Highly recommend Silicon Valley Performance. I worked with Bobby. The thing I worry about most is paying more than I need to on a vehicle. People worry about shops taking more money than the customer needs to spend for the shops benefit. This is not one of those...Bobby was very transparent from start to finish, gave me a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle even though we both knew I would only be wanting and needing the work done in the realm of a suspension and wheel inspection. From the time I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked it up, Bobby communicated with me every update every step of the way with ease. I ended up paying more than I was expecting but was completely satisfied with Bobby and Silicon Valley performance. I dont know too much about cars but I know this place worked on my terms, within my willing budget, and only with my needs in mind. They completed the work quickly and efficiently fixing high safety risks and what absolutely needed to be addressed on my vehicle. I felt comfortable here. Silicon Valley Performance lives up to its name. It’s my first time but I’m sure glad I brought my car here for servicing. They did topnotch brake service at a reasonable cost on my Audi Q5. Kudos to Bob, the shop manager for his efficient communication and transparency from providing the quotes to sending updates on the service status. I liked that they have an online platform to receive and approve quotes. Also, the owner Robert is great! Besides giving discounts, he was very kind to deliver the car to my house since he lives close by. That is time and money saved. Talk about customer service! Will definitely recommend.

Wow. The checklist they use to make sure everything on your car is working efficiently is amazing! The mechanic discovered I had a torn boot axel while checking my brakes and was able to send me a photo of the issue in a text message. I was then able to approve or deny the work proposed via text, no going outside of work to make a call. I just think the entire system is efficient, professional and tech enhanced... just what the Silicon Valley ordered. Bob who works in the office is always super friendly and professional too.

Great customer service. These guys will thoroughly go thru your car even if you didn’t ask them to. I just needed a tire rotation and alignment. By the way they do the best alignment . Steering wheel is always straight and holds its tracking down the road a lot longer than other shops I’ve been to. They have always made me aware of problems that my vehicle has or might have. So long story short if you need to find out what’s wrong with your car and don’t want to take it to just any shop. This is your one stop shop that will get it done right the first time!

5 stars for consistency. SVP is consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. During these COVID times they have picked up and dropped off my car from/to my home. That is deeply appreciated. They call me before they do anything and tell me why they recommend it, giving me the final say as to whether or not I want the work done. Theyve updated their system and I can now view pictures of what they found online before I make my decision. We can also pay online now too. This is a car service that can be trusted.

Robert has worked on my F250 a number of times. He has done everything form installing security systems to replacing the rear end. His work has always been above my expectation in quality and attention to detail. The best part of my experience was I never felt like I was being offered things I did not need or was being up sold. We had an AMAZING experience at Silicon Valley Performance and would highly recommend them to anyone needing car service. Robert inspected and worked on our GMC Dually Diesel truck when we were in the process of purchasing it. We were very impressed with the detail and amount of time he was willing to put in. He went above and beyond with customer service and spent time explaining and showing us things that many auto shops won’t. We felt very lucky to find someone we could trust and would definitely go back.

Robert recently opened this shop after years of experience working at a nearby auto shop. This was the first time I had my car repaired here and I found he was very professional and customer service oriented. Everything was repaired successfully. He also offers quotes on the spot and the turn around time for repairs is quick. I would definitely recommend his services to others in the area.

BTN has always fixed the problems that needed fixing; unlike many other shops/dealers which wish to replace entire assemblies that are perfectly fine just to increase revenue.The money BTN saved me on potential repairs is great. Eddie has now worked on a second vehicle for us. He fixed my sons Ford escape. We were told that the engine was blown and expect a large bill or just scrap the the car. Eddie spent about 10 minutes poking, listening, and smelling (yes, smelling) and determined that it was not as bad as we were led to believe. A day later and a fraction of the original estimate and we were back on the road!

If youre looking for a place that youd tell your Grandmother about knowing she would always be treated utterly fairly, go to BTN. They are very friendly, very competent, and completely fair. I remember years ago demanding that I get new sparkplugs (who knows why -- some bee in my bonnet) -- they said, No, you dont need new spark plugs. They look out for me. BTN is the best.
