Larry and Jesse are both so great! Ive always been taken seriously and really like the amazing personal service they provide. Ive never felt handled by them, and even when there is an issue with Allstate, they work to resolve it in the best way for me.

Larry Choruby and all his office staff are friendly and responsive. Every time I have contacted them, I get a response right away even if it was an email that I sent. Normally it is the same day unless it has been outside of business hours, then it is the next day. I am in good hands.

I had nationwide insurance for 20 years and every single six months they would raise my rates 5 to 7 % every six months, finally I called around including this office on oak grove blvd, and although they were not the cheapest they were much less than nationwide and Jessie and Larry have been very pleasant to deal with, so far after two years with allstate they have barely raised my rates at all, I have no tickets or accidents on my record, I remember I called nationwide and asked them what was up with the rate increases, they said well that is what we charge, Whatever, I found allstate, need insurance? call these guys.

Mary Ferro has been an angel from the initial sign on process, switching from former insurer (GIECO), through some glitches with the MileWise department during a period of my car being inoperable (dead battery and waiting for other engine diagnostics and repair).
