Love hate relationship. Some great people and sense of community, but a couple of bad apples. Won’t name names but there are very egotistical and rude people in here that make it unpleasant. The equipment is okay, but it is mostly very old outdated and worn. A cable seems to break every other day, there’s rust on everything. Kind of nasty, the trash can stink of rotting food and spoiled protein shakes for days on end and be filled to the brim before it’s taken out, it’s rare that staff sanitizes their equipment, thankfully they provide the stuff to do it yourself. Saw a open protein shake sit on a squat machine for 3 days before it was thrown away, same with a band aid in the sink.

No matter what your goals are, this gym can support them and provide you with every resource necessary to achieve them. On top of that, the owners and fellow members have created a community that is positive and inclusive. Come train here, elevate your workouts and make some friends along the way.

Terminated a member’s membership because they complained about the volume of the music in the gym. Bunch of pointless equipment and machines rather than trying to invest something more useful like finishing the set of calibrated plates. The two combo racks in the gym are owned by members, weird powerlifting “cage” which comes across as an attempt to segregate a group of lifters. More leg presses and chest machines than places to bench or squat.

This is easily the best gym in 50 miles, if you want to lift they have all the equipment you need and some you didnt even know you needed.

This is such a great bodybuilding gym...top notch in my opinion.

This is hands down the best old-school gym in the OKC area. There are multiple personal trainers on site, cleaner for the equipment post workout, awesome owners that are always on site, and an overall positive environment.This gym also offers 24/7 access and 70+ machine to meet your needs. I fully endorse this gym rather youre a novice or a competitive bodybuilder and/or powerlifter!
