Fair, accurate, fast and honest. Frank and the A1 team are always friendly, courteous and know how to take care of their customers. No problem too big, it’s not cheap, but it’s always done right.

This place is honest and the prices are fair. My family has been going here for years and weve had nothing but satisfaction. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend trying this shop if you havent already.

They charged me $1000 to replace an alternator. Parts were $375. This replacement takes LESS than 1hr. I got 2 different stories from the owners as to why so much. If they think you are an easy sell, they will take advantage you!

Do not recommend (highly). I brought my car with engine lights related to transmission issue. Chuck told me that diagnostics will be ~$320 and I need to leave my car for a couple of days. I explained symptoms and was curious about root cause issue. In 3 days they just started to test my car, which is not bad and I completely understand that they are busy. I know these guys probably understand what they are doing, professionals and pretty sure they are friendly and HONEST to regular customers. In my case, it costed my ~$200 and 6 days to hear that I have issue with transmission. Yes. Nothing more. When I asked what specific part of transmission is malfunctioning, I was told that they do not know it and in order to get to know it they need to disassemble transmission and so on.... Well, I think I knew that I have some transmission issues before I came, no? My impression: pricey, useless, fooling, unfriendly. They talk more than listen. Hope this review will help somebody.

They are patient, knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. I wont take my truck anywhere else (f250 super duty)

I feel it is like your trusted doctor for your car. The owner really have patient to explain the problems and give suggestions for your vehicle. BTW, they do Smog repair and they are good at it. I would recommend this place if you own a fair American car, which really need a good doctor to take car of...

Find a mechanic that you trust. Thats the standard advice, but how do you do it? I found this place at the recommendation of a friend, and Ive been taking my cars here ever since. Its been over 80,000 miles. My sedan just passed 123,456 on the odometer and runs like the day I first got it.I trust Frank when he tells me that my brakes are low but I can probably go another 3000 miles before replacing them. I trust him when he says that my battery needs to be replaced ASAP or Im going to find myself stranded. This place is more expensive and slower than Jiffy Lube, but I trust the folks who work here to take care of me and my car, and not sell me something I dont need.I would recommend them to a friend.--Beth

Terrible experience took my truck in at 214000 miles i told him to look at my fuel injectors cause my truck was smoking told me I was fine he drove my truck 1000 miles test driving it cost me 1500 dollars to pass smog as soon as i pulled out of the shop a huge cloud of white smoke comes dumping out of my truck and had to return it for fuel injectors and cost me 8000 dollars to fix that had a bunch of scratches from him leaning on my truck super pissed frank is a shitty fast talker he did some extra work with out my go ahead and not even sure he did any of it
