So I went to this shop to get some patch work done on one of my tires, as well a oil change. They didn’t have regular oil so hooked it up with synthetic oil but kept the regular oil price. They were super professional, Covid friendly auto shop.They have a space where you can sit and visually see what they are doing to your cars. I get a sense of trustworthiness from this family own auto shop. Great rate!

Im new to Miami and it is always hard finding someone you can trust to take care of you car - I was lucky enough to try Reys service!They had my cars oil changed in about 15 minutes, plus removed a nail from my front tire. Cant believe how bad you guys are, I sent their massage, they never get back to me, I will show the receipt here, at the beginning Daniel said 1200 cash to fix everything, and engine light wont come out again, but just one day, light come out again, besides, at the beginning, I was double confirmed from Daniel, 1200 fixed everything,right? He said yes, and now he said I need to more 300$, and said Im refused to pay additional fee, cant believe, coz at the beginning you told me 1200 included everything, now you said Im REFUSED to pay additional??? What?? You changed quickly, you are good actor, you know what, you said Im a scammer, I just use the right way to protect myself and my car, you should feel shame about that, coz you charged peoples money, and didnt fix well, then you just said thats customer problem, not yours, god, you are best actor!!!! I will post my receipt here, it said Timming chain kit replacement (1year warranty), 1200$, the receipt you gave to me, its already proved that Timming chain replacement for whole work, instead of a receipt said, timming chain replacement ( only one part)And NOW, you still want me to additional fee for your incomplete work, you guys so smart ha?Want me pay twice to fix my car Timming chain kit?By the way, I brought my car to Tonys Vehicle Solutions, the owner told me, Daniel didnt fix anything for me, included any Timming chain kit,, the owner let the best mechanic to check my car, the mechanic said, they even didnt touch my car. I had a great experience with Steve and his coworkers! The car had been to this garage before and they remembered it. They were very welcoming (as the new owner) and directly underway to help me out. I was waiting for diagnosis across the street, got a call and video from Steve what was going on. I went over and he showed me the repairs in person.As a non-technician, anybody can tell me anything and charge me for it. By showing me what was wrong, Steve gave me confidence that he was legit. He even said, normally a mechanic would charge you to change all 6 coils, but that is just while 2 new ones are needed (showing the broken ones).I had a little this and that after leaving, so I went back and they checked the car again and fixed the problem; all included in the price. Price/quality is very good.I will spread the word! Everybody to Reys Auto Service! I wish that for them. They are good people.Floris.

They are all Liar, dont bring your car to there, my car engine light is coming out, I bring my car to Reys Auto repair services to repair, they said is timing chain problems, and they ask me 1200$ cash to pay this, before they said they will need 3-5days to fix and in fact, they only used 2 days to repair, and after I got my car, it still didnt changed, runs not smooth, but they said, hey car drives perfectly..... Just one day the light come out again, and I bring back to them twice, still they just said: its weird, it should everything right, and still said, sorry today we are still busy and busy, you have to bring your car next week, next week, god Im busy tooo，ok，And The Most Important thing is I bring my car to another car repair shop, they said the even no one touched my engine, my old timing chain kit still there. MY GOD , THEY LIE TO ME, Daniel said : no we fixed that, we fixed that. Just dont go to there, Miami worst Repair shop!!!!! For sure , they even send me some fake videos and said hey you see we fixed your car..... I wont recommend all my friends to go there, thats their lost, I dont why the rating is high, so confused, dont trust that !!!!

I called Reys for a second opinion after being quoted several hundred dollars for fluid changes at a nearby shop - and Im so glad I did! Went by early in the morning, and Steve checked out my car and walked me through what he was doing. I was in and out in 15 minutes and was spared grossly overpaying elsewhere (especially for services that werent even necessary!). Its hard to find a good auto shop, and this place has my full confidence. I wont be going anywhere else!

Finding a trustworthy mechanic is always a challenge, but I found it! I have been bringing my Fiat here for a couple of years and have always had a good experience. I find the prices are fair and they are not constantly trying to upcharge like most mechanics. This week they fixed by AC, brake lights, oil change and I will be going back for tires later this week.

My car was smoking out of nowhere and I was super concerned that it would catch on fire before I could find someone to repair what the issue was. I took my car to them in the morning, within minutes they were able to identify the problem and within a few hours my car was fixed - no smoke, no more leaking oil, also got an oil change and it’s running basically brand new. Had to write this review because it’s so uncommon to find such knowledgeable and helpful people when it comes to cars!

UPDATE: I returned to have a hitch installed and fix car sluggishness and stalls which caused an illuminated check engine light.These guys did beautiful work installing a custom hitch - its practically invisible.They also diagnosed and repaired the cause of the stalls/check engine light, including purchasing replacement parts.They also call to explain the situation, their recommendations and even text you pics of the issue.All of this in a single day.They are great guys and true professionals who know their stuff.You will be very happy with their work!*********I was looking to get a general tune-up and any needed replacements/repairs for a recently purchased used car.When I called to schedule Carlos & Steve were as accommodating as possible - they also made it clear that no work will be performed without my approval.I arrive a bit early and these gentlemen couldnt be nicer, more honest or more professional.I shared my concerns about the brakes and sluggishness - they were on it!I get a call soon after dropping off the car - brakes are fines, spark plugs WERE NEVER CHANGED by the previous owner. ugh!They change all the fluids and filters, rotate and align the tires, check the belts, etc. And they change the plugs.Car now runs like a champ! I just moved to Florida and needed to change my plates. I was unable to attach the new plate so I took it to Rey’s. They attached my plate and refused to charge me for the service. I thought that was very nice of them and will definitely be back when my car needs servicing.

Absolutely one of the best businesses I have ever been to, and hands down the best mechanic shop. My wife and I moved to Miami and were desperately trying to navigate the used car market and wanted someone to check the car out before we bought it. Usually you get someone who plugs in a code reader, checks the oil, and gives it a listen then send you on your way half hoping he knew what he was talking about.Not here.It was the most detailed inspection ever, with Stephen walking me through details from cupped tires which he explained had worn the shocks (reaching in to show me the types of grease leaking), to areas where someone had repainted. All with an enthusiasm and genuine attitude of wanting me to learn and see what he did.And did this keen eye come as a prelude to an expensive pitch? No. He quoted me a fair price on a couple of things, told me to hold off on getting them done, and sent us off feeling so relieved and confident.We have come back every time we need something and the experience has been one of honesty, trust, and fairness (not to mention incredibly skillful work!).We wont use anyone else. The whole crew LOVES what they do, and you can tell be the time and care they take in showing you and educating you as they go. I own a E39 540i which can be finicky to work on. I had a fantastic mechanic back in AZ who specialized in E39s and when I made the move to FL, I was concerned about finding a shop that I could trust.While driving home one day, I had a brake line that burst and I subsequently lost my brakes. I had my car towed to Reys solely based on their Google reviews and Steve took great care of me. He got my car back to me on the same day that the parts became available. Reys and Steve embodies what a honest and trustworthy small business should be and they will continue to be my dedicated mechanic for the foreseeable future. If I ever encounter a dissimilar experience, Ill be sure to update this review.

I called to speak with the manager and after a lovely conversation with Steven I decided to come in for some needed repairs. Recently moved to Miami, maybe non-Spanish speaker, looking for an honest mechanic that wont scam you in this God forsaken corrupt city?Read on...I have most likely posted a review about Reys Auto shop before but I feel like updating it because theres very few businesses like this in Miami, that I feel like I owe it to them. We need more honest businesses in Miami. This is one of them.Luckily for many transplants coming to Miami, Reys auto repair is located in a very centralized area where even people from Brickell can come through and not pay Brickell prices.I currently live in Orlando but still come to Miami often and even being in located Orlando, I STILL go to Reys Auto repair for services. If it aint broke, why fix it right? Luckily anytime something IS broken in my car, Reys auto shop fixes it the day of.The shop is owned by Rey but his son Steven has been managing the shop proficiently for a few years now. If youre not latino or spanish speaking, I implore you to seek Steven for all kinds of questions. One thing that I like about Steven is that he goes into detail with what he is doing to your car and why certain issues are happening. Even though I dont always understand what hes explaining, the fact that hes taking his time to educate me means a lot more to me than anything else that any other mechanic has ever done. It shows integrity, imo, which finding it in this city is far and few in between.Im planning my trip to Miami this weekend and thought about giving my car a tune up and figured I might as well write them a review. You never who to trust walking into a car or motorcycle shop without full knowledge of parts and labor billing, but Ill tell you what the yelp reviews on this shop are 110% accurate. Rey and his son Steven are the real deal. I took my Mercedes in with a serious break in the transmission mount, noise coming from the accelerator and expected one hell of a bill to follow. Steven was able to knock out the job with parts in under a day and was as responsive and truthful as it gets. I know if I took this to Mercedes they wouldve hit me with thousands in repairs and I was billed accurately for parts no inflation and very fair labor maybe 2 hours I think. He mentioned they had been in that location 20 years and his dad operating as a mechanic since the late 80s. Longevity in business happens when you are friendly and honest, these guys nailed it. They are now my mechanics for the long run and if anyone reads this, bring your car to the shop you know exactly what Im talking about immediately. Thanks again!

FINALLY, a repair shop I trust. I have a 2014 Honda Accord and I was tired of being ripped off by the dealerships. I saw the good reviews so I called to see if they could take me in today for an oil change. Rey answered and told me to come right over. I brought my car in and they did the oil change right away. They also balanced and rotated my tires and checked my brake and transmission fluid only for an extra $20. I should mention, they did all of that in less than an hour. Rey and Steve are both incredibly friendly and upfront. No upselling or shady you need this now suggestions, just honest evaluations. They definitely just earned a loyal customer.

I wish I found Reys Auto Repair Service years ago. HONESTY is the most important thing I can stress about this business.Before I found Reys, I had several bad experiences at chain stores where I would go in for an oil change and get lied to and told I had to pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. I would look at the lying sales associate and tell him I actually just had those parts replaced when I was here last year, and they would stumble with their words and make an excuse like, oh we didnt actually inspect the parts and were just suggesting the repairs based on your cars mileage.Steve earned my trust right away, showing me exactly what is wrong and explaining things to me. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does, and it is truly something to admire. He is building or continuing to grow something special at Reys Auto Repair.After picking up my car, I had the smoothest, quietest ride home that Ive had in years. My car is 16 years old and is now running better than it did 10 years ago.Ive been recommending them, and so far have had 2 people go there, and theyve had great experiences as well. For example, one woman went with a nail in her tire. Steve wasnt there but one of the mechanics quickly attended her. She was prepared to have to buy a new tire or two, but the mechanic showed her that the nail was short and didnt pass completely through the rubber... what HONESTY! At chain stores, they will lie straight to your face and tell you it cant be patched and that you need to replace the tires on both sides as well as getting an alignment.In summary, the prices are good (honestly, they could charge more and Id still be happy because I wish them great success), the work is great, and the HONESTY is something rare. So, If you havent been to Reys Auto Repair Service yet, do yourself a favor and go meet Steven and the rest of the great crew over at Reys. Just drive right in (2nd entrance from the corner, as there is the kind of bad shop that I warn about that is the first entrance from the corner) , if Steve is there he will usually walk right up, or if he is busy, he will acknowledge your presence and be with you as soon as he can.

This is the real deal folks and Im long overdue for a review. Rey and Stevan are super friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Make sure you go to the second driveway, since there are 2 mechanic shops next to each other.Their prices are more than fair and the worksmanship is top notch. Weve had work done on the alternator, starter, oil changes, you name it.Stevan is super nice and has gone above and beyond more than once for us! Our car died on the way to his shop (about a mile away) and he met us on his bike and gave us a jump.

They were very kind, and well priced. My water tank sprang a leak one day. They created a temporary fix when they knew I was under a time constraint and needed the car, explained how to put more water in the car until I could bring the car back and provided me with a gallon of water. That is great service!

Ive been a customer of Reys for about 14 years. My husband will not allow anyone but Reys auto to work on our cars. Rey, Stephen, Carlos and the others are the best. They are so professional, honest and their rates are the best! I dont work far from the shop, so they come and pick up my car for maintenance or repairs while Im working and return my car before I get off. I love it! Im forever a loyal customer!

I wouldnt trust anybody else with my any car issues or repairs. Steve is honest, reliable and consistent in delivering quality service and repairs. If it doesnt need to be done- he wont upsell you! If its not showing on computer diagnostic tool, hell prefer to wait until it does. Honest mechanics are not easy to come by, and I totally trust the team there!

This is the best mechanic Ive ever worked with! They are for the people not for the money 100%. I always have problems with mechanics trying to rip me off and neither Rey or Steven will do that at all! On multiple occasions theyve helped me out and not even charged me for it! Very friendly, very attentive, very knowledgeable and skilled. My roommate has a very old beat up car and they fix it every time, sometimes even drive her home if she has to leave it there! Literally great service, highly highly recommend!

Reys Auto Repair is one of the best auto repair shops Ive ever been to. The men there are very efficient with their work and take care of their clients services very well. They are straight to the point and will take care of you right away. Hands down one of the best repair experiences I have ever had!
