I was returning a pair of shoes to Amazon. It must have been a 3rd party purchase because unlike any previous return I could not just drop it off and be done. I needed to have the shipping label printed, for which they charge $2.29. I initially was going to leave, but came back in and told them I’ll just pay it.It turns out they could not ship it with just the shoe box, which is fine. However, they didn’t tell me I would have to purchase a $15 box until after they printed the shipping label. So I spent my $2.29, received a piece of paper in return, and still have the shoes to deal with. I just wish they had explained all of the charges up front.

We have gotten so busy this Easter we had totally forgotten to send the kids their Easter baskets. They are grown and away for school. Even tho they adults we like to send something from home. Since we had already missed Easter we we used the cheaper shipping price. To our surprise our daughter called us and said that her package was at her apartment. Thank you UPS store for helping us to recover from our mistake. Happy Easter.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. My packages mostly always missing!!!! The TRACKING RECEIPT SAYS SENT TO UPS store 5632. When I get there they say SORRY NO PACKAGE !!!!! And the tracking receipt says received and the time. BEWARE.

Store looks a little run down, lady had an attitude, and the prices are NOTICABLY higher than any other UPS store in town. Decided to go elsewhere

While clean, the prices were higher than other UPS locations in town. That coupled with the bubble wrap being sold in the store clearly being hand rolled from their own packing supplies and taped together for sale, I did not like this location as much as a different UPS location nearby.

I went in with my sister to sign up for a box because I no longer live at my current address and was trying to avoid the post office. It was the morning of 3/22/21. First he said that we couldn’t get one together because we have different last names. So we were going to open one for me and one for her because she’s moved back to mobile and don’t have a physical address yet. Dude straight up told us no because he thought we “were opening a business”. I tried to use my DL and Ss card and he kept persisting that I use my cars tag registration, which wasn’t a problem but he also couldn’t tell me why my social wasn’t a valid form of id, when my sister was going to use her DL and passport. Very rude the entire time we were in there. A guy was explaining something and he told the guy “can I handle this? They aren’t receiving packages, just getting mail”. Then he proceeds to deny us getting one based on the assumption we were using the box for a business, which I didn’t even know we could do. I didn’t mind using any form of Id but I would’ve liked to known why I couldn’t use the 2 forms I did bring (and since when a social security card isn’t a valid form). His attitude about the entire experience has turned me off from ever doing business with UPS again.

I went to this store. The manager/owner saw me standing in line and purposely skipped over me to assist a man who came in the door five minutes after me. I will never visit this store again!!!

Came into the store to ship my Amazon returns and the staff are always super helpful and nice. Angie, one of the team members there, always go above and beyond. Very convenient to have her box all my shipments for me and to have a worry free experience. I ask for her every time and she takes care of everything.

The staff is very helpful. However, the owner was very rude to the staff in front of the customers. The owner then proceeded to have a personal conversation on her cell phone that was also very unprofessional in front of customers. Very unsettling experience!

I gave an Amazon return package to UPS Store #5632 on Oct 12, 2020 at 15:34 but it is still sitting there not being shipped for TWO WEEKS. I am very concerned that I will be charged payment for the replacement item because Amazon has not received the return in a timely manner. There is NO EXCUSE for this kind of delay.

Ive kept a mail box here for about 3 years and couldnt be happier with the service. I have all my packages sent here and these folks go out of their way to make sure I get them quickly. Soon as I walk in, one of the ladies head to the back and find my orders. Even when its crowded it usually takes very little time to get to the front. Great people!

In regards to NOTARY services. There is currently not a notary on staff. Sign is still in the window saying they offer the service. Holiday crowds offer a ten minute wait to find out that they do not have one.

Very nice ladies! I parked in the front and was trying to get my kids out of the truck with a lot of boxes. A worker came out and started taking the boxes in the store for me without hesitation. I will use this location from now on!

I brought in a drop off package in an “Express” envelope for an Amazon return not knowing that you could not ship regular ground in that particular envelope. Even if it is marked out. I was rudely informed by the associate that I could not do that. I asked if I needed to drive back to my office to put it in a regular envelope. She advised that it was up to me, but she would ship it and if anything happened it was on me. It was not the information that she provided that bothered me, but how rude she was delivering it. Every since the location has gone under new ownership the customer service is non-existent. I will definitely make the drive to another location in the future.

Don’t take a 20x30 picture to have them mail for you. It’s apparently impossible or the box itself is $66. I guess this is how they work when they don’t want to deal with you.
