Omg . Took the expensive laptop I bought in July for repair in mid December. No Leda where it is . Been calling. Supervisor recommended that I buy a new one because it needs a new motherboard and that was an expensive part. Then a supervisor told me to go buy a new laptop

Excellent customer service.

All the associate was interested in was trying to sell me a new laptop instead of helping me figure out what the issue was with my current one. They apparently dont even work on hardware in house. The only response I received about trying to get a diagnosis of my laptop was that it is an $84 fee and that it might cost up to $200 to repair it without even knowing what the issue is.

This geek squad is a joke. Literally.

I got a pair of Beats that needed to be shipped off for repairs under warranty. I had all the paperwork filed with Apple when I walked in. They wont even attempt to help if you dont have an appointment. Today is Monday and the earliest appointment was Saturday! I was the only one at the counter and was told by the Geek they have no leeway when it comes to appointments. Seems to be no leeway when it comes to customer service, too. Find another route that leads you from the Geek Squad if you can.

Had our computer for over a month and have not called or repaired it.Huge turnover and seems no one is in charge of this Geek Squad location.

Everything that I was told by the service attendant was met except for one thing: The pick up days was four days earlier. I was so excited about that because my computer is used daily and it is now operational again. thanks again for the excellent service.....,.

Severely unstaffed being that it is the only geek squad location in the county 2 hour minimum wait. Can not repair androids in store and no loaner phones for the week it takes them to send your phone to get repaired so u are expected to be without a phone for a week

The Geek Squad is a racket! I have been calling about the door on my dishwasher for months and finally they are replacing it. Saturday they sent out the wrong parts and had to be reordered the tech screwed up the dishwasher and it WILL NOT wash at all. We had no problems with the function of the dishwasher just the the rusty door. Now Geek Squad says since the parts had to be reordered I will not be able to use the dishwasher until Friday when the tech comes out with the replacement parts that have nothing to do with the dishwasher not working. I either want to be compensated for the tech messing up my dishwasher or have a tech out today or tomorrow to get it working and then they can get the parts in and replaces the basket handles and the rusty door. People pay all this money for warranty service and get treated like crap!

Dont waste your time with this disfunctional business....We had Tv Installation Pros install our tvs on the wall with zero problems...Did an excellent job and there local! oh oh oh, they also have a human answer the phone!

These guys know what there doing and always on time.
