The crew did a nice job trimming my pine tree branches away from my house. They had a tough time in removing a dead palm, but when they were done the yard looked clean as if there were never a tree in that area, I would have given them 5 stars except for a small amount of debris from the pine left on the sidewalk. No really big deal, but it diminished a little the overall quality of their work. I would have them back again.

I called because I had a pine tree that was not doing well. Debbie, the arborist came out to my property and diagnosed, mites. The technician came within a week and sprayed. My beautiful pine is on its way back. Yeah for Bartlett, they are my heros!

As new Arizona resident homeowners from Chicago my husband and I felt unprepared for the care and maintenance of the many mature trees and shrubs on our Scottsdale Ranch quarter acre lot. Ive been a client for many years and spent thousands. Finally snapped... Phone calls for advice remain unreturned, emails ditto.

Had Tree trimed and $320 later I complained that the job wasnt completed and was told that was their rate and tough. I had to clean up and finish the job myself.
