My sons car was hit and RK Motor was called after trying other tow companies. They was fast, courteous, and the price was decent. I recommend them for tow services.

If youre looking for an emissions test in the Shorewood area, this is the place to go. I had a hard time finding a place to get one, but Im glad I went here. They dont require an appointment and they can get you in and out quickly. The staff was very kind.

Excellent place!!! Very honest people which is hard to find in this industry. My Audi’s brakes were done right first time for a reasonable price. They never tried to oversell me their services. Tony, the owner, is very knowledgeable and professional. Tony and his brother Morgan (office manager) have skilled certified mechanics work on all makes and models. Highly recommended for maintenance/repair of your vehicle.

Went in for an emissions test. It was a bit difficult finding one, everywhere else said they didnt do it or their guy wasnt there. They got me in pretty quick but they had me waiting in my car for like ten minutes. I started getting irritated because I was watching people not working but not helping me. In hindsight, ten minutes isnt very long and the test was quick. I was even able to pay my fee and get my sticker.

I called them for a tow because of a flat tire and they were there within an hour! They charged a very fair price, and Antoine was professional and kind! I highly recommend them!

I had my car towed to the dealership......I was very disappointed when I could not ride with my car...I explained to the tow man I had no other means of transportation and it was me (female) and could I go with my car..... He said no.... I understand that covid is real....I have masks and actually wear 2 of them......he got a mask....I even have gloves...it is totally up to the driver to decide who rides....he left me stranded.....not a compassionate company...leaves people and dont even care.....never again will u u get a penny from me!!!!😡😠👎

I had to get my car repaired while I was out of the country. Even though the repair only took 4 days, they kept my car an extra week in the shop, no extra charge! This made me truly trust them.

I initially took my vehicle to RK motors for in emissions test and oil change. I was immediately impressed by Tonys professionalism and straightforwardness. You can tell that these were car guys they knew their stuff and it shows in the quality of the parts and car they take when preforming the repair on your vehicle. Tony and his team definitely pass the vibe check. Yesterday I took my Tahoe there for a tune up and it was like a renewed lease on life for it. Well After They Inspected My Car I Needed More Work Done Then I Thought. Mario (I BELIEVE THAT WAS HIS NAME, BUT I DO KNOW HE’S ONE OF THE OWNERS) Well He Called Me To Explain & I Kept Saying I Don’t Have Enough Cash For Anything Extra. Welp He Helped By Letting Me Know The Headlights I Thought I Needed I Didn’t Which Helped Save Some Cash, Instead Of Me Rushing To Get Four New Tires I Really Only Needed Two Which Also Saved Me Some Cash. It was so fast I wasn’t even there yet to bring the key and the man waited so patiently for me to arrive. When he did arrive he ended up just fixing my car saving me in repair bills! This place is great. They always do a professional job. Their prices are reasonable for the work that they do. My only complaint is that they can get VERY busy sometimes, so be sure to make an appointment. If you are bringing in a car with multiple issues, give them a written list so they dont forget anything.

Tony and his crew do great work. My AC broke down on a cross country move. They were able to get me in and out same day at a price that couldnt be beat. AC is still working great now that Im down in Texas. Went there for years when I lived in Milwaukee. Strong recommendation.

Honest days work for an honest days pay, and someone willing to tell you went to go somewhere else. I’ve never been disappointed with Tony after going here for about three years now For everything from exhaust, to tires, to engine check light that have to be fixed.

Great service all around - the two guys that towed my car were very friendly and helped calm the stressful situation. Repairs were done in less than 24 hours and a very reasonable price. I will be back to buy a new tire soon.

I buy used cars and keep them for more than 10 years. I have been a customer at RK for 8 years now and the service is always good. There have been occasions where Tony has essentially told me that the problem wasnt serious enough to deserve service (light on dash) and sent me off with no charge.

DeMara from RK Motors was really helpful when my car broke down! He towed my car for me with expertise. He wasn’t the typical tow truck driver who might seem gruff rude and only there for the money. He was kind and super accommodating! He even shared some interesting stories of cars he’s towed. Overall it was a refreshing experience! I would definitely recommend them!

RK Motors, and its owner, Tony, work on 2 of my cars. They can do most anything, except advanced alignments/high tech wheel mounting and balancing. I recommend Manyo Motors for that (over on Green Bay Ave).Like any car shop, it pays be informed and knowledgeable about what is wrong with your car and what should be the fix. But Tonys pretty honest; theres only been one time where I got a proposal for some brake work that was outlandish, and I said, nope. Of course, this was when Tony was on vacation and I let him know about the ridiculous quote. He said hell take care of it. Overall good shop, and they have a great tow service too!

They are happy to provide no pressure estimates and if there a multiple items requiring service, theyll help to prioritize what needs to be done now and what can wait. The communication is good throughout the repair and if my car is to be left at the shop for a multi-hour repair, theyll provide a ride to work (or home). Tony and team are honest and courteous. From out of state and car broke down on a cold rainy/icy weekday afternoon while I was visiting! I had called several other places and everyone told me they wouldn’t be able to look at my car for a week! RK was friendly right from the start when I was in quite the panicked state. Their kind and helpful customer service was such a relief. They were able to tow my car to the shop and diagnose/fix two major issues within less than 24 hours. I was very impressed with their communication, timeliness, and straightforward answers—when I came to pick up next day they were so helpful in answering any and all questions I had, without the judgement I often get for driving an old, very high mileage yellow VW beetle. I am so very grateful for finding them!

I had to take my car to a dealership for a recall notice anyway, and did so when I was losing air pressure in one tire. The dealership told me Id have to replace the tire due to where the puncture (nail) was, but did not have the tire in stock. I then went over to RK Motors -- easier to get home from there than the dealership and figuring Id have to leave the car. I told RK the story and one mechanic went to look... came back in maybe 10-15 minutes later. He plugged the nail hole leak! Said there was no need to replace the tire! I think I paid $10 and Ive been riding on that tire for about a year now.I have found them to be very honest, reliable, friendly and will explain any repairs or questions you could have, and with reasonable fees. Excellent!
