Up until just recently, I haven’t “gone tanning” since I was in high school (At The Beach). I wanted to try something close-by and locally owned and operated. Val’s was a lucky pick. It’s very cozy, relaxing, and the staff is super cool and very positive and hospitable. I love going here whenever I can. You will too.

Service is great, and there many options for tanning as well fitness. Everything is very clean and services are reasonably priced.

This place is an amazing place from the moment you walk in!You’re always greeted with a familiar face and if you’re new they learn your name quickly.The staff is wonderfully well trained and can help you with almost any question you have. Like what tanning lotion is best, which package would benefit you and your goals, and can tell how long you should be in a bed. Because let’s face it, you wanna be tan and not burnt to where you’ll be peeling later.I have never came out burnt nor had to shut my bed off early because how well they have it down. EVEN WITH NEW BULBS! They have it down to a science.The staff makes you feel incredibly about yourself and accepts you as you are. Which is the perfect environment to be in when you’re needing a spray tan. WHICH IS AMAZING!! I’ve gone the darkest with the spray tan and never had an orange tone. Nor streaks. Val gives amazing before and after care instructions and also offered a lotion that helps it fade Naturally when it’s starts to wear off.There never a wait for beds because how many beds there are and how quick the staff is at cleaning the beds. And this place is amazingly clean.I highly recommend anyone and everyone to this place because how wonderful everything is about it!

Vals Sun and Shape is awesome. The Toning tables have helped me and my wife with flexibility and toning of overall body. Staff is amazing. Blood sugar levels have become twice as good. Sauna light bikes and vibration plate have helped with circulation and weight loss. Highly recommend to all. Come join us your body and mind will thank you.

The best place to get a spray tan 100%.I tried many tanning booths, and they always turned out uneven or more orange than wanted. Im naturally really pale, and I have gotten nothing but great feedback from everyone in my life about the natural look of the spray tans Ive gotten here. There is great attention to detail, especially when it comes to the hands and feet, which makes the tan look amazing. 10/10!

Vals sun and shape is the place to go and exercise and do the machines. I have been going to Vals since 2013. I am now seventy and have different things going on with me these machines keep my body streched and toned I had my hip replaced last year and thanks to Vals machines my recovery was cut in half. The staff are very helpful friendly and willing to help you with your routine or whatever you may need help with.

Such an awesome place to work out at. Customer Service is the best. Very friendly and welcoming environment. My clothes are already getting too big for me after only 7 visits. Best decision I made so far this year to become a healthier me!!

I have been using the toning tables and have gone from a size 14 to a size 6. If that werent enough I have kept it off. Its not a instant change like all exercise it takes time and effort. If you stick with it it works!

Love love love the staff, the products & beds! I have never been able to get very dark and the ladies are so knowledgeable on what lotions to use (when to use them too) and what beds to use each time I go in! The photo is after about 6 weeks of tanning at Vals Sun and Shape!

The robotic workout tables have changed my life. I had type 2 diabetes and was taking medication that can be dangerous over time. I have lost 60 pounds and lowered my A-1C. I no longer take medication for diabetes. I wore size 2x before and now wear Medium. Using the resistance workout tables while lying down is the only way this 65 year old can exercise. Thanks you Val.

Vals has such a great environment with happy and knowledgeable staff. Lots to offer with workout and tanning equipment. If your looking for a place to do yoga they offer classes as well. Only good things to say about this place...

I love to tan the girls are number one they made it very easy to give me what I wanted. Everything is nice and clean very pleasant. You would love it give it a try.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have only used the tanning services and I was pleased with how dark I got. They maintain the beds, bulbs, and acrylics.
