I would give negative stars if possible. This place should be shut down. They send you and email in advance asking you to wait in your car until you get a text saying they’re ready to see you. Then you get upstairs and there’s 30 people waiting in a small room, some even waiting in the hall outside. It’s a covid hot spot. When I asked the receptionist how long it would be, he was rude and didn’t give me an answer. I would never come back here.

Horrible place. Arrived to an over full parking lot (which still costs $3 with validation). I was on time for my appointment but waited 40 minutes while people who came in after me were seen to first. The chaotic technician who barely spoke English was gruff and rough. Sent me to a filthy bathroom to take a urine sample in a coffee cup and didn’t label it as my name. Blood draw was painful and unskilled and left me bruised for days. The pic of my arm is 72 hours after the draw, and it’s still bruised purple and yellow. Never again, what a nasty corporation.

Poor operations and management. Great check in process and then I received a text message that the technician was ready to see me. It took another 45 minutes in the waiting room before someone helped me.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Please avoid this place at all costs! I’m waiting for more than one hour already, people that got here after me got in before me. The system doesn’t work. It’s a nightmare. Go elsewhere.

I made an appointment for a drug testing at 11:15 am, they have a “wait where your comfortable program” and it I’m able to check in through my phone and I confirmed my check in through my phone. I waited an hour and I never got a text that I’m ready to go in. I go to the office to confirm with them and the lady at the desk gives me terrible attitude and tells me i never made an appointment and I show her the confirmation number and everything but she refuses to even look at my email confirmation and refuses to move me up in line because I’ve already been waiting forever. Now I’m last in line and it’s like I never made an appointment. Terrible service and attitude and I hope that lady gets fired.

The front desk person was awesome but there is no point in making an appointment if after an hour you are still waiting to be called. I’ve been to other Labcorp offices and they get you right in and out with an appt, this is absolutely ridiculous…the only saving Grace is the front desk person was so very nice

I’m currently waiting. The info said to show 15 minutes early for my 11:45 appointment and check in on my phone. When I was texted to come up the waiting room was full and overflowing with people. I’m not sure of the point of being called was because it’s now 12:15, a full half an hour after my appointment time and I haven’t been called in. I went really early once as a walk-in vs. appointment and it was much more efficient. I’m going to be late for work at this rate.

Google won’t allow me to give ZERO stars to this place and it wasn’t even deemed to receive the one star rating I waited over an hour to be seen even with an online appointment. I spent my whole afternoon at this place and wasted so much time. They obviously don’t value other people’s time. Apparently there is only ONE person to do pre-employment (employment drug screen) and she was S-L-O-W as molasses. She believed that taking her lunch break was way more important that taking care of customers that already had scheduled appointments. Horrible place and overall negative experience! Please do yourself a favor and find another Lapcorp to go to that isn’t this one. You will save yourself the aggravation and agony going to another Labcorp location.

Don’t Waste your time making appointment. You will still sit and wait for over an hour.

Very friendly staff, I was here for 3 hours because I was getting a glucose test, the temperature in the room was good. The front desk young girl was a sweetheart, she was kind and helpful to every person. I read the reviews about the parking so I decided to come in Uber, so parking wasn’t an issue.

Worst LabCorp location. Don’t waste your time. These people close the lab and don’t even leave a note, updated VM, or note on the website.I’ve now come here TWICE to get no service.The first time I arrived 30mins before their closing time, and they said they closed the system 5mins before I arrived and that I had to come back.Okay, I went back. But before going I wanted to make sure they were open. I called multiple times but got no answer, and then called corporate. They said the location was open, and that they were probably busy with patients, which is why they weren’t answering. Well, I went, and they were closed. There was no notice or anything anywhere that said they’d be closed. Not even corporate knew they were closed. While I was there, an old man who could barely walk arrived, also to find out they were closed. It’s crazy to me how these people aren’t considerate of that patients are coming to them for service. They should be more mindful about putting a notice somewhere if they are not going to operate certain services, times or days.

One of the phlebotomists at this site swerved the needle hard in the middle of my blood draw trying to draw out blood quicker, and now I think I have nerve damage. My whole arm feels tingly, hurts, and I have little strength to do even the most basic of tasks. Dude didn’t even apologize or anything. Hope this improves in the next couple of months.Also, someone entered this site without a mask and the staff behind the window didn’t say anything. No wonder my previous lab appointment at a different Labcorp was cancelled because of COVID; they obviously don’t prioritize safety.

I read through the reviews before I went to this location & was nervous it would be a disaster. But, I was pleasantly surprised. The check-in was very easy and I was the only person in the waiting room when I got there. There was essentially no wait time & the test was administered efficiently. I thought it was a great facility.

Place full of people without enough seating. Only two people working/attending customers. If you are coming make sure you have an appointment. Waiting time average for a check up 2 hours. 😢

+ : The receptionist is a sweetheart. Welcoming and helpful. I was having trouble finding the order confirmation on my phone due to bad signal. It took me some time, which was particularly embarrassing, but she remained extremely courteous and patient. I overheard somebody complain that she wouldnt speak Spanish. Well I didnt know it was a requirement... Everybody was sitted and taken care of anyway.The place was not crowded (social distancing) and the wait time was 10 to 15 minutes.I had a 50% discount ( pre-paid my tests online)- : The bathroom was not clean.The lady who took my blood sample had somebodys hair on her hand. So it ended up on my arm, right in the place where the needle would penetrate through my skin. I told her like hem, somebodys hair is on my arm right nowShe said it was not hers. Who cares? Just remove it lol. A bit disgusting but everything went fast. I recommend wearing disposable gloves if you need to use the self check-in, open doors or go to the bathroom.I didnt expect to have to provide them with the confirmation form again since I had faxed it following their instruction But its finally better to print it out.Its $30 if you forget to validate your parking

I’ve been to this location several times. If you have an appointment you are seen right away. Staff is really friendly and also good at pulling blood. The parking lot is full but if you go to the top there’s free valet

Arrived at the building early to avoid a long wait time. The Lab was clean, Staff was friendly and helpful (seriously, anything you need, they are their to serve and assist), wait time was quick (I checked-in at 6:58 am and left at 7:15 am). The only reason its not a 5 star is due to the parking. I arrived at 6:20am to find parking since its a first come first serve basis only to find parking lot closed. I parked on the side of the building praying my car doesnt get towed even though I paid the meter. Other than that this clinic is truly great and updated to make your check-in time effective and your wait time less.

I been trying to get in contact to make an appt since friday. Its now monday and I have been calling since 9 am and nobody picks up the phone. I was aready told they had horrible service now I see why.

Do NOT go here. It is Understaffed and over crowded. I reserved an appointment, and checked in on time. 30 minutes layer I politely asked the receptionist how far behind schedule are they on reservations. Instead of answering my question she angrily said sit down. Ironically there was literally no place to sit down. Every chair was taken and there was barely space to stand.

Another catastrophe of American factory medicine. I have time to write this review because my simple lab procedure will actually take more than a full hour.So, I made an appointment using the online system. I did this because calling the phone number is like calling a dead relative in Heaven. No answer.No sign outside to let you know that there is a medical facility somewhere in this condominium. The parking is shared with the tenants so there are no parking spaces. The garage is classic Miami - designed for Le Car.When you enter there is an express check in. But there is also a sign in sheet which is a secret. You have to do all three things: register online providing your insurance information. Sign in at the on site kiosk where you scan your drivers license. Finally you do have to go to the desk to provide your insurance card (again) and then of course you have to pay the copay.But if you didn’t dream of this you will sit on the vinyl chair forever.The parking lot is full. The waiting room is full. And of course the patients are all just normal humans. Since it’s a lab there are all kinds of people, most of whom simply cannot function in a complex mechanized system. People are complaining out loud. People are having little spats among themselves about manners. Just like the Chicago 69 downtown bus!And it’s all to let LabCorp suck in money with minimal overhead. Guess we asked for this.

Horrible. Website says it closes at 12am. I left work early to do a quick drug and alcohol test. Arrived at 3:00pm on the dot. With all this garbage traffic and their garbage parking. Parking lot couldn’t fit my truck (which isn’t even that tall) so I wouldn’t recommend bringing a large vehicle. Knocked on the door at 3:00pm exactly and said she was closed, I stressed how important it was and what I went through just to do a quick test, she could care less. Now I have to leave my job early AGAIN tomorrow. Thank you so much for your garbage service. Horrible. You would think people could at least give you a break with all of their website, building, and location flaws.

Terrible place about 8 people standing. My husbands doctor sent in the order. My husband had the appointment yet, they did not have the order. Very disorganised office. Upset people waiting and rude to reception person. Very overworked staff. Accident waiting to happen. Unbelievable we have been to these in California and Kansas never seen something like this. They wanted to charge 30.00 for parking because we did not get the ticket from Labcorp. We went back to get it.

Unreasonable wait time (2+ hours) for a simple pre-employment screening test. The waiting room was very cramped and freezing cold. The front desk staff was unhelpful. They refused to provide estimated wait times and threatened to cancel your spot in line if you had to step out briefly. Parking was a nightmare as well.Overall, there is nothing positive I can think of from my experience here. Would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you have no car, a thick jacket, and unlimited waiting time.

The staff is very rude, even when I explained that I have cancer and I was felling really bad, I waited more than an hour for a simple blood test (hemoglobin) I would not recommend this place to any body that I care. If you need to come here try at least to get an appointment. But if you can save yourself from suffering please do!

Beware!! Please dont bring your children here!! I brought my son here (this location is supposed to do pediatric collections) and they didnt have the appropriate needle size for pediatric patients. The lab technician had to scramble and ask other techs if they had the butterfly needle the one commonly used for kids and this type of needle was nowhere to be found. Finally she heard someone say they had only a few more left in a storage closet. What kind of place is this that doesnt have the appropriate equipment for pediatric patients. NEVER COMING BACK! Bad management and lack of professionalism. I called headquarters to file a complaint being I was very upset and 5 days later no one has called back. It feels I went to a lab in a third world country, horrible.

This place is great. I didnt have an appointment, I arrived at 7:02 and at 7:22 I was already leaving. The guy in the window is nice and friendly, the other lady might not be as friendly but she helps with your insurance and gets it done fast anyways. The rest of the staff is very nice too. The lady that did mu blood work was super sweet and fast as well. Due to previous reviews I almost decided to go to the place at US1, so Im glad I didn’t since its farther away from me. Finally, there is paking which is great, but don’t forget to ask them to validate your ticket

The technician just took zone (1) sample blood, when she supposed took a second one for a complete metabolic panel test. She was not paying attention on what the doctor ordered. The patients paid the consecuences, the results incompleted, the patient should go back for the missed test.

The worst customer service ever! The staff don’t have any idea of how to offer an attention. I just left without been seeing. Try to avoid going to this office if you don’t want to have such a disgustin experience.

Front desk was a sweetheart, not sure I can say that for the rest of the staff. Lady who took my Drug test sample for school was super unprofessional, nosy, and sarcastic. The whole process was a mess from the beginning. Don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

Unfortunately today I took my 3 month old to this place to do some labs and the staff here are not trained. They played with the needle inside his little arm and did not catch the vein. Please never take your children to this place.Please, do not take your children to this place. They dont have experience with children. They are unprofessionals. In my opinion The worse. I went today with my baby. She is 3 months. They couldnt get the vein. It was a torture.

I do not agree with the services here they are fatal, they give you an appoiment 9:45 the morning is 10:30 am and they have not called older people who can not take their check in and the other patients have to help them this is ridiculous place where a pay for a horrible service

The attention is terrible and they never sent my results to the doctor that indicates them, the worst service they look for another laboratory.

I became a laboratory on Monday 11th of this month and they arrived at the incomplete rheumatologists office. ¿??
