Ordered a part for my washing machine, gave the associate the part number, unit serial number and model number, name of the part, waited 6 days for postal service to finally get around to delivering the package and it was the wrong part...

Reaching SEARS by phone (1-800-4my-home) is now like mission impossible. On hold forever. Then my technician didnt show up for the scheduled appointment time. I sat on hold, finally reached a person, the call was escalated to the next department who NEVER EVER answered. I went through that on two different days, the first being a weekend, and the second a weekday. I was also contacting the assigned local repairman directly, who finally replied that they just got the order, like 3 days later. The local repairman made arrangements, arrived to access the machines, returned the next day with parts, and completed the repairs. I didnt know if things were due to current events in this crazy world or because SEARS has fallen off of the planet, except for collecting credit card payments. Im rating SEARS....not the local repairman. His site gets a 5 star rating.

They dont to a scheduled appointment. When you call they just send your call to another person. You never can get any results. I am dealing with them for over 2 weeks for a washer repair .In August I went through the very same thing. Their service sucks.

The repairman came and looked at our refrigerator. He had to order a couple of parts for it. So much for paying for paying for years on an agreement. Didnt bother to check or clean anything other than the two problems. I thought the agreement was supposed cover other things!

2 Technician Visits and my refrigerator still doesnt work, this issue is being unresolved for 3 months now, total waste of money and foodUpdate #2 (6/19/19): Still without any resolution, now technician didnt show up for appoiment and the earliest date available is July 31st.... it will be 5 months with a 1 yr old refrigerator broken... when are you guys will take me seroiusly??Also, I sent the email requested and never got an asnwer back, Why should I be surprised?.... Awful service!!!

We purchased a new stove-top, but had to wait a couple of weeks for new counter top before installing. After installation, a flash under the first burner control occurred. Sears sent a very knowledgeable repairman who located the loose wire problem which had shorted out the control switch. He advised us he would order the part and it should arrive within two weeks. This seemed a little ridiculous since the stove-top arrived in three days after ordering. None-the-less, said part came via UPS in nine days. I immediately called the toll free number. The same repairman came next day and in a matter of a few minutes took care of the problem. Sorry I cannot remember the repairmans name, but I recommend him highly.

Each visit, if anyone even shows up, gets worst due to the policies of your company and the inept people who work for you. Im about ready to get a lawyer that will get all my money back.Frustrated in Big Spring, TexasBill GriffinOne star is way too good for the level of service and aggravation Ive suffered through!

My ice maker was repaired in May and worked for about a day. I made multiple calls and appointments. They finally showed up on the fourth appointment over 2 months later. My stove glass door exploded. A repairman came by on June 14th to get the number to order it and made an appointment on June 30th. No show again! Made appointments again multiple times with no shows each time. On fourth time, I had it repaired. I was told repeatedly when I called to inquire why they didnt show that Sears did not have any one that could come. Why was the appointment made then?! Very unhappy with taking off to be at home 3 different times before they finally came. They would have been very made if I had not been here when they came, wouldnt they but no consideration the other way around!!! The repairman did repair the ice maker and the stove during the fourth appointment. However, there was a hair between the plastic part that holds ice and the outer edge. When I showed it to him, he said it would be fine because it would be too hard to get out. I managed to get it out. Who wants hair in their ice?!!! He fixed the stove glass, but left a couple of places that had food on the inside glass so now it is dirty inside with no way to clean it. It can be seen from the outside and looks dirty so again, not happy! All he had to do was say something to me and I would have cleaned it (or I know it would be expecting too much for him to take a rag that was right on the door handle to clean the food particles off). Overall, we are extremely unhappy and feel Sears took our money quickly but sure didnt return getting my merchandise fixed quickly. It was July 14th when they were finally fixed. May to July 14th seems a long time to have to wait!!!

Chad was very courteous. The problem still exist, clothes still getting stuck and now a whining sound instead of a roaring sound. Placed a call to Chad, but I will not be back in Midland until the end of next week. Another service call is needed. Also, charged twice for service, however the bank is hoping the charge will drop off.

The repair tech was there on precisely the time he quoted. He did a thorough cleaning and attempted to isolate the moldy odor coming from the freezer and was unsuccessful.

BAD! After three weeks waiting for it to be repaired, it is broken again with the same problem. This is the last appliance I buy from Sears.....You have to send a repair person 100 miles to Midland from San Angelo to repair an appliance under warranty. I can have a repair person the same or next day from Midland/Odessa if I buy a non Sears product.

Fixed the problem. The only issue I had was I was unaware of the scheduled date and time (appointment) and the Sears man called 15 minutes before he arrived. I was at work so this was unexpected.

Too high on parts. I could get the same part for between $25-$50. And you charged over $300 for the call and parts. This is a ripoff.
