These people are the best in Miami ! I am new to the area and was nervous to go to a new mechanic but from the moment I spoke to the team I felt at ease.I can’t thank them enough for the help they provided me. If you need a place that will take care of your automobile and make you feel good about spending the money look no further.

Came in cause my oil pan was leaking and they definitely OVERCHARGED charged me for an extra 1.5 hours of labor!!! Dropped my car off at around 12 and was told the car would be ready by 4. I come by at 4:40 to pick up my car and it’s still sitting there where I left it. That’s not the problem, the problem is I get a text at 6:15 and a call that my car is ready. Soo why did I get charged for 3 hours of labor? Scamming money is not cool.

Fixed my front 2 wheel bearings for a great price. Took about an hour. The noise stopped. And everything’s good. (It’s been about 3 weeks since i got it done)

They stole from me.. if you every see an orange jumper pack at their shop, it came from my truck.. Ive been meaning to write this forever. I know it was there because I looked at it before I gave them the car and thought to myself it should be ok.. Boy was I wrong.I feel like I was robbed not only of my personal items but with the service they provided as well. I asked for the parts that they removed and they were never given to me. Im not worried because as much as they talked about God... Karma will come back towards them.the job went from 3 hrs to 24hrs.. which is unheard of. Im glad others have had a great experience but I promise you I will share this story with everyone I know.update 8/25/21 I found my jumper box.. I apologize for my previous post

I’m so happy I use this auto shop, they were really fast on getting my brakes done and fixing the ac. This is the only place I will bring my cars in Miami from now on

My car was broken down and these guys helped me every step of the way. They helped me get my car towed. Helped communicate w the tow driver for me as i speak English and he Spanish. They had my car assessed, quoted and fixed before the day was over! They are super nice over the phone, have great prices and treated me with respect. I would definatly be back and highly reccomend.

They were good mechanics once upon a time. Recently they have been deceitful in there practices. Creating work for themselves by claiming your car needs work when in fact nothing is wrong.

I Brought a truck in for a alignment, i was charged for a alignment that wasnt even done.The Truck still pulled to the right and shot over a lane as soon as you let go of the steering wheel ,and the steering wheel was still crooked....I called the Manager as i was driving back from their shop and he tried to b.s me saying its the tires, pitch of the road . Age of the vehicle.( those are valid factors as to why a car would not track true but this was not true in this case)the steering shaft rag joint , balljoints ,wheel bearings, tie rods drag link, brake rotors and pads and 4 new tires were installed prior to taking it for a alignment , they would of saw that if they actually put it on the lift and when i mentioned all of that to The manager after his tires and road and age comment) he had nothing to say but bring it back tomorrow.I also thought it was suspicious that my truck was in the same exact spot i parked it when i dropped it off .didnt think much of it untill i was driving back and the truck still tracked badI Took it to another alignment shop the same day and now it drives straight and doesnt pull and the steering wheel is straight.*the manger did say there is a warranty but i do not have time for someone to experiment/learn how to do a proper alignment on my vehicles*Im in the same field your lies and tricks do not work on me, nice try tho .

Have taken both my autos to this shop and have been very pleased with the work done. Quick service and more than reasonable prices. Very family oriented employees.

I’ve had some previous work done here(replacing Mercedes interior door handle) which other shops wanted to charge $800+ to repair. Their rate was $300 and came with a warranty, haven’t had any problems and it’s been 6+ months. Just took the car back here recently for some more repairs, since I emailed them a quote from a competitor, and again, they gave me a much better rate saving me over $400. No problems yet. Friendly and helpful staff.

Came in on a Monday morning and had an oil change service. Time went by pretty quickly, because I spent my time waiting at mission edge cafe, which is half a block away. Within 30 minutes, my car was ready. Rossi recommended that I changed my battery. He even showed me the hood and how the battery had corrosion and build up. I opted to come back another time. At least, I was informed.

This is the best mechanic shop in Miami.Johan the manager was excellently he knew the answer to every question and his prices where 50% less than all the other mechanic shops I have visit. Also I end up buying tires for my car. they gave me great price and 0% financing overall this shop is a A++++ thank you johan for a great service.

My boyfriend brought my Bmw here, to get the alignment done after we had installed new tires and new suspensions somewhere else.When we got the car back, driving home we noticed the car was significantly pulling to the right... The Next day after bringing the car back to the shop, they said the new tires needed to get used to the alignment ?? And I should drive it for a couple of weeks??Well after couple of weeks of course nothing changed and We brought the car to the shop again... They adjusted something and gave me the car back.. This time the car was slightly better, but STILL pulling to the right!..so AGAIN, we went back to the store the next day and told them the car was still pulling to the right. After a test drive performed with the mechaninc that confirmed the issue, the Manager/Owner (not sure) tells us these cars dont have a cast adjustment and he cannot do anything to fix it and he starts to look in to business cards to recommend us another place to go?! At this point we tell him about the $$ we just spent and to our surprise he doesnt even flinch or offer a refund for a job that was never done properly!!After leaving pissed for the time and $$ lost, we brought the car to MIAMI CHASSIS and fixed the problem in 20m.Bad Business. Be aware.

Steer very clear from this mechanic shop , had a water pump replaced with timing chain, worked for a month, leak came back, took it back and they checked it said all was fine, now Im looking to finance a car because the engine mount bolts striped and broken by there doing, had so much confidence in this place just to have my car riding worse than ever, I love my Acura until I took it there RIP, hope No one has to go through this

Was a little dissappointed with their transmission service & quote. Took my Jeep in because the transmission was leaking. They told me that I needed to change out the complete transmission since they couldnt find where it was leaking from. I was quoted $2000 for the job and they also charged me for the diagnostic ($24). But thank God that something told me to get a second opinion before dishing out the money to replace the transmission. I found out from another mechanic that i had a loose hose and that is where the transmission oil was leaking from and he fixed for me and charged me only $50! I just wish there were more honest transmission mechanics in Miami who arent after your $$$. 😞

So, not wanting to waste my time, I texted the number given by the ad I was looking at to ask whether there was body damage to the vehicle I was inquiring about as I noted that the entire drivers side was not pictured. The response: Clean!So when I asked the gentleman who texted this to me why he responded that way when in fact it appeared as if the drivers side of this car has been in a demolition derby, his response: Well, thats technically true. It is clean. My job is to get you here to see it.If theyll lie about something as basic as the exterior appearance, steer very very wide of them.Epilogue; the check engine light was on and its just an oxygen sensor. Well, clearly he wasnt counting on his buyer having a BMW specific code scan tool. False, engine knock sensor fail, MAF sensor fail, ABS sensor fail. All but the passenger side rear window failed to respond to their switches, and the driver side headlamp did not work. Thats just what I found in 5 minutes before walking out in complete disgust. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Steer clear! This place is a total scam! They buy ALL their cars from auctions and they are all dealer trade ins that hardly run! Their ads are completely false! They pull alot of illegal stunts. I have recieved several cars from them and I have returned them all just to get another POS! I have been dealing with JOSH and his schemes for 5 months and I have lost alot of money in the end and still dont have the title to the car! I have filed an official complaint with the DMVs automobile fraud investigative dept. This place wont stay open long!
