I bought a vehicle from them today. The purchase process was fast, easy and painless. I had issues with my car toter and they helped me resolve them. I tried to compensate for their time helping me but they were very kind and wouldnt take anything in return for it.I wouldnt hesitate to work with them again!

I bought a car from Ramsey’s over a month ago. It’s a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee and works great! If you are buying a car from Ramsey’s it is a “used” car, it’s not going to be perfect. Overall, super happy with my Jeep!

Ramsey motors is a great Mechanic shop. They are very knowledgeable and reliable. And if I need something done quickly they are willing to come in early to accommodate schedule. Mike is my go to guy for any issues with my car and they give discounts because I am a repeat customer.

My husband and I had one of the best car shopping experiences ever! They do a thorough check over of their vehicles and fix what needs to be fixed before they sell them. My husband was very impressed! I have no complaints at all. The guys were awesome! I will go back to buy my car there. They have all sorts of vehicles on their lot, will be hard to decide!

Reasonable and very helpful people. I recommend anybody to have them as your permanent mechanics. They fixed all my cars at a reasonable price compared to bigger corporations that want to replace unnecessary stuff to make profit.

People were very friendly. Office had coffee, water, nice chairs, and magazines to pass the time. TV is also there to pass the time. Overall I got in and out quickly and with a fair price. I would recommend this place to others looking to fix their car or perhaps even buy one at a reasonable price.

We found a used car on their website, traded in our old car, bought the newer car on a Saturday. Arriving home realized horn was not working, they fixed it free the following Monday. They were all very professional, friendly, and helpful. We will return to them in the future -- give business to our local businesses.

I bought my car in 2014 from here. The following week to following years, i had to participate in so much maintence due to wears. My car required so much attention. When I asked if the car has any history of accident or damage, workers told me no. They said the car was good; everything was perfect, no history of accident. This year I decided to trade my car in for a newer car. The car that Ive been driving for over 3 years has a salvage title. My trade in was so horrible. Such lies are told just to sell a car here. Such false advertisements and poor customer service.

Good place to go for car repairs a little pricey but you do get what you pay for.

I came to this “dealership” looking to buy a new van. The add said it had low miles and in great shape. Once I got there, I had to go searching for someone to help me. Upon test driving the van, I noticed a bad shaking when accelerating. I brought it back and asked what was going on with it. They said it was a tire with low air pressure. After inflating the tire, I test drove it again, to have the same problem. After returning to the dealership and letting them know the issue was still there, I had to diagnose part of the problem being bad motor mounts, which they denied until I showed them. I was promised they would repair the shaking problem if I bought the vehicle. They repaired the problem the next day. While I was pulling out of the lot, I noticed the A/C wasn’t blowing cold air, which was working fine when I left the car for the repair. It turned out to be a faulty compressor. They wanted me to pay for the complete repair, labor and parts. I refused to and eventually found myself having to agree to pay $200 in order to save myself from paying the full amount elsewhere. At this point, it had only been 2 days since I purchased the vehicle. I also noticed what sounded like a small exhaust leak while they had it on the lift. I asked them to verify but they denied anything being wrong with the exhaust system. I also noticed they shaking had subsided, but was still present. They also denied feeling it on the test drive and refused to do any further work on the van. I left and decided to not return to cut my loses. A few weeks after leaving the shop the last time, the shaking got even worse. I took it to the Honda dealership, which diagnosed the issue being bent axles. That was a $1000 repair. Shortly after that, the sound from the exhaust got louder. I took it in to another shop to get it diagnosed and was told the catalytic converter had a hole in it. That was another $500 repair. And finally, to top it all off, the rear sliding door stopped working over night. A few hours later, I smelled plastic burning and saw smoke coming out of the van. When I ran outside, the inside panel of the van was on fire. Now I have a van that can’t be driven thanks to a burned interior and wiring. This “establishment” will never get my business again and I will be sure to advise everyone I know about them. They didn’t mind taking my $7000 check for a vehicle they know needed work. They will lie and deny about as much as they can in order to get your money. Once you sign the paperwork, you’re SOL. NEMIR and his bald mechanic are up to no good. You’re way better off visiting one of the many dealerships and auto shops within a mile of this place.

I had a 5 star experience with Nemer and the crew at Ramsey Motors. I knew what vehicle I wanted and stopped by for a test drive. I negotiated down from the sticker price to a number that I felt was a good deal, and Nemer really heard me out and helped get the price inside my budget. I expressed my concern for some grinding I heard on the rear brakes. I was able to come in on my day off and I had new brake pads installed and the rotors cleaned at no cost to me. I had a great experience overall and I am totally surprised by the 1 star reviews here. Thanks again to the crew at Ramsey Motors!

BUYER BEWARE!!! SKETCHY SEEMING DEALER, POSSIBLY FAKE REVIEWS AND POSSIBLY LIES ABOUT TITLE STATUS!!! Look at all his 5 star reviews, doesnt it seem fishy that all of them have middle eastern names? He could be making the accounts himself to make himself look good. just so happens all the bad reviews are from non middle eastern names. even a lady claiming about being sold a salvaged car and told it was a clean title. Even found an example when i realized that his craigslist ad and website specified an infiniti g37 as a clean title status car but found the same ad on cargurus but cargurus does their own vin look up and found 3 owners with salvaged/flagged title status. Be careful with this guy.

I bought a car, they told me it s a clean title and not a salvage or refurbished car. They told me they will send me the title to my address ,But I was surprised when i received it because the car was a refurbished car. Buyer be aware Ramsey motors will try to cheat you as they did with me.They are not honest

They are liars. they tell you that there are alot of problems and then they fix only one. They told me that I need to change the exhaust because it was leaking since theyre going to take the oil pan out but they only fix the oil pan and charged me $570 for the oil pan only, while Meineke and Car-X offerd to replace the oil pan on my car for $350.

Friend of mine recmond Ramsey motors to fix my truck . I was happy with the service and the way they do business.I would go back again.

Bring the car in for a $25:00 oil change. Guy tries telling me I need new brakes, pads and rotors. The breaks I just had done not even six months prior. Dont go there guys a crook.
