I could not explain how great the service was at this location. I went for a minor fix due to an accident and they were extremely nice and professional since the time I arrived to their location. It was taken care with great timely manner and they have good communication with me about my car being ready. I recommend this place for efficient, professional work and mostly for their impecable customer service.

I had some hit-and run body damage to a leased vehicle. Nothing crazy, but the prices I was quoted around town were ridiculous (2017 BMW X-1). De Colores provided me with a reasonable quote and the repair was completed very quickly. The work is excellent and it stood the rest of time—this car was repaired by De Colores in 2019. The service providers were very professional, and also quite friendly. This was a fantastic experience. Nobody wants to experience damage from a hit and run, but this shop did a great job at making the repair as quick and painless as possible!!!!

I was greeted by owners sister. Took care of me right away even though it wasnt regular customer business hours. Owner was very pleasant and gave me many options to handle my car problems. Thank you DeColores👏

I had my car repaired here this week. The team is professional and efficient. Daisy had my paperwork prepared for my arrival to drop off the car even though I was early, I received multiple phone calls with updates about the repairs from Juan, and the work was done early! The damage is completely gone and the car looks excellent, thanks to Rudy and the techs who returned it super clean. l will absolutely recommend them and bring my car back!

Very happy with the work done at DeColores. They quoted me about 2/3 of what the dealership wanted, and then completed the job on time. DeColores quickly resolved my stressful issue of having an out-of-commission car and got me back on the road.

DeColores has some very fine craftspeople. My car had extensive damage and it looks brand new. The lines are perfect. The blends are perfect. Super impressed. They really took their time and held themselves to a high standard of excellence. I’m super impressed. I would recommend them without reservation.

This place does speak english, and they were GREAT. Great price and fast service. $35 to reposter my motorcycle seat (not including material because I brought my own). They used stainless steel staples instead of the cheaper galvanized staples. Would go back and would recommend!

I just picked up my car after being repaired. The insurance company referred me to them.The whole process went very smooth. Administration is very courteous (not used to that anymore!!!) and the repair was perfectly done. Beyond my expectations!!

I am writing this review after almost 4.5 months of getting my Car back from them. That too I am writing because of the Yesterdays experience where the quality of work was showcased. Else I would have simply avoided their Not on Time and Not professional behavior.Just to give you an idea my car went for repair to this shop via Geico InsurancePoor Quality - At a speed of 70-75 on I-75, Right finder liner just got ripped off and came under car. Luckily neither we nor any cars behind us got damage or met an accident. But how often you hear that fender liner got off. It just they compromises on quality and obvious reason would be less clips would have been used to save money. When I picked by car, it was not one of the best job done as I could see bumper not properly aligned and gaps between the bumper along with sub standard parts used. Hood Rod clip missing. But I ignored all these. But now yesterdays instance makes be believe this is worst shop in Miami who cant just deliver quality even though getting full money.Not On Time - First date I was promised was 14 days. But car was delivered after 30 daysNot Professional - They never called me to give an status update on my car and every time I used to call them I used to hear same answer we would call you back in 15 minutes. And not to mention those calls never came.Second and third I can ignore. But QUALITY. Thats not to be ignored. It can kill you or others on the road.

Henry, the owner, is amazing. De Colores rates 10 stars on a scale of one to five!We have been going to him for years -- both for work under insurance coverage and for small jobs (aka, anything under the $1K deductible). The work is the same: fast, reliable and high quality. Henry is so kind and his people are first rate. My wife drives a wheelchair lift van. It is a very expensive and delicate vehicle. Dozens of repair shops, dealerships and oil change places have either messed it up or refused to serve us because of the modifications on this unique piece of equipment. When we were in a fender bender, we took it directly to Henry. His De Colores staff handled the van gently and expertly and had my wife on the road in no time. Thank goodness De Colores is very close to my house. But I would take my automobiles there if I lived as far away as Broward or the Upper Keys. Henry is also great at understanding your needs. One time, when my wife was out on unpaid leave for surgery and I was also on extended unpaid leave to care for her, I dinged up the bumper a little. I went to Henry and explained that I didnt need the perfect repair with the perfect parts -- that I could only afford a poor mans fix of pushing bumper back in place, fixing a couple clips that hold it there and doing minor painting. He understood our financial situation and even did the work in 24 hours. When I got my sedan back, it looked like the top flight job was done on the poor mans budget. I cannot say enough good things about this operation.Henry also is super involved in the community. He seeks no publicity, but has supported dozens of your sports and other causes. He also is developing a program to train you people in body work, estimating and related services.I only wish Henry could create a De Colores home repair, plumbing, electrician and other services -- because everything he and his crew does is on time, on budget and guaranteed.

The whole process was complicated but they had a really nice attitude about the process so even though i wish it did not take 3 months to get my car back... Cant say anything bad in bc it might have been my insurance (united).

Recommended by a friend that has multiple cars. My car had never been in an accident it’s like brand new 2010 and in a parking lot someone hit me so I went to De colores. Very professional and helpful in dealing with the other people’s insurance so we could get the work done. It was fast and it looks beautiful like new. Thanks very much I highly recommend them. I had this shop as a recommendation through geico to get my repairs. Everything seemed fine until i recieved my vehicle to see my sunglasses were stolen. $300 sunglasses. Initially, the man I approached about it was defensive which really made me skeptical because only guilty people get defensive. He even asked me the brand of glasses which was even weirder. then he stated that his guys arent even supposed to go in the car, even though my car was spotless on the inside because clearly someone had cleaned it. I waited for 10 minutes while he looked for my sunglasses to then be approached by someone else saying that doesnt happen here and its not how we roll. Well guess what, it obviously IS how you roll if it happened. Everyone says you cant leave anything in your car when you give it to the mechanics, those guys are crooks. Apparently, they were right this time. De colores body shop, im appauled at the way you handled the situation and would 100% not recommend you to anyone and would stop someone for trying to go there in the future. During times of a pandemic you would hope for some honor and values to surface. De colores body shop, you are thieves.

My car was broken into a week ago. Geico sent me to them and they were AMAZING! Fast service, caring, assisted in the process and great work. My car window was broken out and fixed in one day. No trace of break in! If my car ever needs repairs again I will be back!!!!

I never thought Id have anything positive to say about an experience at a Body Shop. I was wrong. I had to get my driver side mirror fixed (after a someone hit it in my mirror while my car was parked). This place was part of Geico Express Service and was the closest to Brickell. The customer service, (everyone that I dealt with was polite and always making sure you were being attended to) and the efficiency of this place is excellent. Juan (the owner I believe) ordered the part when I was there, it arrived the next day and I received a call from Daisy (whos excellent as well) on the morning of day three letting me know my car was ready. I highly recommend! Its been around for 45 years for a reason - but definitely the BEST experience Ive ever had getting my car fixed.

Lots of people in this biz are scammers the boss here is actually a good guy. The workers are polite, the work quality. I highly recommend.

Took my car here after an accident with a referral by the couple that hit me. Mgr Henry is a good guy. Described all the work done to my car. Got my car back looking brand new only a few days later.Did happen to find a minor discrepancy a week later but i took it back under their guarantee and it was resolved in a day.The entrance is located off of 3rd street and 22 ave. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And they tell you exactly when your vehicle will be ready.

Truly amazing. Bad reviews are haters. The owner is probably one of the best persons i have met. He treated me as if i were his son. Also, helped me out with the price.

I took my Audi there to fix scratches. The work was in a couple days, was good quality, and a reasonable cost. They usually only take insurance claims but helped me out anyway.

Bait and switch. Same as in Master Seat covers - got there after given a quote by Rafael on $250 for changing roof liner and 4 panels, when I got there the quote was raised to $570 - saying quote provided was only for roof - which was not true (repeatedly asked for confirmation on quote for roof and 4 panels and was confirmed). Unexcusable. Tell people how it is on the phone. If fair price is what it is - mention it and dont hook people with lies.

Completely off schedule.(but only for.about 4 weeks).Work done was not profesional.My car actually was given to me with mechanical issues that it did not have before I took it to this shop.The work done on my vehicle was mediocre at best. Stay away from this place.

Been meaning post a review on this place since 2013 when I took my 2006 VW GTI to reupholster my door panels. Went there thinking theyve been open for a long time so they must do good work. They did a mediocre job of reupholstering the doors and side panels. The reupholstered panels lacked the replacement internal padding for the upholstry fabric so the panels had gaps where they previously didnt. I had also requested that they clean the old glue from the old panel upholstry that had spilt in the back seats which they started to do but didnt finish as the seats were still dirty/sticky and they didnt even replace the seatbelt molding plastics which took me 5 minutes to do when I refused to allow them to continue touching my car. I said OK to their first estimate without argument for a lower price. I dont know what their issue was but it was THE ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY. Regret waiting this long to post this.

They are very expensive and they did a bad job on my toyota ...

The painting is very good, they work with Gaico and that is not good. THEY DONT PUT THE RETURN CLICKS ON AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CART DIDNT TAKE THEM TO THE WORKSHOP. And many were broken in the trunk. THE AMPLIFIER CABLES WAS ALSO COST DAMAGING THE CABLES AND I HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR THOSE EXTRA DAMAGES. GAICO IS NOT RECOMMENDED IN ANYTHING AND DOES NOT PAY THAT.

These people are thieves, they owe me more than 500 dollars for the rental of a car that they did not notify enterproces and they have not returned. I never go back to his business, we were sorry and my car didnt stay the same.
