I got work done a while ago and they severely over charged me for the work done. The work was done to perfection, no problems there. I went back for something minor recently and the price they gave me was outrageous.

Car been up there for a whole month..had 2 pay $1500 car still not fixed..had 2 ride Uber for a whole month at $35 a day... Please do not take your car there... PLEASE...

After paying thousands i have to takes my car somewhere else and pay thousands to make sure I have something to drive very mas better not go back there or I will tell them about themselves

Zero costumer service. Overcharge. Charged me 200$ for just 2 break lightbulbs They give you used parts that are not worth your money. Don’t go there. Worst experience ever. I don’t recommend this place.

These people are a rip off, very unproffesional They kept my car for a whole week to chanhe the power steering pump, they never fix it. I almost had an accident because the pump was not working 3 days after installation.

Butler has been around for many many years and doing great work. I recently had electrical circuitry board work done in my truck. Totally satisfied with the outcome. Yeah the tall worker damaged my board where I had to, epoxy it to the frame myself , underneath the car which is where it is, because he fix the problem. But damage something minorly, it cost me $300 to get my flasher lights board working, at Butler Electric SMH but overall Im happy I wont get a ticket for having my lights out in the rear. So even though the price was high, I would recommend Butler Electric to anyone need electrical work for a vehicle.

I went to reset the alarm of my pick up, with out diagnosing they say I need a new FOB key ($150.00) and then reset the alarm ( $$$ ), just by chance I decided to change the battery of my FOB ( $9.99 at Walgreens ) now my alarm is working better than ever, for sure they will never see me again here

First of all, they charged me $45 for a consultation in which they are supposed to deduct from the final payment should you chose to go forth with service. I proceeded to get my service from them. On 05/27, I was charged $400 plus for the services that I needed which were AC and Electrical Services. My vehicle was there for 3 days and when I picked up my vehicle on 05/30 the vehicle was NOT fixed. I DO NOT recommend this place of service!!! I was robbed without a gun!!!

I had an electrical problem with my dashboard. They charged me $300.00 ,2weeks later the dashboard stopped working. I took the car back to them and was told it was a different problem and it will cost another 350$. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

Purchased my interstate battery here and that was about 3 months ago so far so good if anything changes I will update my review thanks :)

Beware!!! I had an electrical problem and they charged me $445 just to run a wire to my fuse box which burned out ...Now they tell me I need A new fuse box....These are shade tree mechanics...You might as well take your car to a shade tree mechanic it’s cheaper and the owner Carlos Butler told me if I don’t like it get a lawyer which I already have and when she called they hung up the phone on her Wow...Beware of this shop...Ask for a warranty and make sure they writes it on the receipt

Staff is professional and the problem gets fix the first time correctly. No need for a repeat for initial car problem

They are a rip-off give you three month guarantee on parts and labor and dont stand by their word or estimate paper with the warranty. Zero stars beware I lost the motor to my car because they did oil change and didnt put the oil.

Dont go there for service people really....dont do it I had a thief system problem on my cts Cadillac and i was told i needed a computer module witch was a $700 plus job and the problem started again on my car and when i took it back i still was under warranty just for them to tell me sir its not the same problem and i was like really guy they do not stand on their 90 days warranty plus just to find out it was my factory alarm which was the real problem so that was a big lost for me $700 plus dollars dont go there for service

Had work did here they over charged me had my car over 3 month before they even know what the problem was plus my parts I purchased for the job alway came up missing and they store you vehicle outside where after hours people can take parts off beware also the main guy Carlos is very unprofessional he talks to you anyway he wants to after you paid him in advance will not and do recommend

I do not recommend this place, at first I thought they knew what they were doing, then they tell me that it is 45 $ for the diagnosis to finally say that they did not clearly know what was the problem with my car that I did not want to start, charging me 850 $ for lowering my transmission without being sure what it was, little experience and few professionals ... in the end I took my car to another mechanic and I started the car ... my problem was only the chain of time and they wanted to steal 850 from me $ for something that was not the problem, the worst are really going to starve by thieves

I highly recommend it, take my car to two mechanics workshops for an electrical problem and they didnt find the fault until I arrived at Butler and they solved me the same day and for a fair price
