Service was fine the work was perfect but after spending over $1,000 on tires and wheels the last box had the wrong wheel in it so now I had to go back which is 80 miles out of the way to pick up my other Wheel and Tire two days later now kind of a pain but couldnt beat the price they hadnt been for the extra trip to get the other wheel would have given more stars

After experiencing an incident that left us with a sudden flat tire and two bent rims, we were only able to drive our vehicle two blocks to the nearest tire shop. This happened to be A&A. Given the situation, we didn’t have much choice, but A&A was outstanding! They fixed both tire rims, replaced all four tires, and realigned our car within 3 hours the incident! The price was extremely reasonable too! It was a frustrating situation that A&A’s professionalism and quick response made much easier to handle. We will definitely be returning when their services are needed again, highly recommend!

Fast, nice, real people. In and out in under 20 mins. Patched up my tire for $15. Super chill guy (didnt get his name) filled up all the air in my tires and made sure we were good to go before we left. No one was wearing a mask - but i dont blame them. I wouldnt want to work on cars in a mask either. Will most lilely be back in the future to buy tires.

Went in for tires, had to order them and they arrived an hour later. The tires were not what I wanted and ordered a 2nd set and that set arrived shortly after. Time and money spent here was the best tire buying experience I have ever had. Between the two vehicles i took there i think i spent a little over $1600 and Id do it all over again without a doubt.

They were happy to only charge me labor for installation and found out they also sell the same high end brand I got.Very happy and will happily be back in the future.

Went in today and they fixed my rear flat tire for $12. They were courteous and I was done in about 10 minutes! Then my car had a dead battery, so they even stopped what they were doing and helped me get it going! Awesome experience!!! I will be back.

AA Tire is awesome. They have always balanced my tires very well. The people at AA Tire are always polite and fast as well as being great at their job. They care about their business.

Got an estimate for alignment and new tires up the street from Les Schwab and thought Id compare estimates prices to A&A. Couldnt even get to the front door when an employee came up to me and said that they dont do alignments on lowered cars. And he wouldnt even talk to me about a quote on tires. Horrible customer service. Maybe they have too much business. Will never return and tell my story to anyone considering their shop!

Came here after getting a flat. Quick and easy with a fair price for a used replacement tire. Also has a nice wheel display and comfortable seats in the waiting area.

Over-inflated my tires to twice the safe limit...Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and a second chance by asking them to help with a TPMS sensor issue that was only an issue because of their poor communication....was told it wasn’t their problem. Scam artists- avoid at all costs.

This place has quick and excellent service. I brought my aftermarket rims and tires to this place and had them installed on my Mustang GT without any issues. They were able to dispose of my used tires as well. The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs new rims and tires installed on their vehicle.

I was shopping around for truck tires and decided to check out A & A Tires. After having sticker shop from some of the other tire retailers, I was very pleased to find reasonable prices for quality tires.The owner suggested tires from a manufacturer I was unfamiliar with and I was cautious at first. After reading many positive online reviews of the recommended tires, I purchased a set and I am very happy that I did. These are great tires.Dont pay more for tires than you have to. The service was top notch, both when I bought the tires, and again when I had to have a nail removed from one of my tires.I will continue to recommend A & A Tires and Wheels to my family and friends.

Many places didn’t have the tire size i needed in stock. Called them up and they had them delivered same day, for way cheaper than the competitors. I found the tires they were selling me cheaper online, and the front desk dude gave me a “$30 discount” all in all I’m happy i got the tires i needed for a cheaper price. Only complaint is that they don’t align bmw’s. Otherwise I’m happy with the purchase.

Ive bought 3 sets of tires, 2 sets of rims, brakes twice and recently new rotors. Every time Ive gone back the service has been worse. When I got my tiews last time they didnt even replace the valve stems and one was leaking and I took it back and he asked me How did you even notice that? Then this saturday I dropped my truck off for rotors and he said they would be done by the end of the day. My phone died so I decided to go back at 5 45 since they closed at 6. He informed he sent everyone home early and there were tires blocking my truck from getting out even though it was done and ready to go. He refused to move the tires himself and refused to let me pay and take my truck rven though they were still open. So I had to leave my truck there untill monday and had to cancel a job we had sunday and monday.

Looked all over for LT all terrain tires for my Dodge Dakota PU. They had exactly what I needed and they were $300 less than LS and this place has the same guarantee and maintenance program. Installation and balancing included. Plus if you get there around lunch time they will direct you to the cafe across the street - good food.

Great little shop. Good work at a reasonable price. Lots of huge brodozer rims and tires on display, but they always have a decent selection of passenger tires and used wheels as well.

Got in and financed pretty easy just make sure you dont have a payroll card and you will be set lol. Got a good deal especially being in between pay checks so life saver their. Got excellent help on opinions and sizes for my vehicle also on what the recommend for my use! Had plenty of choices spent a Lil more on better tires but well worth it! Id defiantly recommend again!

Broke my keys and claimed I was trying to set him up for a case. I called when I noticed my key fob was missing and he assured me he returned my property as I gave it to him. I asked him to keep an eye out for it and I checked my car as he suggested. I found my key fob under the driver seat which was broken and appeared to either be ripped from the keychain or crushed. I called him a bit more irritable and we had a 10 minute conversation going back and forth on who broke the keys... he suggested I was trying to set him up and that I broke my own keys just to achieve some sort of compensation. At this point I lost my cool and it turned into a shouting match, I understand there could have been some sort of mishap which could’ve broke the fob in one way or another... but that doesn’t excuse the fact that the business was blaming me for my own broken property, that’s absolutely ridiculous. The service I paid for was great. The broken key fob and customer service received after the service was horrible. I would suggest anyone to an alternative shop due to the terrible way they handled the situation. There was either some sort of mistake which ended with a broken key fob and I was blamed for the break because they had no reason to claim responsibility as it may have been an unknown accident. Although highly unlikely that could have been the case, more likely there was a mishap, either purposely or accidentally and they had hidden the evidence... under the seat? Then proceeded to blame me for my broken property... Either way the situation was handled very unprofessionaly.

A&A Has great prices, great staff, and a speedy turnaround. Not only that, but I got a nail my tire and they fixed it for free! Even the big name stores charge you $50 to replace them after you pay for there warranty. This place is amazing, I wont go anywhere else for tires!

I bought a used tire from them and the valve steam leaked ever since Ive gotten it and I took it back there 2 weeks after filling my tire up everyday and they said that I would need to buy another used tire at 40 bucks instead of just putting another valve steam in it for me which I was willing to pay for myself. So I took it to les Schwab and they did it for free now ill take all my business to les Schwab from now on..

Bought a used tire for my spare, not even 3 days later I caught a screw in my rear driver-side tire. A&A repaired the flat, and without skipping a beat offered to mount it back on. Awesome customer service all around.

Been there multiple times and prior to the last visit I was happy with them but when I bought front tires at $250 then came in two weeks later to get back tires (same tire) the office guy looked at me like hed never seen me before and pretended to not find my receipt in the system then proceeded to tell me that price is not right and it was $300... after it was done of course! I dont like feeling like Ive been taken advantage of so Ill go back to Schwabs where Ill pay $300 and theyre not crooks!

Bought tires here a few times. Always great service. Most recently bought a set of tires for my truck. 6 days later one was going low due to a manufacturer defect. They replaced it with a new one now questions...I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Will definitely keep buying here.

I bought tires less than 3 moths ago. These are big mud tires for a diesel truck. I noticed the front was wearing on the inside. He tries saying I needed an alignment. Thats funny that was done 6 moths ago. The tires are just faulty and they could careless. Just out for a quick buck and a one time customer. Save your money because you are not saing shopping here.

Excellent service!!We purchased a full-sized SUV and wanted to change the stock rims/tires. Fahad was super helpful and helped us pick out some rims and tires. We were wanting to upgrade to a more aggressive, off-road tire and move up in rim size.He ordered a set of black Fuels for us along with some Toyo tires. They arrived today so we drove to the shop and everything was swapped out in under an hour!! These guys are willing to make a deal with you. I shopped online, called a handful of shops, and the owners son was willing to work out a deal to earn my business. He didnt have the tires in stock, but said he would have them the following day for me. I asked if he needed a deposit, he said no, just stop in tomorrow after 2pm and we will get you taken care of. The service was fast, I ate at the Rigobertos restaurant next door and everything was done when I walked back over. Fast, friendly, and hard working individuals. They deserve my business - because they take pride in their work and understand how to meet the needs of their customers.

Ive gotten new tires for my Yaris easily financed at an incredible price and they did my alignment for free because I was going to put it off (didn’t have finances to do all of it). I later got tires & all new brakes for my CRV and just found a nail in a tire! It’s been a couple months. Called, came down and was immediately helped. While these people aren’t giving me the typical ‘Starbucks employee fake smile’ when I walk in, the real customer service and honest business they offer here is untouchable. I had gone to another place in the area prior to here and when I got rejected for financing, those other guys tried to embarrass me on the sales floor over it (let’s just say their store also goes by two letters and does tires on capitol hwy) but A&A is the real deal!!!

Stopped by to purchase a replacement tire because it had a hole in the sidewall. Couple months later here I am going to change the brakes. Easy, right? Wrong. They over torqued the lugs on that wheel to where I had to drill three of them off after bending two steel lug wrenches and snapping a socket. Not happy.

Low prices, low ethics, and low creativity.You can judge for yourself but I left an unsatisfied customer and felt I was the only one thinking of solutions.My father-in-law is rather car savvy but occasionally cut corners. I generally trust him and he gave me four studded winter tires to put on our minivan. I thought Id try out A&A as I like helping out small businesses and these guys were new. When I brought the tires in it was a reasonable price to get them mounted and balanced so I said alright. When they looked at the tires they were definitely smaller then the ones that had come standard and informed me of this (p205/60/R15 compared to stock p215/70/R15). I thought and said, I knew this was going to happen and was about to get up when Fahad told me they would still work. I trusted his advice and said, oh, okay, go ahead.Coincidentally my car started acting up and I thought weirdly it might have something to do with the smaller tires. When I started doing research everything I read strongly suggested against smaller tires. Now I know that this could be somewhat subjective but I was not informed AT ALL of the repercussions of smaller tires (decrease in handling, speedometer not matching actual speed, possible tire collapse...). When I went back to have them put some all season tires on that I had, I was told it was my responsibility to know the risks of my tires and they would not fix or recognize their error.Im generally a pretty easy to please customer but I felt like these guys did not live up to the A&A mission statement. The employees were just standing around when they could have quickly fixed the job and had a satisfied customer. The moment of truth was when I was told, They would WORK. I would like to point out that a working solution is not the same as an advisable solution. Here is an opportunity to think creatively, help a customer out with a safe solution, and make money. Youre tires are smaller. These are the possibilities. I noticed that you have to good ice tires on the back. Why dont I order you two new tires at wholesale prices and get you back on the road safely? Here is the cost.I guess the old adage continues to hold true. You get what you pay for and low prices mean low service.

Great experience with this business. Me and my wife came here to get new tires for our BMW. they gave us the best price than anyone else in portland way cheaper than other tire shops. We finance our tires and they got No Credit Check financing available. Its Very simple to apply go to their web and fill the application. It tells you right away how much money they approved when you submit application. And best about that financing is if you pay them in 90 days its same as cash....i like that shop b/c they have almost all the tire sizes in stock so you can get same day same time whatever you wanna buy. So go to AA tires and save money and time....*****

Probably a lot of better choices for tires or wheels than these guys. Prices are ok, but thats about it. If youre a member, Costco seems to be the way to go for tires and great service.

I was on a time crunch and needed to get back on the road asap. They got me in and out with a new tire in less than 5 minutes. They have good prices too.

Front desk guy was disappointed when I said used. Also unlike other shops the used tires were set at $40. Most places let you pick from styles and tread. After taking my tire and putting random tread $40 tire, I get the new one in my other car to take it home only to find that its a different size. Original was 205/55 and the new was 205/60. Went back in and showed the front desk guy and he smirked! Thought I found a new local place for tire needs... I was mistaken

I came in to buy 4 tires, after calling to see that they had my size in stock and being told the set of 4 would be $350. Once there, they said they dont have that size in stock brand, but we have these others, which were going to be $450 for the set. I asked them to split the difference and we agreed I would buy them for $400 ($50 more than the ones they told me they had on the phone).After the tech had my car on the lift and was starting to loosen bolts, the manager came to tell me that the salesman was wrong, and that the price for the tires was going to be $500, so in effect, $150 more than they told me on the phone.I had them re-tighten my wheels and take the car off the rack. Bad business practice!

This place has been great for me. I am on my 2nd purchase. The prices are very comparable. Way cheaper than Les Swab! You can go name brand or not. I have purchased Cooper studded tires for my truck and Nokian Zline a/s for my Audi. I will purchase summer tires for my truck here as well. They also did a tire alignment on my truck.
