Always clean and the night shift girls are sweet. I always slide in at 9:50 with my service dog and am always treated warmly. They never rush me even though I know they want to close. I would have given them a 5 if they were still open till 11:00.

So Modern Chic. I fell in love as soon as I walked in. The soft aromatic smells greeted me at the door. I’m from Atlanta but I travel on the road a lot for work. During my trips I often stop and do laundry & this is by far thee best laundromat I’ve been to. CLEAN, SMELLS GREAT, LAUNDRY CARDS THAT YOU CAN LOAD WITH CASH OR CREDIT CARDS, CUTE TABLES & CHAIRS TO SIT AT WHILE CHARGING YOUR PHONE. Very great job !

I have been doing my laundry here for several years now and I can say with conviction that it is everything the five star reviewers say it is. Its clean and orderly and the staff is friendly and courteous. The owner is very personable as well and has always been more than fair with me on the very rare occasion there was a problem. The environment of the place is also quite comfortable; there are cafe-like tables and chairs where you can chill with an iPad or a good book while your wash is going, making it a pleasure rather than chore to be there. I have no idea where the negative reviewers are doing their laundry, but it isnt here. Splash is top notch! - From an authentic reviewer who has literally been there and done that.

This place is superb! I had a great experience today, the staff was friendly, genuine and willing to please the customers! The nice girl that helped me , Savannah, was so knowledgeable about the whole process and dedicated to ensuring the safety and cleanliness of my laundry!! All of the employees here are very nice and professional, and always willing to help (especially the short one with the glasses!) The place is always spotless, and their prices are more than reasonable. I wont do my laundry anywhere else!

Don’t hire 15 yr olds who aren’t capable of calculating load wash and dry times. I spent $65 started my washers and the little girl told me I could not dry them because it would be 10 min after closing time!! That would have been fine but she sold me the soap the card to add money and never said a word about the closing time! She was on her phone smoking outside for 15 minutes when I got there I waited at the counter and could have had my clothes In and started 15 min earlier which would have allowed me to dry them as well but instead I was loading 4 wet baskets to haul to Toledo so I could dry them preventing mildew. I will never return there no matter what time it is!! Screen your people!!!

Usually the service is pretty good. Except one time I couldnt dry all my towels I dont like to take them home so damp and I think the Gal that was staying there to closing could have waited it out 10 minutes for me but

Place is great . When I didnt have a washer and dryer this is the place. Clean a and dryers work great. Lost power went and did 2 loads my clothes were done drying 15 minutes

Splash is a clean & wonderful place to do your laundry. There is definitely an added benefit other than laundry & thats Naiema. She is the full time employee there. She always has a smile, always helpful with answering questions & is patient. I love great customer service & Id give her 10 stars if I could. I hope her management recognizes her talent.

My favorite laundromat in the area, plenty of tables to wait for your clothes at and I like that they use cards instead of loose change. The owner is very friendly and the other people who work here are really nice & personable.

First time here, clean, air conditioning works, staff on site, provide dry cleaning services, drop off/pick up wash. All machines work on cards no change. Cards can be credit/debit or you can get a wash card and preload money onto it. Single load washers run $3 per load and the big machines for stuff like my king comforter $11 per load. That I found to be a bit pricey compared to the other laundry mat in the area(that one not clean, no staff, machines always broke). Small tables and chairs to sit at, vending machines, games, kids play area, and restrooms. Walgreens next door and A&W across the street.

Clothing was dripping wet at the end of cycle. Owner needs to go through all this machinery and have them repaired, or is this another way for him to get more of your money because its going to take three times as long to dry. It was so wet the attendant said you can ring that out in the parking lot. No thanks will not go there again. Fix the washers for $6.00 a load they should work perfectly!

Very clean, updated machines. The attendant was continually cleaning. Plenty of machines, TVs, and 2 clean separate restrooms. Large parking lot. Vending area, and a childs activity room. I made sure to save this place to my favorites because I drive all over the US and I want to remember this location.

This place was very clean they had a hands-on attendant who was very helpful and was constantly wiping and cleaning things. The machines worked excellent. I would say this is my favorite laundromat in the area by far!

Thankfully I have my own washer and dryer but I used the wash and fold service twice this month out of necessity and I’m overwhelmed at how great this service is. 40 lbs of clothes were washed, dried and folded perfectly in less than a day! After chatting with the owner about my concerns about COVID, they even put a free bottle of hand sanitizer in my order! You’ve got a new regular customer in me!

Moved to Flat Rock from Monroe recently but I still come here because the service is great and the place is spotless. They have air conditioning and the machines take smart cards instead of coins. They have granite counters that are literally beautiful and they are always adding new touches. Great laundry mat.

Many dryer door latches here were non-functioning and would pop open, causing loss of money and time wasted. Clean facility & friendly staff though. Many size washers & dryers. No coins! Machines only use prepaid laundry cards!

We go here weekly to wash our laundry. Tonight is our LAST time. One of the dryers had part of a broken latch hanging inside the dryer. We didnt notice it until we opened the door to get our laundry out and noticed our brand new towels with snags of long threads all throughout them where the latch had snagged them. We alerted the clerk, who promptly apologized and called the owner. She relayed to us that the owner said theres no way the machine did that and that hes TOO BUSY to talk. Big mistake. We lost about $45 in towels because of his faulty machine. Small business owners should know better. When we asked for a refund for the balance we have left on the card, since we will not be using it, the owner had the clerk give us his email. Unacceptable. Dont go there if you dont want to lose money.

I’ve tried drop off service at other laundry mats in the area and no one has done as good as splash. My clothes are always folded correctly with no wrinkles and they have never lost a piece of clothing like another laundry mat has in the area. If you don’t have time for laundry I highly recommend their services!

Clean place with modern machines. You can only pay by loading money onto a non-refundable card. And the minimum amount you can load is $5 so if you need to run a dryer a little longer itll cost you $5.Im not from the area, so this pay-by-card system is a money waster for me. Since they have an attendant, I see no reason for making the card non-refundable other than to rip you off for the money you didnt spend.Edit: to owners response, the attendant told me the minimum is $5. If its only $1 then I apologize for passing on a lot of factually incorrect information. Still no reason not to refund unused money. I ended up with $4 unused after loading the exact amount recommended by the attendant.Edit: I visited this place again when the other area one was busy. The minimum charge to load a wash card is $4.

I came here while on a trip to Michigan to help out my Grandma. I brought in a TON of larger items. I ended up coming in late and didn’t realize they closed at 11. The girls that were working we’re so nice, I ended up having to be there 30 minutes past close to get everything dried. The place is super clean, the washers and dryers are all top of the line and efficient. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area!

Splash is both a laundromat and a cleaners. It is very large and there are always laundry machines available. It is kept immaculately clean. For those people like me who once in awhile need to drop a load of your clothes off to be washed and folded, the drop off is easy. The care of your clothes is wonderful. And they are done most of the time the same day as you drop them off. They send you a text message when they are finished if you wish. I could not think of a better place for my laundry needs.

Very clean facility. I travel in an rv so I prefer to use cash instead of cards for laundry. This one uses only cards. Guess Im just an old fart😁

*Edited from 1 star to 3 stars after I was contacted by management and refunded the cost of the service.*I dropped off two king-sized pillows to be washed and dried and came back to pick them up the next day. I left them both in the plastic they were wrapped in for a few days while I moved into my new home. When I opened them, they were both still wet with mold growing between the two of them. The next day I called to complain and request a refund for an incomplete service. The attendant who answered the phone said it shouldn’t be a problem, that this happens sometimes, but the manager was not there - she’d have him call me back. I waited a few days but received no phone calls. I called back again and was told a note would be left for the manager. I’ve still never received a phone call, refund for poor service or an apology for the inconvenience. I have, however, had to shell out for new pillows. I’ll never use this service again and I warn everyone away from it.

The best equipment Ive seen in a laundromat and yeah the prices are a bit much but lets face it. You pay to use good equipment and these washers and dryers are the best. Just as a heads up to everybody. You have to go to the front desk and get a special card to load up cash on to use in the machines. Like a library card

Im glad I found Millennium Laundry Co. because Ive been to some other laundromats in town and had poor experiences time and time again. Its such a great one stop place for all your laundry needs. My favorite thing about them are their late hours because Im not free during normal business hours. The place is extremely clean and polished which I think is important because a place where you clean your clothes shouldnt be dirty. Their prices are great especially for the excellent service that they provide. It is also super convenient because there is self-service and dry cleaning / shirt services all in the same place so all your laundry needs get done. I definitely recommend this place!

Would defiantly recommend to anyone in the area. Took in my comforter after fighting with it at home with intentions of sitting and doing it myself. Seen they had a drop off. Being a white comforter it needed to be freshened up as white gets dirty overtime. When I picked it up the white was like brand new and it was folded and bagged. It was done on a Saturday in 4 hours for only $17. Looking at machines it would of costed me about $10 to do it myself. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. I will be back. Thank you!!

Our washer broke down so we needed to get some laundry cleaned before the new one arrived. The place was clean and the machines were in good working order. I was surprised to see the place was kind of decorated like a cafe and had outlets that were household plug/USB combos.
