My experience hasnt been the best. Just wish business could be more compassionate with their customers. Purchased a car paid $2000 made a 300 payment still have to pay over 600 but they have had my car almost 2 weeks. And i get different messages and no call backs. God will prevail. Still going to make my payments 2 wrongs dont make a right. Im not happy at all. Need my car to pick up my church members This is sad

A very nice and honest place honesty is rare at lunch these days and one of the cheapest labor rates in town and only $75 an hour you cant beat it and then theres warranty that they honor and besides the service department is also used car lot that guarantees you will pass the emission test who does that nobody but heart Auto at least that I know of if 6 stars were available I would have put down 6 Stars

We had good customer service n an awesome car for my son

I needed rear shocks, CarMax quoted over $300. Hart Auto, $151.00. They fixed my power window for free and address other small issues right away. I was told I needed breaks. Hart Auto noticed it was just an adjustment needed and boom, done NP forget about it we got cha. I have a service warranty on my car from a Big Name company but I will only be going to Hart from now on. This is the first time Ive had service and I dont feel like Ive been taken

Horrible business! Too many cars in the lot. This place towed my Dads car a month ago it took them 3 weeks to tell him what was wrong with it. When he did tell him My Dad drove all the way to Neenah, WI to get the part and they still took a week to put the part on under the steering column. When he got his car back it wasnt driveable that had duct tape all over his engine (Which they shouldnt have touched) they flushed his radiator and left it empty, his whole engine cover was missing and the car is smoking and really loud and they charged him $450 All from a computer box repair. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!

This place will always get my business. I bought a vehicle from him during tax season. it was in excellent condition clean inside and out,,,well taken care of. he gave me a great price but I was still a little short. I asked if he would take my trade in and it was a piece of crap. He gave me 500 for it. yayyyy. so im driving next I feel the brakes vibrating.. I take it back we set up an apt he fix for FREE!!!! all is good and driving in my jeep bouncing in my new jeep and as I slow down I notice a light scrapping sound. I take it in again they was very busy so we set an apt for me to have them look at it. they jack it but can not find where the sound is coming from. he has an idea thats its the TRANSMSSION oh God I start to freak. so he tells me to go to a trans specialist and have them look at it. they look and test drive and confirm SAD FACE...I loved that jeep... so I take it back to larry the owner he offer me LISTEN TO THIS ....FREE LABOR AND GO HALF WITH ME ON A 30,XXX MILES TRANS... OR MY MONEY BACK MINUS TAX AND PLATES now he gave me such a great deal he couldnt carry the complete trans but the point is..HE WAS WILLING TO MAKE GUD ON THE CAR its a USED dealership...AS IS I say go to hart auto hell treat you right....SHOUT OUT TO LARRY FOR RUNNING AN A+ BUSSINESS.....SHOUT OUT TO DON FOR CHECKING OUT THE CAR EVERYTIME....YOU NEVER GAVE ME THE RUNN AROUND... AND CHRIS YOU A GREAT REPRESNTIVE OF HART AUTO

Is the most hottest guy Ive ever met hes always treated me right on all my vehicles it has always been very warts on the vehicle itself what issues that may or may not have by your vehicle from him and you wont be disappointed

Terrible service!! They Messed with My alarm and now my alarm goes off like crazy and makes my truck not wanting to start! Too a whole 2 days to Fix this problem. Just made it worst!
