Dont bother calling. They do not return phone calls. I have used them in the past and they were exceptional. I would not recommend now

They never returned my call so I called someone else and got the problem fixed.

Highly recommend Thads Appliance Repair! My dryer went out and he was prompt to come out, fix the problem (broken pulley), and went above and beyond to clean out the lint build-up under the lint trap and check everything over! He even checked my washers serial number to make sure it wasnt one of the Samsungs with a recall. Thank you for the great service, fair price and all-around great experience!
