Had ArborMasters scheduled to trim 2 Sissoo trees. Was given a 3 day window for them to come out. No confirmation, never showed. When I called to find out why they didn’t show I was told we were never put on the schedule. I have text messages confirming it. Didn’t try to fix the problem just choose to not call me back. Horrible customer service.

UPDATE: I texted Steve to let him know that one of the trees that was skinned 9 months did not have all the fronds skin fall off like I was told. (We talked about this thru text so it was a miscommunication) It was not as smooth as the other tree they did. Steve immediately said that he would like to come out the next day and take care of it with his crew. They showed up. They skinned it all the way down and even trimmed my 2 palms again. The original time they came I wrote they could have been a little cleaner. This time they were spotless and even asked neighbors of they could go clean up areas in there yard as it was windy. They went above and beyond. I own a landscape company and with this service I will definitely be recommending these guys for all the tree trimming jobs. Thanks again!ORIGINAL REVIEW: They trimmed and skinned a couple palm trees as well as took out some ugly tree in my front yard. They came back a second day as it got hot. Cant blame them for that. I would have liked to see a better job cleaning up but ultimately they did good and didnt break any plants around the trees. Price was right. I would hire them again.

I originally contracted with Arbor Master because they were the only company that would come to my house to give me an estimate. Everyone else wanted pictures. On the day of the appointment Steve ( the owner) called and said he was not able to make it but was sending Cody in his place. Cody was on time, gave me an estimate and said he would send me an email estimate the next day. The next morning I received the email and contacted Steve I would like to use their service. We set a date to start work and verified the cost.On the day that work was to begin no one showed at the pre-arranged time. After approximately an hour I called Steve and was informed because of the monsoon storm the night before they had a number of downed trees they needed to be taken care of first. Understandable, but a phone call would have been nice. ( Not good customer service.)When they did finally get to my house the crew was personable and got right to work. Amazing how quickly trees came down. However, as they were chipping all the branches the chipper broke. After 2-3 hours they finally got it running and was able to get some of the branches out of the street.The next morning they were gong to be there at 5 AM. I had everything ready but only 1 guy showed. The rest came about 8 AM. Steve was not there and what should have been a 3-4 hour job was almost the whole day. They did clean up most of he debris however I was not happy with the way the stump was ground.I sent pictures to Steve and he agreed it was not right and they would come back and do it right. 5 1/2 weeks later and numerous promises texts, and emails and guarantees to get back I gave up especially when I stop receiving any return correspondence.I hired another company to finish the job. It cost me more money than I budgeted but I needed the job done.Unfortunately I could never refer this company.

Monsoon season is coming and several mesquite trees needed heavy pruning. ArborMasters tree service not only gave me a fair price, but were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Our trees look fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The owner, Steve is extremely customer service oriented. Hire with confidence.

I had a great experience with Steve, Cody and the boys. Our messy tree was very sentimental to us and they ensured I was to keep as much as I liked. They even cut the stump to my liking. I will be using them again in the future.

My husband cut down our tree and realized there was a lot of bush and we called Arbor Masters and they gave a awesome quote and came and took care of it within 2 days!! Very professional and honest! I was referred to this company by a friend of mine that had a lot of work done, after meeting with Steve and Cody, these two gentlemen went over what I needed done, I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of trees. I was ripped off a contractor a few years back, so I have been very cautious in who I trust to do work at my home. After speaking with these two guys I trusted them totally, I am very happy that I did. My job entailed several trees that needed to be done, and I knew that it was going to be a lot of work. ArborMasters tree service went out of there way to not only do the job right but the entire crew was polite, and professional. This company is an honest, hard working group of guys. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work and great workers coming to your home.ArborMasters will have all my work from here on out.

We own an acre property Steve and his crew were here for four days trimming a variety of trees, and removing six large trees. They worked with safety first the entire time . They also did stump grinding, the clean up work was excellent. I would recommend Arbor Masters to any one needing a tree service.Tom Haren

NOT good at all. Cody came to the house and we asked for a quote for 3 stump removals. We got the quote and called and talked to Steve, Codys dad to have Cody do the job. Please dont ask me how many times I called Steve to set up a date to do the stumps. I was alway told by Steve Ill get back with you, never happened, I always had to call them. The last time I talked to Steve, he said I had to call his son Cody. Got Codys # from Steve. I called and talked to Cody and he said he would call me back to set up a time for that coming Friday. We are still waiting for that call. Who ever needs any kind of tree service, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Arbor Master Tree Service.

I have more than 30 cottonwood and siccu trees on my property. A crew of 4 arrived and trimmed and thinned all. They were very knowledgeable and detailed in their work. They disposed of all the branches and my property looks fantastic.....

Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional company. They have trimmed several trees with in our neighborhood so we assumed they must be great. WRONG. When we received the estimate for our tree removal we were told they could start within two days....but they were still on our neighbors one day job four days later. Seeing how long it took, we hired another company to come take care of our work because we were on a time crunch. One of ArborMasters employees, while on another job in our neighborhood, parked their truck across the street from our home, sat atop his truck and videoed the company we hired along with our family through our kitchen windows. When asked to stop videoing our family and children they called the police on the company we hired and said they were violating safety. When the police department investigated and discovered their motives they shook their heads in disappointment and unprofessionalism. One of our neighbors had three trees that ArborMasters Tree Service started to remove, then took off half way through the job leaving the trees cut off 1/2 way for well over a week before they came back to finish, always with excuses and empty promises. For someone who charges per day they sure arent in any hurry to get the job in the time line they promise, and that was important for us as we committed to paying a company to remove our trees. Based off of the timeline they offered me and daily rate explained to me when estimating/bidding my job and the customer service I experienced from them when we ultimately didn’t use them to do our work I would definitely NOT recommend them and even further STEER CLEAR of this company.

They did a great job, did exactly what I asked for. I have seen a couple other jobs they did and always looks great, I highly recommend them!

I was referred by my Son to use Arbor Masters Tree Service, And they did a Beautiful job on my five big trees, some of which needed Trimming and some needed to be removed, the crew was on time, very knowledgeable about what needed done, answered all questions i ask them, left everything cleaned up, and was done in a timely manner, I am extremely pleased with them and would Absolutely recommend them to anyone requiring any tree work done, thank u Arbor Masters again for the excellent work u did for me.
