I can actually let go the steering and the car goes straight. Also you dont have to tell them to center the steering wheel, they know their job. Many shops in Miami should learn about what’s the meaning of service is with this guys.

They are all that, Ken is very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I took my C3 corvette and it came out perfect. It was still pulling to the left after the alignment and Ken said to rotate the front tires and if it still pulled to bring it back to try something else. He adjusted the power steering actuator at least 3 times.. lift it up, adjust, bring it down, test drive, repeat.I went to a tire store and since I was there I asked the manager, hows your alignment machine? He said, state of the art. Hows your alignment guy? He said, the best. He asked, what car do you have? I said 1975 corvette. He said, take it to The Alignment Factory.

I googled for a place where I could take my car for an alignment and came across this place. I was super impressed with their professionalism and respect of my time. My appointment was at 12:30 and at 12:30 my car was going up the ramp. I was out in less than half an hour. After they were done with the alignment, they provided valuable feedback regarding the condition of my tires and the alignment. Very old school type of service, thank you guys.

I setup an appointment with Firestone to do my alignment on my 2013 Ford F-150 4x4. What a waste of time. After an hour waiting the tech saids the truck doesn’t fit on their machine. I found Alignment Factory on Google and gave them a call. He told me to come over. Less than 45 minutes later my truck is perfect. Can’t say enough about how professional Amd knowledgeable they were. Well ,There are very few words to describe the incredible ,professionalism ,of the folks at The Alignment Factory. Starting with Ken ,the owner ,to his alignment tech. They are honest, very reasonably priced, and the fact that Ken ,at no charge ,initially inspected.my 1966 T-Bird ,and said , If I align your car ,Id be stealing your money. .Your control arms have excessive play. Go and replace them ,and come back for the alignment.This is honesty ,like you dont find anymore. I had the parts replaced, took it back to them, and had it aligned. Now my 55 year old Thunderbird ,drives smooth, straight ,and with no issues. Ive recommended several of my fellow club members to Ken ,and all six of them are very happy with the results as well.If you want a good old fashion ,honest and fair priced alignment, done on any vehicle ,go visit these guys, they are awesome.Richard M.

Best alignment I ever had. You call for your appointment. I arrived on time. They test drive the car before and after the alignment. They explain to you what was out of alignment as well as give you a computer report with the alignment details.Work was done very professionally and timely. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes.

Very very happy.Had 4 wheel parts put in coil overs and they never leveled the truck before trying to align it. I leveled it myself, and took it back to them and they still did not get the alignment right. Drift to the right searing wheel off to the left. I found out about Alignment factory from a co worker.Called 10 min before 8, got a 11:00 am appointment. Truck was d by 12pm.3 test drives with tweaks in between. Did a steering sensor re- calibration (1st I heard of this). 1 final test drive and done.Result:100% perfect. I will never go to another alignment shop again.I plan on doing other mods to the truck and only Alignment Factory is allowed to touch it from now on.Thanks so much for the great job.

Great Guys, I live in downtown Miami and I will drive again the next time to them for my Jeeps alignment. I spoke with I believe it was the owner over the phone before taking my jeep and it seems my precious mechanic was trying to get lots of $$$ out of me. Great alignment shop. The owner is very fair and upfront about your vehicle. He only does Alignment, thats his specialty. Fair pricing and he works with lowered vehicles, lifted vehicles and everything in between.

The Manager gives you the opportunity to select the time of your appointment in the morning. He is truly an expert who does alignment exclusively. His diagnostic was accurate. He performed the alignment and showed me what caused the problem so that I could have fixed. The 5th Star belongs to the Lord.

To start things off, I am an incredibly picky person; this is obviously reflected on the type of place I choose to bring my beloved bimmer to. When searching for best alignment in miami, I stumbled upon this place and was enlightened to read the many 5 star reviews that this business proudly puts up to display. Without much thought, I gave the place a call on a thursday morning and hoped for the best.I was answered by Ken, the owner of the place. I explained to him what I was looking for and he promptly gave me the price for the services but took it upon himself to try to give me advice over the phone. More specifically, he actually advised me to do something that would make him less money. Through this action alone, I knew I was taking my car to the right place. I called the next morning---early enough to secure an appointment for my car---and showed up 15 minutes early to the place. I was greeted by a gentleman named Frank who took my car for a test drive and quickly got to work when he was back. Ken, the owner, came out and I was surprised to see the amount of people that would show up just to talk to him regarding something about their cars. This alone speaks volumes about his status in the alignment business.I noticed that they had stayed looking at a particular spot under my car for a longer time than normal, and was surprised to hear when Ken told me that they were trying to fix an issue with the parking brake they noticed when test driving the car. Its apparently a common issue with some modern BMWs where the parking brake line rubs against the driveshaft of the vehicle, and makes a loud noise when accelerating. I had had this issue come up almost a month ago, and hadnt had the time to take the car up on ramps to take a look at it myself, so when I heard that they were trying to fix it, I knew I had to leave them a wonderful review. Upon attempting to resolve the problem, Frank took it for another test drive and came back handing me the keys telling me the sound was gone and that the car was driving straight again.Needless to say, Im beyond satisfied with Ken and Frank, and Ill be sending over anyone and everyone to have their cars aligned at their business. The level of professionalism and great attitude I received at this business is what earns them a 5 star review.

I have a 2019 Corvette Grand sport,which I purchased Nov of 2018. The car had a slight pull a few months back which I pointed out to the chevy dealer when I took it for a oil service. The dealer advice me that the car needed alignment,which they did and the problem continued. First of all they did not align the stearing wheel and the pull continued. The second time they align the steering wheel only after told to, and told me everything was fine, but the pulling was not fix. After several months the car completely wear down the interior of both front tire. I purchased two from tires and had it installed at Banner Tire which is also a great place with honest people and recommended the alignment factory for the alignment of the car. The customer service in the alignment factory was the best, the owner Ken was very helpful and he knows his profession very well, like he explain to me all I do is alignment , which to me made alot of sense because he has mastered one skill and on skill only. My car has never driven as well as after the alignment, I can actually let go the steering and the car goes straight. Also you dont have to tell them to center the steering wheel, they know their job to a tee. I love this place because finally you get good honest work for a very reasonable price. I have been going to ken’s for over a decade. I have taken at least five cars there. He has always been up front and honest. Most of my cars he aligns with no issues but he has told me in the past that i need something replaced to get a proper alignment which I got taken care of and went back to ken. Ken is the man. I made an appointment today for 2 pm to get my Nissan 350z aligned. He immediately got to work on it as soon as I arrived. He is very knowledge, knows what hes doing and works at a very fast pace. In less than an hour he tells me that the job has been done and explained to me its not a 100% because my two front tires are of different tread thats why I still have a slight pull to the right and also advised that the pull should go away as soon as I replace my front tires. However, I strongly believe thats not the case and its some bent suspension part in the front causing the front alignment out by 3 degrees since Ive been in an accident some time ago and Im assuming the body shop that did the repairs didnt do a good job. I was hoping for ken to inspect the suspension and pin point the cause. Over all good experience, the alignment is now way better than before so I cant complain. The price is a little higher than other places but its worth it because he uses top notch equipment (HUNTER), and also work on lowered cars and all sizes wheels. I will be coming here and recommending others to this place for future alignment services. Thanks ken.

Simply the best! Get you tires wherever you want, have them balanced wherever you want, but have them aligned at the Alignment Factory... My old 2002 Sienna with 240K miles, goes down the road like an arrow. Thank you Ken & Frank!

*UPDATE**After some back and fourth I was able to resolve my balancing issue. Like always, the alignment was great! Now that Ken also did the balancing, the truck is driving the way it should. Super smooth. He made a good point that he makes more money on alignment due to the fact it take less time and that is their expertise. Sometimes I wish I would have never met Ken, because it has made me very picky! I know now how a car/truck should feel when you drive it. If he only balances my tires once so be it, Ill ride out till I get four more and have them balanced again. Also, Kens helper is very knowledgeable and friendly. It is also great to set up an appointment and have them start working on your car on time.*Whats the point of having a balancing machine and not use it. I remember coming here and gladly paying more to get my tires balanced and perfectly aligned on my car or truck, now I have to run around town try to find a place that balances my tires properly because Ken doesnt want to do balancing anymore. I mean seriously do you want me to take the tires off for you? Christ almighty its your job. Why does there need to be so many rules and regulations to get a freaking balancing or alignment job done I mean youre supposed to cater to the customer last time I checked especially one thats been going there for over 10 years! Im done.

Ken and Frank are THE BEST!!!! Brought in my Mercedes Benz 2500 Sprinter (AKA, My Baby) and they set her straight. Ken’s scheduling system almost seemed rude to me at first, but once I saw the demand for his time and the quality of his work I understood.

Ken and his team are the real deal. Best alignment in town, especially if you have a custom suspension sports car. These guys can handle it and they are quick. Im happy with the alignment they did on my BMW E70 X5. If you have a BMW with dynamic drive, make sure you check the ride height and have it calibrated before getting it aligned. They can check the Steering Axis Inclination( identifies something worn in the complex BMW suspension) and align it perfect. I would recommend them over anyone including the dealer.

First off know upfront they only accept cash or check as payment. That’s it. Once you get over that mentally you’re good to go. The owner Ken is super knowledgeable and came highly recommended. He doesn’t take appointments in advance. You have to make them day of- mild inconvenience but you can get over that too. They’re that good.How thorough are they? You bring your car in. They test drive it. They do the adjustments needed. Then they test drive it again. Rinse and repeat until it’s right. And when they’re done... it will be right!Ken has done my Rubicon’s alignment twice now and it’s been great. I wouldn’t just drive down damn near 40 miles unless the work done is superb. I thought the recommendations I got about this place were hype but nope. They’re that good!

Place SUCKS! The most expensive alignment in town! I have a 92 f150 2x4. He is always changing his prices. First he tells me base price is $99 then he tells me base price is $140 then he tells me $240. I had to run out of there because it was obvious that he was trying to rip me off. So dont go there unless you want to get ripped off. The funny thing is I went to Goodyear right after and they charged me $80 and my truck drives great! So I would recommend Goodyear instead
