Unfortunately my experience matched the other reviews. Only one lady working the front desk and taking the blood tests.I had a 1+ hour wait time (vs 2 minute wait time at Quest around the corner).Unfortunately observed her being rude to numerous other customers, and a number left in frustration in just the 1+ hour that I was there.Night and day difference to the local Quest lab, which was well staffed, with super friendly personnel.

Rude lady sitting at front desk. Managing alone and asking to keep waiting. Was not able to draw blood and find vein. She poked me twice and didn’t bother to apologize or feel sorry.

This location is closed due to staffing shortages, but their website does not show this.

Rude and disrespectful. Needs to be fired.

I made an appointment on line, it was very easy and convenient, as it allows patients to check in from their car and minimize their time inside the building. I was in and out in no time, the lab technician was very good.

Very bad service, the person who is attending is very despicable and seemed angry, in addition to not doing all the studies properly

Only one person working front and back!!! I thought that it might have been bc of covid but I see that another review, 2 years old, points to the same issue!! Thats crazy. Of course everything takes forever! And sadly, the only person working happens to be super unfriendly. Go somewhere else if you want quick, friendly service

Every time Ive been here theres been a long wait. Twice (out of three) Ive had to be re-stuck with the needles because the technician forgot a vial. Once the lady at the front desk flat out denied Id ever been there and tried to send me away before her more experienced partner showed her how to look me up. Ive never had any of these issues at other labs, only this one had been consistently awful and borderline dehumanizing.Its a really convenient location close to my doctors office though, so its got that going for it.

Called ahead and the answering message said they were open till 5pm. When I arrived there was a hand written paper at the desk saying “new hours: closed at 3pm”. So annoying that I drove 33 miles to go there and they have such lame service.

Friendly staff who can help you price out the tests ordered BEFORE you decide! If you are a cash pay patient , go on their website to get better prices! My lab tests would have been $1000+ if I paid the walk in price, and I ended up paying $450+ through their online shop! Thats a huge price difference!

Appointments mean nothing here. Even during covid they have a full waiting room and no respect for people who have previously made appointments. The office was haphazardly run and they were running an hour behind for a mere blood draw. Awful experience

I came here on my doctors orders for an uncommon test. The staff had no clue what it was, and I waited while they looked it up. In the end they said that they could do the test, but didnt have a kit available. They assured me they would order one and have it ready for my next visit, which for this test had to be on a specific date.I tried calling a couple of times to confirm whether they had the kit, but they again didnt recognize it and wouldnt try to look it up unless I came in and showed them the form in person. I did, and they then claimed that they could not do the test.If they had told me on the first visit that they didnt support the test, I could have looked elsewhere. But because they lied Ive now missed another of the infrequent opportunities to have this test done. By far the least professional service Ive ever experienced.

Lady at the front seat is rude. Avoid this labcorp. They are slow and don’t know what they are doing

Worst lab Corp ever. Only one person working front and back. Total one person!! Expect to wait for 1 hour to get anything done.
