Booked return fare with Super Shuttle from Miami Airport and back from cruise Port for transfer Oct.23 and Oct.30. No problem getting there but left waiting in the hot sun for our pickup for our return to Miami airport. No one came for us. Notified Super Shuttle who responded with apologies & a promise of refund within 5-7 days. Never received any refund. Several queries to them have not been answered. Good luck to anyone else who is expecting refunds or courtesy from this company.

Most certainly one of most inefficient services I’ve ever seen/used. American Airlines use them for shuttle the cattle after incompetently managing their flights —not due to weather. They are extremely slow, SuperShuttle, rude, and just basically a holes. If ever given the chance to use them, don’t, take an Uber.

Ive been a regular customer of SupeShuttle since early 1990s. For me this company is the safest and more secured door-to-door airport transportation. Their drivers are very professional and courteous. Their rates are very affordable and their vehicles are clean and tidy.

I took SuperShuttle on Sun Oct 6 from Miami Airport to off Alton Road and it was very good. The gentleman at the curbside at the Miami Airport was very helpful and courteous. The driver drove very well and was very helpful. The vehicle was in good driving condition and music played during the trip was very soothing.

Excellent service. The drivers are great people, very helpful and super nice. I trust them with my elderly mom to take her to and from the airport. The vehicles are very clean as well. We are very satisfied and know we can continue to trust them every time our mom flies to visit us.Thank you

The customer interaction with outstanding. Their pages and alerts that let you know once you get into the airport and where to find them are great. A better security enhancement his email that shows you a picture of your driver along with the vehicle keep up the good work.

I was able to check in quickly upon landing and received clear directions to my pickup area. The staff were friendly and very helpful and I was on my way to my hotel in record time.No complaints and Im highly satisfied.

We use Super Shuttle every year when we visit Miami. Always great service but yesterday was especially great. I was traveling with my wife, two babies, mother in law and an aunt. Lots of luggage. When we arrived at our apartment I was so preoccupied with getting all of the luggage out that I forgot my briefcase on the shuttle. An hour went by before I realized it, my life is in that briefcase. Laptop has all work info which is one of the reasons I was traveling and my wallet was in my briefcase. I called super shuttle’s office and they called the driver. He said he had it and was going back to the office now. Kadisha is the lady I talked to and made sure they had the briefcase. She even stayed a few minutes late after her shift to make sure I got it. Kadisha is an excellent person and basically saved my entire trip. The driver was great too but I cannot remember his name. Great company, great people! Remember to always tip your driver!

I highly recommend Super Shuttle. They are on time. My flight was delayed. They sent me a text message informing that the driver could not find me. I called them back after I picked up my luggage. I only had to wait for the driver a few minutes. He was very courteous.

The Super Shuttle service is well worth the value. They were prompt and delivered me well on time. The driver was friendly and polite. They texted me an interactive map of their location along with a description of the vehicle, its number and a picture of the driver with their name. This provided an extra layer of security. I am never disappointed. Plus they partner with other rewards programs and proved to be an extra benefit in assisting me to prevent my points from expiring. Two thumbs up.

Absolutely horrible! The paperwork we got said it work take 5-15 minutes after we called. When we called, they said 20 minutes. No big deal. After 4 phone calls and an hour and 7 minutes, our shuttle arrived. We had a reservation months in advance. Never again.

This is the worst taxi company anybody could every use. They are unprofessional d rude as hell. We waited over an hour to be picked up. After being picked up the driver drove around three additional times looking for others who were no where to be found. This was a waste of money and definitely overpriced charging $34 going and coming. I will be calling the better business bureau. It’s 11:12pm and I still haven’t checked in my hotel. 11/15/2019

I loved our driver who took us from the airport, but on the return trip from the Royal Caribbean Terminal A, their App did not have Terminal A as a choice and we could not check in. It took me 15 minutes to reach them by phone. And they were over priced. Just take a cab!! There are a million of them here.

Checked w their know-nothing rep and said dont know we r running behind. Waited 30 min and no vans. Taxis were 20 ft away waiting for passengers. We canceled the van and in 2 min we were in a cab on our way to the hotel and for less than $40!! Took another immediately available taxi back to the airport. still waiting on my overdue refund for 2 weeks now and after 4 phone calls. So save ur money and time and frustration and use Taxis.Their google reviews 2.4/5, BBB rating of D-. As of this writing.

I was in the van within minutes of arriving at their kiosk and on my way a few minutes there after. Driver was EXCEPTIONAL! Though it was my 1st time using this seevice, I will continue to use it without question from here on out.

THEY ROCKED! Our plane was an hour late because of de-icing....the Miami Super Shuttle staff person was so wonderful calming our party to reassure we would get our shuttle. ..it only took 15 minutes to dispatch Hector (he Rocked even more). Our ride in the rain was as smooth as ice. Hector was friendly, caring, knowledgeable of the area and was an incredible driver....so TOTALLY recommend this company.

I was double charged for a ride from Port Everglades to Fort Lauderdale Airport. The driver was great but my refund has not come through yet, even though it was promised. So I’ll give them 1 more week to make it 30 days and then I’ll take it up with my credit card company.

Our SuperShuttle driver nearly killed us. When leaving the highway, he tried to overtake a car for absolutely no reason and terribly failed, ending up full speed in the grass. He was driving like a madman!You better give me my money back.

Booked on 8/19/2019 for pickup on 12/17/2019, confirmed at the time of the reservation and the day before in order to be ready for pickup, then they never appeared at the promised time and when called them to find out what had happened, they said the reservation had been cancelled without any reason. I had to call an Uber in order to arrive on time to the airport. I will not request their services again ever and do not recommend them to anybody

The people at supershuttle Miami are the most unreliable unprofessional people that I had the misfortune to call! My ride was supposed to pick me up at 5:05 and at 5:20 I began calling to find out when I was going to get picked up. I called every 10 minutes and they kept telling me that he was just around the corner. It was a lie. The driver picked me up at 6:00 after I waited for them in the rain and they got me to the airport by 6:40. I just about missed my flight which boarded at 7:00!! Dont rely on these people to pick you up and take you to the airport!!

The manager Rudy is this organized. The handicap van is not in good condition that #Osha is going to check all of the vehicle. Plus he robbed me of my hours. I got copy of al of my paper work that I clocked in and out..

My family was traveling from Fort Lauderdale to Miami for a Make-A-Wish trip for my Son. Super shuttle just up and cancelled our ride for nothing and didnt even inform us that they had nor did they call our Make-A-Wish coordinators to inform them. I wish I could give a negative rating, would never suggest this company to anyone.

What an experience! First of all the van or shuttle barely had a functional air conditioner and I believe the shocks were probably the original ones that came on this vehicle. The driver needs a course in driver and customer safety. Everywhere his eyes went the vehicle followed. Like riding on a roller coaster. And finally he had trouble finding the other couples destination thus giving us a tour of Miami and passing our hotel 4 times. Should of took a cab. The van number was 151.

Excellent service! The driver contacted me as soon as I collected my luggage at Fort Lauderdale Airport to let me know where to meet him. The drive to my location was also pleasant and informative as the driver introduced Miami to me. He also drove me directly to my place rather than leaving me off at the front gate which I very much appreciated. I will use this service again!

Just awesome! I use super shuttle for pick up to airport in NYC, I am very pleased with the service and believe in being loyal to a business. When I need my Mom taken to or picked up from Tamarac to Fort Lauderdale Airport I trust SuperShuttle. My Mom gets very confused finding the shuttle and they have bent over backwards to make sure they find her no matter how hard it has been at times to locate her... They give 200% at dispatch and the drivers have been the same, just awesome. I do tip well which always help, but the drivers deserve the great tip because they have been so patient and wonderful with Mom.

Terrifying Experience!Used service from MIA to Ft Lauderdale. The wait wasn’t too long, and the kiosk lady was polite enough. The problem was the driver. He was all over the road. He almost drove us off freeway going around a corner, then almost caused two accidents by swerving into other lanes. Luckily the other cars were able to avoid us. He claimed he was exhausted and needed coffee. My husband started talking to him to keep him awake because he noticed he was nodding off. Then the driver said he had worked until 10 pm the night before and then started this shift at 2 am. Our ride was around 9 am. If true, what kind of company allows a driver to work without sleep?!

Making a reservation online was easy and the service at the airport was just as good. They had my reservation and a curbside van was already there to take me to the hotel.

I took this shuttle from Miami airport to Fort Lauderdale airport after my airline sent me to a different destination without baggage. Pricing wasnt bad, getting the shuttle was relatively fast but the ride was LONG! The reason for my 2-star review comes from the service from the counter to the driver. Counter employee service was so unprofessional. I was told I was able to pay the driver via card. After the long ride, we arrived at Fort Lauderdale and the driver would only take cash. I and another passenger gave him our two cents about the communication issues and he went on a rant about how his coworkers dont know what they are talking about. I had to find an ATM to give this dude cash as he held my wife ransom style with other passengers present. Only took this shuttle due to my Uber app malfunctioning. We used them because we had a voucher from American Airlines due to a cancelled flight. Their booking system is incredibly disorganized and ineffecient. The tablets they utilize have poor connectivity underground where they pick up. You never know when it’s your turn to get on your shuttle. Then when we finally got on the shuttle we went 50 yards and picked up more people. Then we went another 50 yards where the driver pulled off to the side and spent 20 minutes doing seemingly redundant paperwork.I had submitted the above 2-star review first which was obviously premature. If there were zero stars I would change this to zero. When we finally left the airport, our party of 5 being split between 2 shuttles, we were informed that of the 10 people on the shuttle 8 needed to go to one hotel and 2 (us) to another. The driver decided to take the 8 first, to the hotel that was the furthest away, and 30 minutes out of the way from our hotel.I would only recommend this horrible service to my worst enemy if I was in a really vindictive mood.

Made reservations to be picked up today ar 3:10 PM at Miami International airport. Instructions were go to the kiosk outside the gate. I did and waited 30 minutes no one was there. I called customer service. They told me to walk to another kiosk. I walked to another one. When I arrived the rudest person for the company greeted me with an attitude for hell. Then she tells me I have to wait 30 to 40 minutes. This was in addition to the half hour I already waited. I canceled the ride and called uber for half the price. No more Super shuttle!!!!!!!

I am currently sitting at the airport waiting for the shuttle although we booked the shuttle in advance. Then I was told that I have to go upstairs and print off the confirmation or pay them again and get our money back. The guys at the kiosk were not friendly and did not offer any help. Finally, I called the customer service number, and they said that since we booked through Expedia they could not help us. I am sure there is a better service shuttle than this. Please try another provider.

Worst shuttle service of my life. Took forever, driver couldn’t follow GPS directions and needed to be told to reroute by passengers. Sat idling at the terminal for 30 minutes to register 8 passengers. Drove very unsafe, swerving and missing freeway exit.Do not use this- even if it is compensated by your airline- just Uber or take a taxi, it will save you time (45 mins in my case) and a lot of frustration.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Worst experience I ever had. The two older managers Margaret and Antoinette were gossiping and did not help (I asked another employee for their names) . Also, one of my close friends got fired for being accused of stealing money. After he asked them to check the cameras, they refused, proving that they know he didn’t do it. Not surprised because I gave $60 to some girl to pay for my ride, she came back and told me I was $30 short when I knew i gave her the full amount. A young lady named Adrian gave me wonderful service and helped me while the other sat around doing nothing at 2am.
