The woman who did my nails was very nice and they turned out amazing!

I have gotten my nails done at this establishment since it opened. I’ve recently moved back to the area and decided to go back. BIG MISTAKE! The women doing my nails had NO idea what she was doing. I asked multiple times for my nails to be natural length. My nails were very lumpy and thin. I paid $80 for this and a pedicure and I was so upset. I think she was new so I felt bad and didn’t want to complain, BUT then they broke off my actual nail 3 days later while I was making my bed in the morning. If you go here make sure to know who’s doing your nails.

Jeannie is very attentive and caring towards her customers. She addresses issues if there are any and is kind. She truly leads by example, and I am grateful for the positive experience I had today.Also, thanks again to Jessica for a phenomenal job on my eyebrows :) ♡

I’ve been going to the place since Jeannie took it over. I also worked with her at her previous place of employment. Because she does my nails she often has to step away to answer questions by both staff and guests. I can 10000000% say for certain that if a customer came to speak to Jeannie or requested her nail tech to ask Jeannie to come over, Jeannie most certainly would. She does not ever want someone leaving unhappy. Jeannie would like to understand the issue at hand and find a way to make the client happy. A review below makes random comments but never spoke to the owner. Also added as she was leaving 3 ppl said the same…. As the sat there….getting a service. Highly doubtful!!! Love this place! I had the best experience at this salon today. Id never been before and went because the place I usually go was too crowded and couldnt take me. I am so glad I found 360 because it is so clean...the people are very nice...the salon is very strict about safety and COVID protocols, which I appreciate...and they do an amazing job! Cathy gave me an incredible pedicure and Jeannie did my nails perfectly. This is officially now my new salon. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Today I got a Pedicure with Kimmy. This was my first time at 360 and I am really happy with the service I received. When I first walked in I was greeted right away. I loved that they had me wash my hands before checking in! That really put the cherry on top before anything even got started. Then I received an A+ Pedicure at a very reasonable price.I highly recommend 360 and will be going back!

CALCULATE YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY. This is my second time coming here and they were trying to add on and give different prices for EVERYTHING. This time, they did their own thing although I asked for an acrylic full set, the guy gave me pink powder WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR, square shape (THEY TRIED TO SAY IT WAS COFFIN) just to justify the up charges. They had to end up giving me money back because I overpaid them for nothing. My sister wanted a soak off but they recommended a fill and said if she cuts it down it’s $35 and if she keeps it long it’s $40. She said no problem. When the guy started to do her nails, halfway through he says to her “I’m not doing this unless you do it for $40”. He asked her to leave. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. On our way out we overheard 3 other people speaking up because THEY WERE ROBBED ALSO. So disappointing because they do such a good job but ethically, it’s a no for me. He walked away and I did not even tip him. Clearly robbing people is more important than the quality work they’re giving.

Would not recommend. I had chips in my powder dip a day after going here. I had nails done previously in Colorado and nothing would chip them. They need good quality products and employees who are not constantly talking to each other rather than paying attention to their customers. So very disappointed, dont waste your money here. My nails are now ruined for the holiday weekend. Thanks

For someone who has not had a pedicure in six months, I finally went into the nailSalon to get a pedicure and she spent two minutes on my feet. I left with my feet feeling just as bad as they did before I came into this shop. The person. Acted like she did not know what I was talking about and everything I said to her she tried to justify it, as the client I feel the technician should listen to the customer. Will never come into the nailSalon again, and no I do not recommend it to anyone. Not the place everyone is talking about.

I love this salon! The owner is so nice and makes a point to learn your name if you are a repeat customer. The place is always clean and there are a lot of nail polishes to choose from. I have been going to Kimmy for years for my nails and she is so talented with her designs! I would definitely recommend this salon (and Kimmy) to anyone.

I have been following my guy Leon for many years. I trust every place that he works. He is nice, he delivers great services, take proud of his work. The place is big nice and clean. Lots of polish selections. Just try it. Call and make an appointment with Leon or any others.

I am giving them a 2 star review because everybody there was super nice and they got me and quickly in the last minute situation... but the nail service I received was way below what I am used to. I went in for a fill and a broken nail, and the set that I chose to go with was one of the most simple designs I have asked for in over 10 years. That being said the Tech I had, although she was nice, had to fix the shape and lumps in my nails over half a dozen times & only because I kept pointing them out. It was to the point I asked so many times I felt uncomfortable saying anything more and came home to fix that myself. I have multiple crooked nails as well as large Lumps in the acrylic. The nail that was fixed is nearly paper thin, I do not expect it to last more than a few days before breaking quite honestly. I chose an ombre French tip nail, and there are so many bubbles as well as bits of brush hair and other objects I do not quite know underneath the clear that I did not even see at first glance. When I left the chair my nails had not cured properly and were still sticky enough that the denim from my jeans transferred onto one nail, and all that was done To fix that was it being wiped off while the other nails were still tacky.I still tipped my Tech well, although there were multiple issues she still worked hard on them. I believe perhaps she just needs more practice But unfortunately I will not be returning although it is quite close to my home and convenient.

I love Jeannie, the owner, because she recognizes loyal customers, like myself. Kimmee is my steady manicurist and I have been going there for over 2 yrs. Prices are fair. I would like to see them offer a free manicure after about 8 manicures. Other shops offer this. Think about it.

A friend and I went here for the first time. We called ahead they said “sure you can come right now and we’ll take you” okay great! Well, we get there sit for over an hour before either of us sit in a chair. Other “walk ins” have been seated already. By the time we finally get back in a chair and started we told them we were here for a gel fill. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I needed them shaped, they weren’t the right shape, the man I had was very rough with my nails, and within a few days one of my nails is completely chipped and missing a section. My friends nail is completely gone. This is unacceptable. The service is awful and the end result is even worse. I don’t want to sound rude but that’s not okay. People spend money expecting to leave with what they wanted, and not have issues a few days later.

I rarely get my nails done but whenever I do, I come here. I’m always very pleased with the service but today was not a good experience. While I have shorter nails, my nail tech only cut my cuticles and poorly painted my nails. While my partner had a 20min manicure, mine was less than 5 min. When I asked why I wasn’t getting my nails buffed, or cream and lotion placed on me- she said after they’re painted. When my nails were finally dry, I asked again why I did not receive a FULL manicure and she put oil on my hands… my partner spent 20min getting a manicure and I spent the same exact time getting both a pedicure and manicure. I was rushed for no reason (they were not busy), and I was told I didn’t get a real full manicure because I don’t have long nails… yet they gave me a $2 discount? I’m so disappointed and I’m going home to take off the paint and do it myself. I will no longer go there.

Have been doing my nails here for several years now and they are always so accommodating. The staff here really know what they are doing and they stick to appointments which I always had a problem with a different salon.

UPdate on below; since then owner reached out to make things right. I can tell the owner reaIly cares. I appreciated it. *** went here 4x and 3x were BAD experiences. They always messed something up , not that clean -use same pedi stuff on everyones feet(She just rinshed it with water and put it away). Talk bad about you in their language or if they mess up group up,cant even match the acrylics accurately(I have pink and they put diff pincks everytime) say they can do a design or style when you show them and when they start say no they cant ...one lady messed my nails up and cause they were closing asked if I can come back tomorrow so she can fix it...mind you my apt was at 6pm(btw they dnt honor apts might as well walk in) and she finished my nails 8:11pm(messed up and asked me come the next day) they DONT have much experience nor are timly BUT what really made me write this review is that they change the price every single time. And when im there I hear other women complain about it always changing too. Other commemts on it too. I told them the 1st time I came was 55$ , 2nd time 65 $ and most recent time they charged me 75$. Btw had same stuff doneI asked them to write the prices down so next time I come I can show them.. they couldnt even do that they told me to show them my receipts ..so funny thing is I showed them all my receipts they stood quiet talked in their language and just kept arguing it was 75$. They made excuses that they must of forgot to charge me for something the last times. 4.3 stars is a lie...Please dont go here im sure you can find a better place not worth the stress. Take care of yourself guys!

Been going here a long time and recently got mine done back on on July 1st and already 2 have broke in the corners already normally the gel last a really long time and I am just doing everyday things like normal. Sad

Just left this place, paid $5 extra for callus that didn’t come off, cause technician didn’t pay attention, showed it to her , she said I have to do it often, showed it to lady at front looks like the owner, she didn’t do anything cause I was still charged , very disappointed!!

The girl I see here does amazing work, my first experience here was not the best the design I asked for came out pretty bad, I told the owner and she happily gave me to someone else to redo. The owner tries very hard to greet all customers coming and going and is the nicest! The tech I see does amazing designs in great time, and her nails seem to last 2-3 weeks. I did get a pedicure from here once and it wasn’t the best thing in the world but the polish was great and that’s all that I cared about in the long run. Overall love this place! My only thing is the prices don’t seem consistent my last tech did the same design work and was $5-$10 cheaper but I don’t care it’s worth it!

They fit me in super fast and im happy with how my nails turned out. Ive been here a few times now and I never have had a complaint.

The worst pedicure we have ever gotten. They rushed through the entire thing, nicked my cuticle, my friends feet were still rough at the end and she didn’t even clean her cuticles and said she did. The color number we chose wasn’t the right color in the box for each of us, then they didn’t even try looking for the right color. The drying fan/ light didn’t work right- it didn’t dry your toes depending where you sat. Very bad, will never return.

Overall excellent experience with Tom(who did my nail)! Easy communication and did their job really carefully with passion. And I was surprised by their workers who were actually helping each other to satisfy the customers. Yet theres one small flaw on my right thumb which has a little part not filling properly... I would have them 5 stars if theres no flaw on my thumb.Update later the same day night:Great service! I went back to fill the part that was missing without appointment. I waited there for a few minutes and got the problem solved in 10m. Thanks for the awesome service😎 5 stars!

This bad service never worth 1 star

I just went with my 2 daughters to get our nails done here for the first time. They are being very cautious about COVID, with checking temperatures and washing hands. Also friendly staff and they did a great job on all of our nails. My daughters were happy. We will definitely be returning.

They aren’t careful with your cuticles. I can’t wash dishes properly without my fingers burning. Definitely don’t recommend.

I am very upset. i went there a week ago for the first time in years for a gel manicure and not even a week my nails polish is literally peeling off . I didnt even think gel nail can peel off considering you have to soak the nail polish off. Never again will i go back.

360 Nails is on top of their service. Always a pleasant environment. Very clean and always friendly. As for Covid precautions that are on top of it. Very attentive to everyone that walks in, immediately taking temperature, everyone washes their hands and then the check in.

I wasnt very happy at all...I guy who did my nails broke 2 of my nails, and then tried to charge me for a nail repair...I will never go here again, just very unpleasant atmosphere...not to mention he cut me 3 times and did a sloppy job painting them...Id go to top nail in Middletown...much better service and reasonable prices

I went last Tuesday and it was good experience, everyone was nice and price was decent. I spend $40 on a gel manicure. Should last 2 weeks if not more correct? The very next day the gel chipped off on 2 nails and then by the 2nd day I had 2 nails that no longer had any gel on them and 5 nails that began to chip.. i didnt go back to get it fixed as I was leaving for vacation the next day but I will definitely not be going back. Sad

I have so many cuts on my fingers and natural nails most painful experience.. now I have to wait for my hands and nails to heal to be able to get my nails done again will not be coming back

360 nails is a great place. I have been going to Jeanie for a very long time and I have used many of the other nail techs as well before and never had a bad experience. They are very nice and courteous and do a great job on my nails and pedicures. I’m very picky when it comes to who does my nails and how they come out and I have yet to be disappointed by this salon. Definitely give them a try if looking for a good place.

Hau is my nail tech. I looooooove getting my nails done by him. He is the shape king. Every time I leave I am very happy with how my nails came out. You can tell that he has been doing this for a while and he is passionate about his work. Not only is he good at nails but also he is amazing with my eye brows. I used to only get them threaded. Every since Hau started doing them I have never went back to threading. My 8 year old loves getting pedicures here as well. They have the cutest frozen chair for her to sit in. The staff is always sooo friendly and kind.

I’m disgusted by my nail job. I paid $140 for my mother and I. And the quality I got was outrageous. Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. As for my gel pedicure, it is better but I’m not satisfied. I had to ask for my nails to be filed evenly.

I didnt get the young mans name that did my nails but he was amazing. He showed me some other work he has done and I was very impressed will be coming back!

They are so fast and nice here. Great energy and personalities. My nails was done in 15 minutes (a filling and gel)...he steamed my hands after moisturizing them and very much on point. I usually have a complaint at other places...and Ive been to many. No complaints AT ALL. Loved the service ❤

I got my white acrylics for a school dance. The nails were all slanted and the guy kept filling this one area so it started to hurt. It basically looked like I had half a acrylic on a finger. He didn’t given me time to pick my second color and was so rude. I only went because my fathers banker suggested it and was in a rush so I wouldn’t suggest if you want nice acrylics.

Moved to orange county 2 years ago and tried a few other nail salons. I wasnt impressed by any of them but settled for a local one just out of convenience. I first went to 360 about 6 weeks ago and am very happy with them. They are open on Sunday which works great for me. Would highly recommend them.

First off, I came all the way from Warwick to take part in this salon due to its fabulous reviews. I’m sad to say I’m had an Absolutely terrible experience today. Not sure if the man I had was new or not experienced but either way it’s not okay and he should still be in training if that’s the case.First the pedicure, he was extremely slow... but not even with services just random getting up and doing things. Callus remover he used took nothing off / did nothing. He clipped my nails and left them all jagged. There’s waves all in the polish. Everyone else was enjoying their massages for a $40 pedicure and this guy was just tickling my legs and not even applying the slightest pressure.At this point, I was praying for some else to do my nails. Nope, second Gel fill... He takes me to his table where it’s clear he has no idea what he’s doing. I had to show him how to properly file a nail for it to be even or straight. Again, polish is all jagged with marks from my previous nail color still exposed. Also he cut me so many times I literally lost count.I’m so upset! Plus i was clearly upset and the manager didn’t check in with me. I paid $80 for services I’m not going to have to get re done somewhere else. I deserve a refund.I will try to attach pictures

I followed her from her other spot which says a lot. 360 Nails provides great service, very accommodating and my nails and feet always look the best and I always get lots compliments! I totally recommend 360 Nails and Spa. You will get your moneys worth!

They were all very nice. I walked in so had a little wait but it was only 10 mins or so. The salon was very clean and well maintained. Definitely going back.

Jeannie has been doing my nails forever and always does a great job. I am so happy she has her own shop and runs it perfectly. All of the staff are friendly and always take time to provide you with a great experience. If you are looking for a very clean nail salon with professional pleasant staff, this is the place to go.
