Dont ever go to this place.. truck was running fine.. They opened my engine and charged me for it.. I Think theyre involved in the illegal Removal of those Converters too..

They replaced a large muffler on my van, at the end of the day I paid 50 to 75 less than I thought I was. Now my vans quiet.

Went to this location twice a week for three weeks for them to correct their own mistakes.Wait times are for days.Will not visit this location every again.

I have spent a lot of money at this place over the years and I know now that it was only out of convenience. I took my car up there for a simple oil change and 3 days later they hadn’t even gotten to it yet. No one informed me beforehand that there would be a week wait for an oil change. Secondly I’m pretty sure my car was skipped due to the fact that there was a truck there the same day as me and that truck was already being worked on, yet I still had “6” cars in front of me. The customer service at this place is very stale. The employees always seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I’ve probably spent about $10,000+ at this place and still can’t even get a proper greeting upon coming to the place. Never again.

Good place to do business with, bad side is location is small so you better get there early..especially on a sat..but overall they do quality work. Patience...Give them time and let them do it right

I was recommended to take my car here from another auto repair shop and Im so glad! The service was quick and although it was a hectic morning, everyone working got people in and out efficiently. The cost of the muffler repair was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Wisconsin Muffler!

I have never been here. I need to get a muffler cover but after reading all these negatives reviews about how people at this shop lie about prices and work, I dont think Ill waste my time and money. Its true that women are often taken advantage of when it comes to car related repairs. I dont think Im gonna come here, too many negative reviews. SMH

Quit putting cars on the street between 7a-9a on weekdays. There is a sign literally in front of your business and cars are still parked there almost every day making traffic an absolute mess each day. Will be reaching out to authorities soon if nothing changes.

Went in for a muffler repair. Next day my car wouldnt start, when it finally did start the check engine light was on. Went back and was told it will be 700$.I wouldnt even recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Went in for AC work. The tech didnt even measure the temp at the vent just said it is blowing cold air. I asked him what the vent temp was and he put me on hold but then came back and asked if there is a button on the dash to get that reading. The only positive is they didnt put up a fight when I suggested there shouldnt be any fee for the poor service.

Their customer service is horrible. One of the mechanics appeared to be under the influence of something while trying to work on the cars.

Horrible experience I received.. I was lied to three times. I called to price check a service and was given a quote. I dropped the car off with MAKE & Model reiterating the quote.. Salesman agreed.. I get a call three hours later stating that quote wasnt to my vehicle.. Well I wouldnt have dropped the mf off if I knew you were going up $65. Than I was told oh btw u need this this n this!!($2500 worth of repairs) I declined... Received another call stating your car will be ready at 5..please arrive no later than 5:10pm.. I arrive and the mechanic havent even started on my car.. n missing a service... The mf lied in my face stating, oh you need this fixed in order to get that done.. that would run you $600.. basically he didnt want to bc the mf just started on my exhaust... Mind you my cousin owns a auto shop and told me specifically what I needed... He doesnt do alignment or exhaust.. otherwise Ill never bother... If youre not buying what theyre selling, you are Worthless to them... Ill never return nor suggest business to them... Money hungry lying untrustworthy unethical group of individuals...

They claim to work on foreign cars but upon my visit they gave me the wrong diagnosis on the lexus. I went to the dealer ship the following month to find out the work they did in my vehicle was not done properly. Causing my car to misfire causing me to have to pay to fix there mistak. Never going back !

Needed 2 brake lines for my 98 bonneville, estimate was $277. brake lines and fittings are cheap for this car, i bought lines, fittings, fluid from advance auto all for $55, installed in my driveway and bleed brakes under 1.5 hours, your estimate is a complete ripoff, should have been $150 with tax, very disappointed, will never go here again 😡
