They dont have EVERYTHING but they do have pretty nice people that work there and some strange finds

This was ok. When I went they were remodeling but it looks like it is going to be much better.

Found the Easter baskets and they were affordable all customers and workers all nice people.good experience.

I love this store! Their prices are fair for a small chain store. You can usually find one right around the corner. From a soda to clothes and everything in between you can usually find in this store! Appreciate this store in the times we face! Stay healthy stay safe!

They are always out of paper plates and a few other items I experienced this at your Essex store as well always have boxes of items sitting it boxes thast need to be put on the selves

A lot of things dont have a price ! So you dont knowbif its 5.00$ or 10.00$ or 20.00$ ! I bought something was saposed to be 3.50$ and was charged 5.50$ the sticker was for the right thing I had so it wasnt just someone put it in the wrong place either! A lot of things just thrown around not organized at all !

Felt sorry for the 1 employee working. Yes 1 & she was doing it all. From cashier to unloading the truck. So of course they didnt have any sale items. Well atleast on the shelves. The order was in the warehouse with noone to put it out. Wow was it a mess. I thought some people needed jobs? Why was it luke a bomb went off & no employees?

Love it here! Ever since I first moved to middle river 5 years ago Ive been going here constantly! Only issue is, the place is a little run down looking but the workers are nice and the products inside are good.

I like this one because its kinda hidden and they always have everything I need. With covid, having all I need at home is critical especially when Im taking care of 3 kids every day. Ive found gloves, wipes and TP in this store any time Ive went

I drove out of my way to get a certain item that the website said was in stock. The store didnt have any of the item not did the associate know if they sold it.

This location is very unorganized and really cluttered. It seems as though the store may be short handed as far as help goes. The employees that do work here are pleasant and seem helpful from what I witnessed. Nice selection of items from food to medicine and socks to paper goods. Never a long wait in line when Ive shopped and plenty of parking.

Customer Service Is HORRIBLE. The most Unhelpful, Disrespectful and Unwelcoming Managers and Employees Store Sanitation is Not a necessity at all.

One of the better stocked store. Cashier was very sweet and quick. Her greeting and smile helped my day go better.

Very helpful employees, Miss Masskey (spell check) was so amazing and willing to go above and beyond for me. God bless her heart for climbing that ladder several times to see of they had what I was looking for

This store is terrible. It is old, outdated and small. I cant say much about the staff since I did not have much interaction with them. I can say the cashier I had did not seem to like the fact that I used paper coupons. After she rang everything up I gave her my coupons. Before I could put in my phone # for the digital coupons the computer froze. After several minutes she said that had never happened before and it must have been all of coupons. She wasnt nasty when she said it but she wasnt joking either.

This has got to be the filthiest establishment in Edgewood. Not tidy. So much dirt is on the floor that if I threw down grass seeds I am positive they would grow. Disgusting!!!!

The cashier was rude. He shoved tons of heavy items in one bag and when I left it broke spraying juicy all over me and my children. When I went to get new bottle of juice and bags, he was mad , I came to show him what happened. I dont want to ever return. I only went there because I was in a rush and was closet place.

I always enjoy shopping here; the employees are always friendly, helpful and expedient. It occasionally seems a bit disorganized in some areas, but with the amount of products they have to offer combined with the sales, deals and coupons they offer, I dont mind it at all!

I Love it. The Dollar General a good way to save money if you have a large household to feed.. I recommend it..

Store is so messy and dirty. Also when I tried to open up my account to get my list and look at the sales digitally, there was no internet. Then when I got to the register, there was a sale on mens Hanes underwear, boxer briefs, 2 packages for $12. When the girl rang them up, they came up at regular price. I questioned her about it, and she said to me, I know nothing about it. I said, ok, I will walk over and take the peg that is there that is stuck on the rack and bring it over to you. I took my cane from the cart and I walked over and took the tag off and brought it over to her so she could see what it said. She proceeded to say, oh, I asked, ok, are you going to do the sale price because it says its good till the 22nd of this month. She said to me, oh no, it was so crowded in there. I didnt want to take up any more time, and she didnt seem like she was interested in helping me, so I just paid for my items and I left the store. Im sitting in the parking lot now making this message for a someone to see. Really considering not coming back to this store ever again, I have always used it as a place to shop for the last 6 years of Ive lived in this area, I think I will find another dollar general because this one is just a mess, especially with the people that work there.

This is store is close but Im done going there one of the cashiers had stolen money from me and we had asked the manager to pull the. Tapes he refused so being a kind person I let it go maybe she need the $20 more then I did so I return to the store after this incident. Because it close and Im pregnant and I walk and I get followed around the store like some kinda theif I was looking for the movies because the store never has anything in the same spot I get up to the register to check out with my husband and the lady yell at me because I didnt have a id for a movie yet I buy movie from there without Id and Im paying with a debt card being hormonal I start to teary up and she mummbles rude comments direct towards me to another customers my husband told her to go f herself there no need to be rude and she told us we not allowed in the store neither one of us will be going back regardless

I hate shopping here, but if you need something quick and temporary, this is the store. Things here are made very cheaply and dont last long

I faithfully come here every 2weeks when I get paid & buy everything you could need for house hold, cashiers are friendly but about few months ago this lady use to follow me around when I bring my purse in so now I just bring my foreman of payment only in my pocket BC it makes me very uncomfortable with someone watching your every move, now I could see if I went in n came out without buying a thing, but I drop at leat 50$ or more so idk wth her deal was but I havent seen her in there past few months!!! #dontmakemefeelthatway
