Allstate is a great company that makes you feel at ease when dealing with all the antics of driving out there. We have no time to be under-covered when there is an accident waiting to happen because of distracted driving. We are cautious, but what about other drivers out there? They havent helped us get our glass replaced. Dan wasnt in the office and ever time i call hes out. Tom did get a hold of Brenda at safelite but she never called and they dont want to pay for OEM glass. Not a good experience so far! Will update further.

We switched to Allstate when we bought a house and we now seriously regret it. It was a little cheaper to bundle our auto with home insurance but not worth the trouble. Allstate and our agent have been very hard to deal with, not unlike trying to contact a govnt agency. Our roadside policy left us stuck by the side of the road when we needed it. I m shopping for new coverage asap!

Garbage they wont insure a motorcycle but will on a Escalade because they claimed Ive had two tickets which Ive only had one and two accidents one at fault and one not
