Ive been bringing my cars here for years. If its not a tire service its something else. Ive trusted this shop and the team for great work and fair prices. I actually drive from Miami Beach to this location for work.Go early in the morning because throughout the day they are booked. For tires, a drive up shouldnt be long.One time I was told by my dealership that my ALL FOUR of my tire sensors needed to be replaced, but the mechanic at La Ceiba saw otherwise on his computer and reset them. No charge. And he had already ordered the sensors. That was surprisingly honest.Again, hard to find a mechanic or tire shop you can trust, but here my experience has been so good, Ive returned.

I came for an alignment on my tires and the price seemed fair. After leaving the shop and driving around the area, I had to return because the car was not aligned properly. The amount of time they had me waiting was excessive, I’d recommend not coming here.

To the owner: Please do NOT message my personal number to tell me you have answered my review on google that is very unprofessional.Edit in response to owner:I was not offered a perfect fit solution unfortunately, I did not even get shown different options. I originally walked into the shop and asked for my car to be straight piped. I had brought my 2017 accord and that had an already modified exhaust and you guys did a GREAT job on that one removing the resonator and cat, welds were good and I even payed less so I decided to go to you again. I then bring my 2018 accord to have it straight piped meaning everything gets removed from the resonator to the cat, to the mufflers. That is what a straight pipe is whether or not your worker knew that or not is not my problem. But I did ask for a straight pipe and you gave me the estimate and everything saying you understood, and then you come back and tell me oh we didnt take out the mufflers (which is why it wasnt loud how I had asked) you charged me again to remove them which is wrong when the job estimate was already set and I originally told you what I wanted done and even explained even to the worker I wanted everything removed. Either way I am not trying to argue with you. I am trying to show people what they can expect and the customer service they might receive when coming to your shop hence the bad review because of the bad experience. Wish nothing but the best for you and your shop. Hopefully you do actually treat your other customers better like you say, maybe next time you will actually take your time with them and see what they want and be sure of what they ask. Last thing the reason I took long to post the review was because I did not think you guys would do such a bad job since you did so well the first time, and I did not realize the job was done so horribly until the exhaust literally is almost falling apart from rust and the sound change. (Quality might mean better parts but that still does not excuse the horrible welds done, there wasnt even an attempt to remove the exhaust to properly weld it)Original:Whatever you do, please do not get work done at this shop. This shop has left a bad taste in my mouth after I brought my car here to have the exhaust modified. All I asked was to have the exhaust straight piped. Firstly they charged me $200 to do that and then the guy working on my car comes back and says it would sound better if you removed the muffler. I told him that is what straight pipe is and he says I didn’t tell him that, so I had to cough up almost another $200 for him to take off the mufflers because he refused to do it otherwise. Fine all I pay it and leave and come back to my car being finished. I assumed because I paid so much that I was getting quality. But as you can tell by the images this is not quality, in fact this is the opposite. This is basically robbery in my eyes. It’s a simple enough job and I did not do it myself because I do not have the tools but boy do I wish I did or at least had gone to another shop. $400 on this is beyond what this kind of work costs, if I knew this was going to happen I wouldn’t have even come here in the first place.

I was treated like royalty, I dropped off the van in the morning they immediately notified me I had to replace a part by mid afternoon I got the phone call your vehicle is ready. 4 tires mount/balanced and alignment.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my car to get a patch put on a tire. It was slightly raining when I parked and when the guy went to move my car from the parking spot into the garage he refused to do so because in his words “I’m not going to get wet and the mechanic is not going to get wet”. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

If there were 0 stars I would give them a zero. Long wait times and I had to bring my car back 3 times for alignment. They are horrible.

Let me start of saying WOW! The customer service at this place is next level. Everyone is courteous and helpful. I came into the shop with a torn tire as i just had hit a pothole, they didnt have the tire i needed on-hand but got one delivered within 15 minutes. Price was great too. If you have any issues and are in the area i would definitely recommend this place.

At Costco they wanted to sell me 2 tires for more than $200. Here they repaired my tire for $10 and good to go in 20 minutes. Excellent and fast service. Never going to Costco again for tire repair.

I took my F-150 Raptor into the shop to get new 35 tires put on. I went to 4 other places before stopping here. They were the only shop that could do it and they did an amazing job!! I was with my 4 year old son as well and they were so nice to him. They are a family owned and operated business and they work very hard. Please support them. People like that and customer service are very hard to find in Miami.

Repairs Done by La Ceiba Tire Shop were done incorrect if at all. I brought to certified chevy dealership where I needed to pay again to correct. I purchased tires and wheels for my @2007 Chevy @2500HD pick up truck from La Ceiba Tire Shop on March 21st 2020. Upon the purchase they uncovered I had some issues regarding my front end. With an estimate I agreed to changing the control arms, tie rods ends, and Alignment. The cost for everything was $3762.00 After waiting for my car for 3 days I picked it up on a Saturday. The very next day (Sunday) Im driving on the highway with my family noticing my steering is not aligned and shortly after starting our trip my front tire came loose and the truck became uncontrollable. I had the truck brought to their shop to be repaired again. When I talked to the owner Monday he said I had bad lug studs and he didnt replace them or mention it because I had already set a budget. Had he mentioned that my tire could fall off I would have surely replaced them. And thats what I did. I also had them change the fuel filters and install a new air filter. they also said I needed a rear brake caliper. this repair ended up costing me $845.00. Upon picking up my truck 2 days later I did not even make it 1/2 mile down the road and a light started flashing reduced power and I had no power or acceleration. I needed to bring my truck back again. this time they had my truck for 10 days, with no resolution. I asked them for my money and truck back so I could take it to another shop. they said no. they would not release my truck. in total time the shop almost had my truck for 20 days. finally when I got my truck back, the steering was still bad and the power light comes on and off.I brought it to a certified cheverlot dealership to get a second opinion. Upon going to the shop they told me the alignment was done incorrect and when the air filter was install they unplugged important sensors and never returned them to the correct place. now I am paying again for the certified dealer to repair the repairs. I paid $4507.00 to la ceibas shop and in return I got and incomplete truck not working correctly. I paid $738.00 in car rental expenses, all the days they had my truck. I also paid $1200.00 to the cheverlot dealership who is correcting the mistakes made by La Ceiba Tire

This place is the worst in Miami. I took my car for an oil change and they messed up my BMW’s engine. The uncertified mechanic forgot to put a ring on the filter cap, the oil leaked and the engine was damaged. I took the car back 3 times for them to correct their mistake and I was never informed of what was wrong with the car, instead they will put oil and send me away.The owners refused to pay for the damages, they stated it was just a coincidence that my car broke down after the oil change and that I didn’t service my car on time.My car never had issues and I serviced it regularly. The entire place is horrible and I will take legal action.

To be honest 2nd time Im there first with my ACURA now with my BMW. These ppl are clean fast and professional. Definitely recommend and they all type of rims for any vehicle

Very slow, undermanned.

Went in for an alignment ended up with a crooked steering wheel. Went back waited another hour to get it fixed. After all, it was done however did not feel like my car was done correctly after leaving the shop. Went back to the shop twice to explain to them that I do not feel like my alignment was done correctly. Their form of testing it was by driving the car and they insisted that everything was fine. I later went into Falcon Auto Center in Medley FL and got an alignment check in which I got a test report of the wheels specs (SOMETHING LA CEIBA DIDNT PROVIDE) and explained that the alignment was NOT okay. Long story short , waste of time and money because I had to pay for another alignment.

On the surface the people here seem to know what theyre doing, but Ive had to return again & again to fix a leak in my coolant system. They replaced the radiator, but a week later the connection for the coolant sensor sprang a leak. They fixed that, but the car still leaks coolant. When I thought they were decent, my sister bought a used SUV from the shop owner, but were having one problem after another with the car. Youd think you could trust a mechanic for a used car! To their credit, they have not charged for some of the re-repairs. Tires seem to be their sole specialty.

Horrible place to do your exhaust system. They may be ok for other services but they messed up the exhaust on our car and left it with a ton of leaks. The guy who does their welds does his job like a 2 year old drawing for the first time. If you look at other reviews about their welder and how they do exhausts you will see they are bad at this. Please take your money else where for any exhaust work.

I took my car to do a bad job that was done at another shop and I end up having a even worst job than before, the exhaust had a lot of leaks, the weld job was poorly done and the resonator not the one for my car, after come back many times and never get the problem sorted Ive asked for my money back which the owner said he wouldnt do it, So stay away for this shop, they will screw your car over and not warranty at all.
