Came here to see if they could get the sap stains off my GTI. I appreciate that the guy helping me tried first before to see if its possible. Unfortunately he wasnt able to remove it, but he did make a good suggestion regarding my leather seats which were indeed dry. Despite just paying for the leather seat reconditioning they also washed the exterior and cleaned the interior including my rubber mats. Second time here and second time being pleased with their service.

Really wanted to upsell me on their fancy wax packages. They werent pushy. In fact, I was flattered that they thought I could afford such an expense for my jalopy. Workers were friendly and quick and worth their weight in gold.

First time here and definitely the last time. Didnt know how their pricing worked, kept saying I want the cheapest option of just the outside. So they charged me for the standard option despite me repeatedly telling them I only want the outside cleaned. So then they start cleaning the inside and I get charged for the option I didnt want and kept saying I didnt want. Funny thing they asked if it was my first time and then rip me off a few bucks after not giving me what I asked for.Edit: huh theyre also pretty bad at driving/parking.

They have a full list of options from just the outside wash to a complete detail - prices range from just under $40 to more than $400. I think you can get the basic wash for a lot less elsewhere but the level where they clean the inside at $60 is pretty good.

The wash was pretty good, but not worth the price. The directions about when to go into neutral could also be more clear

They get an extra star for somehow being able to offer a car washing service that doesnt really clean your car. 🤷‍♂️

Although the cleaning staff did a great job, I found it challenging to understand what I was actually getting in my service. I found it challenging to understand what I was getting because the sales staff was too busy trying to upsell me. I’d go back, but I wouldn’t engage with the sales reps again. Not a great idea to insult your customers when they don’t want the upsell.

They did a great job, ordered the standard package and thought my car looked great. Staff was very friendly. I arrived 15 minutes after opening and it took about 35 mins.

They did the most amazing job with my car. Inside and out it looks brand new even though it is 3yrs old!

Shineology did a wonderful job on my car. I got so many compliments on it because of how noticeable the difference was.I realized the next day that I was missing an item that had been taken out during cleaning, and when I went back Fidel was there with my item in hand. He had set it aside and labeled it. So organized and on top of everything.Thank you to the entire shineology squad, but especially Fidel! :D

Needs to be more professional for the money they charge. Is very expensive.

Had to beg them to wash my car - they said that they only wash cars from years 2013 and newer because of ‘accidents’ never mind the 4 cars ahead of me with hitch and roof bike racks which should never go through a wash like this. Been coming here for years about every other month and have never had an issue.

I have a vintage vehicle that I brought to this location. It had a little bit of surface rust that appeared on a few of the seams. The guys here convinced me to pay a ridiculous amount to use some clay bar they said would remove the rust and “help” the paint. Little did I know that it would remove what was left of the clear coat causing the entire surface of the vehicle to turn to rust in just two months. Then I saw the clay bars for sale at the store with a warning right on it that it can remove clear coat from older paint jobs. Such a lame experience considering they charged me a ridiculous amount and harmed my vehicle

They did a good job on my car, I was reluctant due to some of the reviews on here, but I really needed the beach sand out of the car.

If you get “the works” on a semi busy day...SLOW. Took them an hour to finish when they promised 25 minutes

This place was really good, and timely! I did not hav to wait long. The jasmin smell only lasted a few days, wished it would hav lasted longer. The car looks great!!

Looks like they are trying but... wow so sloppy. Puddles on the interior that I had to mop up myself. They left dust streaks on the dashboard. Next time I need a wash Ill be looking for another place.
