Mail carrier never does deliver our packages to either the mail room or the apartment unit. It really stinks. Once I had a check for over $2,500 that was claimed to have been delivered. I had to track down the check and hunt the mail lady down. It is really aggravating. Yep.

Im only leaving one star because its impossible to leave zero stars. Let me set the scene: as I walk in with my package I was returning, one of the clerks greets me with a warm youre at the wrong place. There was no way she could have known this right away, so I was taken aback. I quickly showed her my return information on my phone (which was to be shipped back via USPS), and she then proceeded to VERY poorly tape up my return envelope and hand me my receipt. I will be very surprised if my package ever makes it to its destination. Definitely will make sure to hold onto my receipt on this one!

Very rude to begin with then instead of holding a packages that was delivered a day before but no one was home so it didn’t get left but any mother we are constantly walking packages to the right houses because the people they have working for them don’t give a dam about us or our belongings now we have to pay to get the dress reshipped and pray to go god the person that it was purchased from is honest enough to let us know when it’s sent back ........... lesson learned lesson learned!!!!!!! Will be using fed ex or Amazon for now on !!!!!!

Worst service in the United States. My package has been lost for FOUR weeks now and they have been ZERO HELP. The mail carrier claims to have placed my package inside of my mailbox, however I live in an apartment complex. The mailbox is the size of a cheese grater. Considering the package consisted of 7 shirts, 5 pairs of pants, and an plethora of jewelry I highly doubt it would have fit inside of the mailbox. I called every day asking for an update and the guy in charge of packages gives me the same story: “I will call you tomorrow and let you know what we find”. Of course he never called. The last time I called him he had me on hold for 26 minutes and then hung up. I haven’t heard back since. As previously stated, it’s been FOUR WEEKS since my package had gone missing. I contacted the company who originally shipped my package and thankfully they resent my items for free via FEDEX, even though it was clearly negligence on the behalf of USPS.

The most unreliable and inconsistent service to the likes I have never seen with the USPS.

Terrible service. The drop boxes for our apartments have been out of service for years. The manager here refused to get them repaired. This causes long delays to pick up packages. I even have to take off work because their hours are so short. This is just ridiculous.

Mail carrier is horrible. Waiting on mail to be delivered and I promise theyre not getting out of vehicle to knock .its i easier to leave notice stating attempt again another day . someone was home and waiting .

Affable staff, quick service. Peoples complaints I believe, are from their own impatience.

October 22, 2020 5:45pm on Cottage Hill Rd near, USPS truck #7202543 driving recklessly in heavy traffic. Nearly took off my front bumper changing lanes. There was also an accident ahead and she just about causes another.

I have been waiting for a Certified letter for 7 days. I have been home 24 / 7. I get a notice online when I tracked my package that they tried to deliver and there was no response. No one knocked on my door. This is so frustrating.

I am not able to wear a mask, for medical issues and yet the clerk refused me service.

The building is very small & theres always a mob right inside the door. The staff dont bother even trying to create some sort of orderly line. Plus the two women who are almost always at the counter are incredibly slow.If you see them chatting with a customer, prepare to wait a long time.

This is one of the best post offices I have ever been to ! The people who work here are great they help with everything and are very friendly. Not once have I walked in their and had a bad experience, maybe all other post offices should learn from them. Keep up the great job !!!!!

This location is not nearly large enough to handle the influx of people that have moved to this area. Very small and totally understaffed. This is a prime example of what happens when you let the government run a service. Very little accountability or consequence because it’s doesn’t matter if they make money or not. If this were a free enterprise service it would be bankrupt in less than 5 years.

Folks, whoever designed this Post Office ought to be fired... yesterday! The space for customer service is designed for a populated town of about 500, and this area serves about 50,000 to 100,000 people. It is always overcrowded and there are only 2 service areas that can be used (yes, its that small). There are times when the people are stacked on themselves just to get in the door. Now, with that being said, the employees are nice and try hard - this setup is simply deplorable!

The most horrible mail service in the country. I guess the mail is electronically sorted and then the couriers simply shove all mail into the boxes, whether its the correct box or not. Im having to rent a PO box at a different location due to incompetence and lost paychecks... and of course they dont even offer PO Box rental at this location.

I dont complain very often but this time I have to let my letter carrier know I saw her break more branches off my shrubbery after I had already pruned it! It was not in any way blocking access to the mailbox.!! She is very much over stepping her bounds!

Our mail originates from this post office and is always late in the afternoon. They never pick up our outgoing mail, although we put the flag up on the mailbox. They just pile the incoming mail on top of our outgoing mail, causing us to have delinquencies on payments that we make. Sometimes mail sits in the box for 4 or more days.We receive mail from several different addresses completely distant from our office, plus 1 bill arrived 6 months after the postmark and was water damaged and in deplorable condition. Although we have reported this several times, nothing seems to be corrected. We still have an outgoing piece of mail in our box for the 3rd day today. There seems to be a lack of caring for their customers. Typical government run organization.

Theyre all incompetent liars and carelessly give inaccurate information. But, theyre nice while theyre waisting your time.

For the year Ive been at my new address Ive gotten a lot of mail for former tenants. Less than at first but its still a problem. Carrier and supervisor assured me it would be addressed, but it continues.Mailed a priority mail package on Saturday that should have been in Atlanta area by Monday (per usps, not guaranteed of course). Now on Tuesday I find out its been miss-sorted and sent to Hattiesburg, MS, wont be sent out till tonight and may get to GA by Friday.Had same problems with previous address. Very, very poor mail service and they didnt change the regular carrier or used musical carriers at times.

This is a greatb post office, its small, but the clerks are very nice and so dang helpful. Each person gets their needs met, plus they are friendly and gracious.

Literally drove an hour to get here and traffic made me 3 min late, the package has been stuck in transit for 3 weeks their fault, and this lady comes up and locks the door seeing me walk up. And refuses to literally let me get my package thats sitting in there.

This is the 3rd time my packages were left at the wrong address. The address was correct on the package but they delivered to the wrong address.

Awful service. Always excuses of why they cant perform a very simple task. Get the mail off the truck put it in your little vans and deliver. Repeat the next day and the day after. Not that hard.

Too small of a facility; basically standing in the doorway after about 5-6 ppl. Most ppl are rushing just to get in the door before locking the doors at close time, bc they close too early (4:30 M-F, & Noon on Sat.), & have basically 1 person working the counter! Definitely needs improvement!

If youre short on time dont use this Post Office. Lots of customers ad minimal employees. Opens late too.

This is the worst postal service! ALL POST OFFICES have the rudest staff members when you have a problem and cut you off when you are asking for an answer. I dont even want to rate them because they DESERVE ZERO STARS

Specifically for the USPS at Mobile Regional Airport — Long waits in line. Poor customer service from the lady. I won’t ever choose this place again for my shipping needs!

I mailed 3 bills from this location 2 weeks ago handed them to the lady after i put stamps on them and the bills have not made it to the place they was going to and i have been on the phone on hold for 40 minutes with no help and they wounder why they are about to go under.
