Clean store, open parking lot, great variety of products however only one register was open in the morning.

The employee was helpful because she asked if she could blow up Valentines Day balloons that were still in boxes. She was told she could.

Very organized and clean. Staff is very helpful and all are wearing masks. I love this Dollar tree!

On September 29, 2020 at 6:06 pm I was making the line on register 1 and all on the suddenly this women name Quenesta i believe is the manager on duty said to me that the register is close that the girl needed to take her lunch for me to make the line AGAIN!!! Really bad customer service.QUENESTA YOU NEED TO TAKE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS. WHEN SOMEONE IS MAKING A LINE YOUR EMPLOYEE NEED TO FINISH TAKING HER LAST CUSTOMER THEN SHE MAY TAKE HER LUNCH.

Hi, I understand that a late friday visit is not the best but I expected much mo tree e from their employees.1 star less is not for them, the mall does not have any electric car charging station.2 star less because the manager after asking him, his only answer was get in the counter payment line and well see sorry I dont take directions without education.3 star less because the cash regis tree er guy was as rude as the manager.4 star less because we are consumers no matter how much we pay, how much we spent or how much they get paid, they should not be facing customers.Thank you!

They have so much merchandise on the floor to unpack that its exceptionally crowded. Employees are buzzing around trying to work on it. One minute the line was 12 people deep and the next time I looked there was no line so they are doing something right at this store location. Always a wonderful selection of things I need, might need or just want.

Bad coustomer service. Specially right now that people suffering from nationwide pandemic and this branch dollar tree at monarch lakes in miramar branch are holding hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies for them self and their employees buying bunch of hand sanitizer for their home. For customers they give 1 pocket size hand sanitizer and if we request to buy more they are rudely answer NO. Hope Doller tree coustomer service will read this and do proper unquiry.

I call this location and ask them if they got any new movies in this week. The employee tells me they did. I make the 15 min drive and when I get there, there is absolutely nothing. Same movies, not even restocked. This is the 2nd time they lie to me over the phone. Thats one less customer they have. Ridiculous!

An ok dollar tree location. Shelves were a little bare and it sucked that it didnt have refrigerated items. However I know that that is because it is in a plaza with a grocery store.The cashiers and associates walking around werent the most pleasant. They only had two lines open and three other associates walking around and the lines were to the aisles.I understand cleaning up to go but a little assistance at the register would have been nice. You couldve gotten the people out of there faster and out of the way.

Poor customer service. Of all my times visiting this store, I was very displeased. Cashier was blatantly rude from the time I entered the store. I asked her a question and she acted as if she did not hear me. I asked for a manager and the two staff members both acted as if none were on duty and said there was an assistant manager and never called them to be of assistance to me.

This store has Less variety than the Other Dollar Tree located on pines. The manager,a petite woman, I believe, is nice. She is always helpful. They Always have boxes of items in the aisles. Its annoying.😐😣😑 That makes this store a little dirty. I suppose this location needs more staff too.

The managers are Very helpful. They answer the phone!! They actually have products that are name brand/ well-known labels.

I guess its normal for all dollar trees to constantly have carts full of boxes in the isle? Giving it four stars cause it seems like thats the norm but also because the cashier was very friendly and nice!

Great location, ignore many of the much older reviews as these were written before this location received new managers. The store has vastly improved and it can be seen by the increase in customers over the recent months. If I had to say anything bad about the store, it would be about the customers who walk in feeling entitled or have a bad day and decide to take that out on the employees. Unless theyve done something wrong, please dont go and make an employees day worse. Theyre only there to help, and you getting mad at them for stupid reasons isnt going to help anyone.

Good store. I was looking for frozen pizza. They didnt have it because they dont have fridges.

An employee got into a yelling match with a customer and continued to talk about it in a loud voice after the customer left.A very uncomfortable atmosphere for a few minutes.The cashier at register 4 was very nice to this customer.There were 2 or 3 employees dealing with balloons when 1 would have sufficed.

Store is pretty well sorted of different items, great deals.

Workers are always pleasant but have gone in for past week and shelves are empty with dozens of boxes in the middle of every aisle. Do not know why.

Place was almost without stock of merchandise, and a bit messy, hope there is improvement.

I went to line 2 to pay for my items on 8-5-20 @14:19. The cashier, she was being rude and denied service. Sent me over to a line that was full.

They dont have as much selection as other dollar trees. In anything. They also do not have a refrigerated section. Ive been there a few times and its always messy and their customer service is bad. I work by this one and prefer the one by my house. On s y atw road 7 and Pembroke road. Much better selection always neat good customer service and a refrigerated section.

I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every thing cost 1$ or down, who doesnt love that! one thing they might have to upgrade is the people who work there, some people are nice and some people are mean, for example it was dec 24 and i said merry christmas eve, and they ignored me and i even saw them role their eyes.another example will be it was at 9:43pm (it closes at 10:00pm) and a person was leaving with 2 young girls one look like 2 years and another like 6, the people who work there was already cleaning up, the mother remember something that was very important that she had to get but a employe didnt let her get in, but the employe said let me get ur little girl and she will take me where she needs to go which was totally unsafe, they had a mini fight, and it was a whole show and all, and it made the little kids cry... so the owners need to check their employes attitude

I was surprised at the customer service. I have never been to a store with better customer service. The icing on the cake is that it is a true dollar store and nit a dollar plus store. I heart this place
