American Transportation is a professional run company.. very timely in providing invoices and receipts.. and great customer service leading up to your event.. I never had to follow up a thousand times with American Transportation, like you do with other companies; American Transportation was forth coming and on point. Great experience!

American Transportation provided the limo for our kids going to the prom last night and I was the designated adult who went along (and rode in the front with the driver). For the kids, it was really special. The treatment was first rate! The limo was super clean and there were sodas and waters for the kids in the back. The driver, Juan, made everyone (including me) feel very special.I loved how careful, thoughtful, and considerate Juan was and how nicely he treated all the kids. I highly recommend this company for all your limo needs for ANY occasion!

A great boating experience with family. Our captain Jose was great. The Yacht was a cute “looker” and we definitely sailed in style! They were ontime and met all of our needs. The ice chest and water cooler was perfect. I will always use them while in the area. Amazing service!!!!

American Transportation provided first class service from booking to pickup and drop-off. I booked American Transportation and Limo to pick up my family of seven, from MIA. Yandry, our chauffeur, arrived early and waited for us. He texted when he was on his way and when he arrived, and he called me approximately 15 minutes after my flight landed to coordinate our meeting point. He was very gracious, considering our delayed disembarkation due to congestion on the landing strip. He had car seats for each of our five kids ready to go in the Sprinter, and a cooler filled with water and soft drinks.After a long day of flight delays and mix-ups at the airport, our ride with American Transportation was a nice way to introduce the kids to South Beach hospitality.A+++ across the board.

Loved and Highly Recommend American Transportation. Rented the Mercedes Sprinter for my daughter and 6 of her friends in celebration of her 15th bday. The communication from the time I inquired about the service till the very end of our rental was beyond EXCELLENT! Our chauffeur, Alejandro was on time, professional, drove carefully, and made sure the kids were comfortable and having fun throughout the entire ride. The Sprinter itself was very clean and fully stocked with ice, water and sodas for everyone. It truly was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Our driver Fernando was on time and so helpful and friendly. He helped start our vacation off right. The happy birthday sign on the sprinter door was so great and thoughtful. Anytime we are in Miami this will be our transportation service. Our drive for the return trip was Jamie and he was awesome. He made sure that we were so well taken care of and well stocked for our four hour trip. He was so much fun and was the perfect ending to our trip.

Was quoted $100 for a 1 hour drive which was agreed to via text with Lenin. Never received a confirmation email despite chasing them down for one. Followed up 2 days before my friends and I are meant to land in FLL and all of a sudden was told the cost was $165! At least with an Uber you know what you’re getting up front.

This team delivers. I have used them several times and they are consistently reliable, flexible and with competitive pricing. I was in a bind when a different car service fell through, and the team at American Transportation pulled through by getting me the exact car we needed with 45 minutes notice. Only reason not giving 5 stars was that I thought we were also getting offered complimentary water for our arrival and return trips and water was not provided either time. I was in Miami for my daughter’s birthday celebration! We rented the boat/transportation van for 4hrs! My driver Peter was very nice and polite to the entire group! The group of young adults were pretty loud and ready to turn up. Peter was so attentive in helping to adjust volume air, music for them! Yet but not least, I received a complimentary ride to the airport the day of checkout. My boat ride was a little disappointing, but the fact that they rectify the situation ASAP! I would and have recommended them to my friend who has reached out for her daughter’s birthday celebration in May!

In a previous review, I originally gave 3 Stars for some problems with service levels. However after speaking to the owner, Lenin Fraga, I have changed my rating to 5 Stars. Why the change? Upon hearing of my experience with his company, Lenin Fraga investigated the issues and immediately reached out to me to deeply apologize for the rare hiccups with service levels, he informed me that the problems were corrected and additionally, Lenin provided a full Refund for our Limo ride back to the airport. On top of the refund, Lenin also set up his system to provide me a 50% discount on my next booking. This is a great example of customer care and service and I greatly appreciated the resolution. I will also add that the vehicles provided were clean and very nice and the drivers were polite and courteous. Thank you Lenin!!!

We used American Transportation & Limo Services on Sunday for the Miami Dolphins game. Everything About this experience was first class. We were contacted the day before confirming everything. We were giving updates when the bus was on its way and when it arrived to our house (arrived early). Our driver was Angel and he was extremely professional and courteous. We cannot recommend Lenin and his team enough, he made this completely effortless for our group of 26 people.

I booked this limo within a few days of needing it and they were able to accommodate. Driver (Angel)was on time. Very courteous and kind and patient. I booked this as a surprise for my soon to be sister in law. to take the bride and all her bridesmaids to the airport for there bachelorette party. Needless to say She was overjoyed as was all the bridesmaids. The limo was beautiful, Clean and the AC worked great. ( there were quite a few companies that I looked into that had some AC issues on the reviews, which is why I mentioned it) sound system was great. Could not have asked for better service. Rest assured this is now my go to company for booking a limo. Oh almost forgot and the price was good also.
