TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF. Took my business to Murfreesboro Nissan. What an amazing experience ! They have my business from now on, even though my vehicle is a Chevy.
I am disappointed that I am even having to write this review as I felt like I have given this dealership ample opportunity to fix the issue that the service manager even admitted to over charging me and would get me a refund that has never arrived and now will not return any calls. I feel that I obligated to let others know they maybe getting over charged. I gave two stars because staff was friendly and got me in and out. But they dont seem to me knowledgeable about pricing or services that they are providing. If anyone from the dealership would like to reach out to me and solve this problem I am happy to provide the email from the service manager as proof that I was overcharged and he did agree to refunding my money.
