Service is always great. This place stays extremely busy for that reason. Every time I have made an appointment they have gotten me in fast and completed in a timely manner with the job done right the first time. Great job at this store.

I’ve had my rims on my truck from them for over 8 years and have always kept them in great condition. I got my tires changed Friday, July 30th 2021. Thank you to the awesome employee who failed to properly do his job while putting on my center caps back onto my truck. While going out of town and getting to me destination today I notice one of four is now gone somewhere in the state of Tennessee or Alabama. Thank you also to the management team for always assuring each job is done correctly and nothing like this happens to people. Thanks to you wonderful people the aesthetic of my truck is now ruined after 8 years. Amazing job at ruining people’s stuff. Amazing.

I step up an appointment to get my tpms sensor replaced(I went to a great discount tire less than a week prior and had a tire replaced. They even told me which sensor needed to be replaced. I was going out of town so I went to a different location for the sensor replacement). I went to the dealership less than 10 hours prior for an oil change and they told me I have great life on all my tires. This location proceeds to tell me I need all 4 new tires. I told him no I don’t. He says all of your tread is at 4. I tell him that’s not true because I just bought a tire from another location last week. He then checks every tire again and says oh you are right, my mistake(that’s a 800$ mistake), but you have a hole in this one if it cannot be repaired I cannot put it back on. At this point I trust nothing coming out of his mouth. I speak to a manager I tell him I want the tire patched and that their location cannot be trusted. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

High School grad trip to Orlando with two teenage girls. Spent the night in Murfreesboro and discovered a low tire. Showed up at 8 am on Saturday and Austin took it from there. All tires checked. No problem. Outstanding service and a reassured driver! The girls and I arrived safely in FL.

Service was amazing! They met me at the door and check me in quickly. I had an appointment that I was 15 mins late for but they still got me in and out within 45 mins for a rotate and balance. There was no charge for the service since all 4 of my tires were purchased from Discount Tire last year.

On memorial day weekend I showed up with my van and covered trailer. I saved up five different projects between new tires rotating tires and one tire having a nail in it. As you can imagine the holiday weekend they were slammed and I just left my vehicle there all day until they were able to get to me. Tuesday morning I get in my van and I’ve got some tire warning’s lit up on the dash. Without hesitation I went right to the shop and in the process of checking everything noticed a nail still in the tire. Yes it’s possible I just picked that up and it is possible that they missed that on Saturday. I did not follow up On their work from Saturday. I’ve never needed to before. Immediately they went right to work getting me worked into the line of customers to get that situation resolved and in less than one hour had me back on the road. That is why my personal vehicles and my company vehicle that I drive only get service from Discount Tire. Many thanks.

I was not pleased. People that came in after me got their car finished and mine wasn’t even started on. I been here since 9am and it’s 11am and my car was not started on. I have a life and I have things to do! I will never come back to this location. The only thing that was good was the service and the employees. They were nice and helpful, but I waited awhile and others’ cars were done that came in an hour later after me. & I called a week before to schedule an appointment. Very dissatisfied.

They sold me a tire with a hole in it that exploded mid drive after being on my car for a day and a half then tried to say it was my fault or the tire had a nail in it (when we all know air would escape the tire but it wouldn’t explode especially after a day and a half) after I had it checked by Firestone because it needed air. Not only that I had to have my tire replaced 3 times within 2 weeks until they cracked my wheel then tried to sell me another one for $200 claiming my wheel couldn’t be fix but took it to another company and it’s good as new. If you want fair honest people and prices DO NOT come to this location they take advantage of people especially if you’re a woman they assume you don’t know what you’re talking about

Got 4 new tires over there, the staff there are really nice and just from listening to them I can tell their care about what they do. It was really backed up the day I went but I didn’t make an appointment. They don’t offer alignment though it’s kinda a bumper. Overall good experience ,would return 👍🏻

Came in with a nail in my tire, hoping to get it removed and plugged. Unfortunately it was too big to plug so I had to replace the tire. Even though they were very busy that day (overheard an employee telling someone that the next available appointments were two days away) they were able to get my tire replaced in less than 2 hours, no hassle! It was clear they wanted to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Very pleased with my experience!

Cannot speak highly enough of our experience with this location. My family and I were in the middle of a long road trip and we got a flat. It was 4:30 and we were 50 miles out, and they closed at 5. James the Service rep said not to worry they should still be able help us out. He looked us up by phone number and knew the tire we would need and that it was covered under the warranty we had previously purchased. We pulled in close to 5:30 and with Nascar like speed we had a new tire on in about 15 minutes. Cant remember the tech who helped us out but everyone was super friendly and helpful.These guys went above and beyond and really saved our rear ends when they could have just said sorry well be closed. A truly great customer experience and will not hesitate to do business with Discount Tire or this location if were ever in the neighborhood again.

Never had a major problem with this place..theyve always done well..only reason I wont give it 5 stars is because the wait is always an hour or more before they even get around to working on my vehicle which is usually just because they are busy.

Trying to get a simple trailer tire. was ordered over the phone by James when I showed up for my appointment it was the wrong tire they blamed it on their warehouse. Steve who I believe was the store manager was very nice guy apologetic said that they would cover a new tire at no cost since I made the trip out there. then James calls me back and says he can’t get the tire there’s nothing he can do now I wasted a trip over there for James incompetence and still don’t have a tire. I would not go back to this store and if they can’t order a simple tire they got no business in the tire business.

Great Discount Tire!!! I never buy tires anyplace else and I ALWAYS get the Road Hazard Warranty, its paid off several times for me. I just ran over junk that fell out of a trailer going down the road, it tore my sidewall of my front tire. Discount Tire replaced it for FREE!!! Their prices are low and the service is second to none!!!

Very busy location especially with the rainy weather we had today. They were getting slammed but you could not tell it because they were still all smiling and the best part they did not try to upsell you they were straight to the point on the tire sales they had and all the brands they had in stock also how long the wait time would be upfront. I could not ask for better service they gave me.

Spent 4 hours getting tires and rims put on and thats with an appointment. Had to go back after one tire was bad and that took 2 hours to tell me they have to order a new tire. Now Im here going on 3 more hours waiting on them to put on good tire. Way too busy. Been here 4 times and you would Better off finding another discount tire.

I love these guys. I always buy the maintenance and protection plans when I get tires here. I had some kind of metal spring in my tire causing it to lose air, they repaired two leaking tires, balanced them again, and rotated them for me and all was covered by my payment the day I bought the tires last year. Great service, organized and competent people from those at the counter to those doing the work in the shop. If only all the other businesses I deal with could do their job this well...

It was a massively long wait (3 hours) but they were terribly busy. To a person the workers were nice, helpful, called me by name every time they addressed me. While Discount Tires folks at the locations I have been to have always been nice and helpful this one was exceptionally so.

What a great place. The air on my tires was low and they filled it up.

Was told on the phone its under a 1 hour wait for tire rotation. When I arrived 20 minutes later, they said over a 2 hour wait. So I left. I was in the area for a doctor appointment and live 1 1/2 hours away. Will try again another day.

They were very busy when I went to go get a hole patched, but they allowed me to leave and come back after scheduling my appointment. Once my time came up they got it fixed quick and easy! Super friendly staff as well. Ill be back for sure when I need to get new tires!

Traveling from Missouri to Tennessee to pick up my camper take back to work in Iowa. Called at 9am. They said tires would be here by noonish. Out the door by 2. Tires showed at 3:30. Somehow I now have 9 people in front of me. Will not be out of here before 6. They knew I had to travel to Iowa today. Sadly he just told me what I wanted to hear to make a sale. If they would’ve just been honest I could’ve gone somewhere else and been on the road couple hours ago.

Crew here are professionals. Greeting you as you arrive. Getting you in and out in a timely manner. The Manager here has a Great Staff. Listening to how they work so well with each other in such a positive attitude, at least on this visit, will bring me back and recommend.

This is my neighborhood Discount Tire and I love these guys. I can zip in anytime and they will check my air for free. Super convenient especially in winter months. My car has the tire pressure monitoring system but apparently its not completely accurate so Discount Tire is a great backup to make sure Im running at the right inflation. Ive bought three sets of tires from these guys so far and love that they will price match. It has saved me money every time. Being able to go in on the regular for rotations (for free) is nice as well. I also love that if I am traveling nationwide, Discount Tire usually has a location to help me when I need it.

I just went to Discount Tires this morning had an appointment at 9:30 was only there for 30 minutes I received a tire rotation in and out in no time those guys are wonderful very professional and courteous the reason I got the tire rotation is because it comes with the tires I bought there and previous months so even though I didnt have to pay for the rotation the service was fast as if you were paying they dont treat you no differently its a good place to go to the tires are doing wonderful had no problems its a great place to go and you dont have to be worried about being taken advantage of youre safe there

Weve gone to this place for years and always received excellent service. Our most recent visit was no exception. My wifes car needed new tires, larger ones that usually cost more than average. We went in on a Saturday afternoon and within minutes there were three employees working on keeping us at or below our budget. It took some work but they succeeded, by finding tires at a different store and having them sent over. Weve been impressed every time weve gone and well keep coming back.

Discount Tire is the only place I will go to for tires. They have excellent communication and service skills and have taken care of me and my car tires for years. As far as I as concerned, there is no point to go somewhere else to be disappointed with the price or service or quality when Discount Tire has everyone beat in all three of these.

The team at discount tires is enough to keep you going back. The free rotation and balance if you purchase your tires there is the icing on the cake.

We made an appointment the day before for a tire with a slow leak. We were early for the appt and Edwin was the most AMAZING and ATTENTIVE rep. I love this place. Always great service. Some times there is a waiting list but arent all great places with great service? My wife got a full set of tires there and a few weeks later my mom was visiting with us and we noticed one of her tires was low. She had taken it to a small mom and pop shop in her home town on several occasions for the same thing. I had a air compressor so I put some air in it. We thought that was the end of it. Came back outside and it was totally flat. I took the tire off and took it to discount tire. They had a full lobby and closed in 1-2 hours. After waiting in line a got to talk to a worker and he said lets go take a look. He looks at the tire and says hes going to take it and test it really fast. Took about 7-8 minutes. He came back with the tire and said it was a bad sensor in the valve stem or something. Said it was fixed. I asked him how much for the work... He said your good. No charge. That tire has been working good for my mom for the last 6 months. Service like that is why myself and my wife will not go anywhere else. Period!
