Waste of money. Only thing they did was soaked my floor mats up. Please don’t even waste your time

Theres a full service carwash in my neighborhood but I drive a few miles to Suburban because they do a great job.

This place was highly recommended so I went there on 7/31/21. I had vacuumed the car before going and figured they would reach the spots I couldn’t; sides of the seats, clean cup holders, and remove the spots that the car wash missed. Nope! It was a total waste of money!

It was a very simple & straight forward experience. That was a very short wait in between other cars but I was pretty much in and out in no time. And they did a quality job with washing & taking care of my car.

They always do a great job. Quick and thorough service! This is the only place I go when I need my car washed.

Service is always good. Not as good as usual, but the workers work hard in these conditions. Dont do as good with wiping the interior down, like they do in the summer. Nice staff good work.

I had been going to Suburban for 20+ years. ALWAYS great quality service and friendly hard working manager (Tom) and employees. Their prices were very reasonable. I paid around $13 for years for a full service car wash. They also have cards that were stamped with every wash. When the card was filled, you got a free wash of any price. I never was disappointed. They also jumped my car once. I didnt even ask and they did it for no charge.I moved to Green Bay 1 1/2 years ago and the only place I could find that does full service car washes is charging $26!!!I miss Suburban!

They don’t wipe everything down thoroughly in your vehicle I get the best package possible $29 and my middle Consol was never even wiped my cupholders in the middle were never wiped my doors were not wiped on the left side just terrible quality I don’t know if it’s under new ownership because in the past it has been great this was my second time in a rowThat I thought I’d give it one last try… Octopus car wash I’m coming back! And I leave them a $10 tip every time don’t know it’s not done very well until I get back in it so sad

Very unprofessional and does a horrible job of wiping down my truck. Didnt vacuum clean inside left trash on floor.

They lost my car mats, the car wasnt vacuumed at all the wheels were dirty. Basically they just took my money. I went back up there when I discovered my mat was missing and the attitude was of no concern.I will never ever go there nor will I recommend anyone to go there.They didnt even look around for my mat . I showed them that the car hadnt been vacuumed the attendant stood there and I vacuumed my own car out. As they stood and watched me when I had pId for service. Wish I could do zero starsNEVER AGAIN!!!!

The owner was friendly BUT I paid $15 for my car wash and I was NOT satisfied. I had not been to a car wash in years so I didnt know they wouldnt clean my seats. The windows were not throughly cleaned in my SUV and they didnt even vacuum the trunk🤦🏾‍♀️and it wasnt even busy. The owner said if I requested it they would do it. I was the only one there so I felt like they could have done a much better job. I was not pleased!!!! I wont return.

Paid $18 for a wash, mainly because I hate doing the inside windows. I was a bit disappointed because after I got home I noticed that the sections over the wheel wells were still full of grime and dirt. I ended up cleaning these parts by myself.

It was closed. No signs posted if they operating. No one was answering their phone.

I paid $24.99 for full car wash, vacuuming, speed wax and some other things. They did not clean the inside of my car. I asked if they cleaned the dashboard and the young man told me no because that was detail cleaning, but he did cleaned the cup holder, which was a lie. Every car wash that have people working on cars that I have been to will clean the inside (front & back). I didn’t get what I paid for. I am very disappointed.

I asked for a $25.00 car wash they not even vacuum it or clean nothing inside I was running late to my job but my car just looks same I didnt have time to say something but the white dudes didnt do their jobs at all stop doing business with this car wash FR.

Im from Texas, just up here working and wanted to get my truck cleaned.Paid for the most expensive wash, and Im very disappointed! The people who were supposed to dry my truck left a ton of water on it!The people supposed to wipe the inside, left so much not wiped and there was even a bug left on my dash!I will not go back, nor do I recommend anyone to EVER go here! Smh!

They did a terrible job washing the car. Their attention to detailing such as dirt still on the driver side by the tires and the outside chrome parts if the windows. Guess they were suffering from a pandemic too🤔🤔

Vacuum job was average and they missed a lot of spots. Glad I didnt leave a tip!

Worst experience ever. Truck is half cleaned. I left my seats up that that it could be vacuumed properly. When I got home and looked under the seat...not vacuumed. Dirty spots still on the outside of the car. Dashboard still dusty with the same leaf that was on it when I took the car in. Mats dripping with water and still dirty as if they we just dipped in Mayer instead of cleaned. Before I left, when I got in the car I seen that the front window was still very dirty and full of dead bugs. I asked the man to clean it and he got an attitude. Just terrible customer service all around. Will not be back. There was no other cars before or after me so it should have been done properly.

Was okay...but full service should include more detailed work on the inside of the car. Just saying.

Yeah, they do a good job BUT how about being open when you post you will be open? It sucks to drive there twice & they are closed, when they should be open! Its not raining, its not snowing and the temp is in the 30s. Booooooooo

A long time customer and today was a busy day for the place. Still after the loyalty of waiting and ordering there number one package. I was sadly disappointed, my windows were more worse than when I entered. The drip from the passenger side sideview mirror. Had me wishing I stayed with the basic wash. However I will be back they are still the standard in this neighborhood for hand carwashes.

Went there this pass Monday ,for full service wash they did a horrible job of vacuuming the car,the same stuff was still on the seats and the floor,I drove back around and told the manager he act like he had an attitude ,but told me theyll clean it again it was still not cleaned I just left they will not get $12 from me again.

They didn’t do anything in interior other than windows. There was dust and marks on dash still and vaccuming wasn’t even finished of the whole car.We were told it was busy so they could do it again and just do the minimum unless it’s slow but they don’t really do interior in much detail even with the most expensive wash normally,Go elsewhere. Not worth $25.

Quick in and out did a good job on my truck.

Clerk at front desk had a nasty attitude. No rain checks in case of rain. Too expensive for the works. Mostly concerned of her nastyattitude, not friendly customer service

May car was not clean, had to asked the guy to clean my window again , and he half did it with a attitude. The inside also wasnt done well. They need to slow down and add more soap and wax to your car, and maybe Ill try them again.
