Paid for the most expensive service. Incomplete service was given. Trunk wasnt cleaned, tires weren’t cleaned, left trash on the carseat of my kids. And the workers/cleaners were talking hella smack while working on my car. Not cool, not to mention it’s the pandemic we need to make sure to be clean and they didn’t even bother to clean properly. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Ive been here a couple times cuz I thought they did a good car wash and because I had a coupon and it was cheap but than they hit my car and left a big ass red mark on my driver side mirror it was from when they drive your car into the car wash than I noticed they stole a piece That connects to my phone from inside my car. I went to go tell them and some acted like they didnt understand than another said oh maybe it got vacuumed up. I said not because u cant just take it off u have to unscrew it so someone had to take it off than I go demand a manager from the cashier and another one comes and says is this the piece. But I knew someone had taken it!! THEY CANT BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!

I have never left an online review here, yelp, etc. before, usually I will show how happy I am by telling them directly, tip the person more then 20%, go directly to the company website or do a customer comment card but I was so angry over what just happened that I feel I need to let other people know. Its not anything crazy, just the biggest jerk who didnt want to do his job. So I looked to see where an open gas station was on my google maps, and I got here at 11:49pm 2/25/2018. All of the lights were on inside the attendant booth, at all of the pumps and the surrounding areas and most of all the HUGE SHELL SIGN on the sidewalk with the prices. So anyone else knows that means they are open. I dont have a card only cash so I needed an open station to pay. I waited 3-4 minutes with no-one in the booth. I knocked numerous times, I looked around outside, I knocked on the bathroom door to see if the attendant was there. Nope. No response, not even a peep. I was the only one there. I look at the paper sign on the window and it says open until 12am which wasnt an official hours sign but it stated that between certain hours they did not accept large bills. Its now 11:55, so I then decided to honk my horn because I need gas and only have cash on me. The attendant guy then walks back towards the booth, peers over at me, makes eye contact with me, turns all of the lights off and tells me they are closed. I tell him Ive been waiting 6 minutes and its open 5 more minutes according to the sign. He then pretends not to understand what I am saying so I tell him I need gas, I havent been able to find an open station and on empty, I only have cash on me. HR shakes his head and then waves his hand at me, dismissing me and motioning for me to leave. Good job man (obvious sarcasm) you did not do the one main thing that your job entails, which is take the money from the customer and turn on the pump. It literally only takes 30 seconds, maybe a minute if you take your sweet a$$ time. So instead you closed earlier then the hours clearly were posted and seriously pissed me off enough to post this dumb review and to call the manager/owner/boss tomorrow morning to tattle on you. Oh and when he walked into the booth he put his hand over his nametag. OK, doesnt matter because you are the only one who was there and not too hard to figure out who closed the station.Ok rant over.

Shell... great gas station... friendly staff

The gas attendant was extremely rude. California law states that all gas stations are to provide free air and water. I paid for the air the first time and when the compressor shut off I still needed more air for my tires. He wouldnt turn it back on. What he did is against the law and this Shell station has lost a customer for life.

Went there almost every night. Good place to get snacks and gas.

Its only good if you run out of gas and are in a hurry to jump on the freeway right after putting gas in your car, but if your not in a rush its better to go to the other Shell which is 1 min away from there.

Rude attendant. He refused to turn on the air for us for our car tire that was low. We also put gas meaning that its required to be free. He had a terrible attitude.
