I dont like doing laundry at the laundromat but this is my go to place. Kinda like a family atmosphere. Good attendants. Very helpful.

I had to drop in to do laundry on 2 Saturdays until my my washing machine was repaired. The place was clean. They had tables to sit at as you waited. The machines were newer and you could even download a phone app. or just use old fashion quarters. The attendant on duty was friendly.

For charge way to much!!! You have to put a $1 in dryer for 20 min. Washed dark clothes in cold and when they were done they were steaming hot. Bad customer service......

It was my first visit & I really enjoyed it & the real big washers r great.

I REALLY wish I could give MORE of a review! But... Seeing as i have called 9 times, and cant get ahold of anyone...I also CANNOT leave a darn a message!!! 😡Because it just goes to...Im sorry this number has a mailbox that has not yet been set upWth??? I been calling ALL DAMN DAY??Sooo... In closing, I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LAUNDRYMAT!!!! Because, if they cant even pick up a phone, just shows me they are lazy as heck! Who the HELL wants a place like this to do thier laundry???

Nice laundromat really clean

Friendly quiet clean atmosphere. Cost effective. Coin Changers on site along with nice carts. Handicap access and has a mini arcade to keep children busy. I had expected this to be a lot worse and it turned out to be a great place if you have to do a lot of laundry fast.

Used to really like it here, but after today 11-1-2020, I will not be back.There was a non service dog, no vest to identify it as such, so I asked the person working and was told animals are allowed service or not.

Best laundry mat in town! Clean, friendly staff and brand new washing machines. Commercial machines!! A bit pricey depending on what machine you use but they have everything you need. Along with free coffee and water for their customers. They sell different types of laundry soap and pods, fabric softeners. They also have vending machines and games to keep the kids busy while you wash.

Very clean. Helpful staff that’s always willing to help and very friendly. Owners are always just a call away if needed and also very friendly and helpful. Love the new washers make drying time cut in half so it cost less in the the end. Definitely will be going back.

I have never dropped off clothes anywhere before to be laundered. I was hesitant , but it is well worth it! The staff is friendly and helpful. You cant beat 1$ a pound. They came back sparkly clean, fresh and folded immacualy!! Defianlty will be using this service fro here on .

Not following mask mandate with both employees and customers

New upgrades are very nice, today i came in and was greeted by the worker who worked there. She was very kind, helped me out with how much to put in each load (which my whole load fit into the new 80 pound washer!!!) so i didnt have to spend twice as much as if i wouldve had to use 2 of the 50 pound ones. I will be back!!

Many sizes washers, clean, not too costly, staffed, and they even have free water.

Clean place. Just got new owner. Got some new dryers. Small washers are now working. Prices did not change! Workers are wonderful and very helpful.

I usually go to the one by Walgreens on Stewart Rd, but this one was closer to the hubbys work. Have to use quarters, not cards. New machines, where? Paid almost $20 to wash a few blankets...

Pretty sure I got bed bugs from this nasty place plus the owner is a jerk. I said something to him about the bugs and whatever he said in his native language was very belligerent. Then he told me to get out, and he offered no apology or solution to the problem. Will not be going back to this place. Would recommend anywhere else in Monroe over this place.

I love this place so much the worker are all so nice and helpful.

Since the new owners took over they have made a lot of upgrades. Which is nice but the customer service has gone down hill fast. They refuse to give you refunds when their machines dont work. And then claim that there is now way to leave a complaint about it.

Place was amazingly clean! Everything is right there if you run out or forget.

Very pricey, especially if you have a large family (5). They do provide bottles water and coffee for free. There is also an attendant, which other laundry mats do not have

I use to come here to do laundry when I had very little for myself. I enjoyed playing pacman while I waited for my laundry. After about 15 years I have come back to wash a king sized comforter because it wont fit in my washer and first I am disappointed that while they still have pacman the machine is not working and when I took my comforter out of the washer it was very wet. I asked the attendant if it should be that wet and she said Yes, for some reason they come out wet like that. Ill tell you why, its because then you have to spend more money to dry it! Smdh.

This place is pricey but when my normal mat was slammed packed this place was empty..except for the employee..which..is cool that someone is there to help if you need it..my mat dont have that and everything is always broken down. I didnt see any out of order tags in this place. Was kept clean and tidy. It also has a bunch of arcade style games and such in there. I would most certainly use this place every week if it hadnt cost me a little more then twice as much.Update, this is my new mat..lmao.. I started coming here when my mat was always broken down and gross and junk, and this is my new mat. I just pay the higher price..its pretty much worth it imo.
