take it here for service.There is a lack of moral and integrity in this place and I wish I would have saved a couple Thousand and took my chance with someone selling out of their yard.I believe I wouldve had the same results, if not better.BUYER BEWARE!!!

They cannot look up a part that I’ve had repaired there, without them looking at the car in person. They have the record of the repair and even how much the part costs in the service department’s data base, but the parts department doesn’t know which part it is even when I told the parts department exactly what the service department called it, after I had been transferred back and forth from each department twice. The parts department and service department cannot communicate unless I come in. This makes no sense. Additionally the guy in the parts department was very put out that I didn’t remember the name of the guy in the service department. He told me since I didn’t have that information, I was going to be on hold a while while he figured it out because there were a lot of people in the service department. I admit, my suggestion to him was to walk over to the service department and simply ask, “who just answered the last phone call here?” Last time I was in there, if they looked at my car it was going to cost money and they would waive that if I had the work done there. I have no intentions of letting them touch my car, I just needed a part, so I will be out the money for them to look at the car because their system is inadequate. I’ll just have another mechanic find the part for me and fix it...And I did.

I had service few times at Honda Murfreesboro and I noticed I get overcharged in few hundred dollars at least compared to other places or other dealers the Honda dealer are definitely using advantage if you are not knowledgeable about cars they will add you few more things needed to be fixed which is unnecessary for example if you have to change the starter they will tell you for sure you need emergency to fix brakes, then they will tell you to change back brakes, and then if you go somewhere else other dealers will tell you, you have one more year before you have to change them. I wouldn’t recommend no one unless you like someone robbing you and overcharging you. Very disappointed

I usually take my car for an oil change here and it’s a great service but they also do a multipoint inspection on your car telling you you need service on other parts on your car but it’s extremely expensive and once I did multipoint inspection twice within a month and what “needed service” always varies and sometimes really do not need the service.
