Chris Collins is possibly one of the best Staffing Managers that I could have been blessed to work with. Because even from my own internal issues, he has ALWAYS gone above and beyond when it came to finding me a job, when it came to making sure I had the correct equipment, and even making sure that me as a person is okay.He has always returned my phone calls and emails, he has gotten me into contact with those that were in charge of making account changes, and even has made sure that I was in a positive environment where I can be productive! If you see this Chris, thank you very much for going above and beyond for me my friend. You are awesome!

No stars needed. This is another highly unprofessional staffing agency in the Phoenix area. Never follow up with you on anything. I was given an interview date and time for a call and was ready only to find out that the “recruiter” gave me an old interview number. Then they stopped responding for 3 months and try to contact you again like nothing happened. There isn’t one decent employee in their whole organization. Honestly it’s a bunch of people that don’t want to work at all. Never again, I hope everyone is wise enough to see this.

I applied for a position with Ajilon. I received a call from Chris. He advised me of an interview that we can set up. At the time of his call, I advised I was not available to speak at that moment and can reconnect with him at a later time. I waited for the time he scheduled to call back. He never reached out again. After time passed, I found another position that I was interested in. After submitting my resume and applying, Chris informed me that I skipped two interviews. One from March with a coworker, (that I did not schedule with any recruiter nor spoke to on the phone) and another from July with him (which was never confirmed as I asked to reconnect at a later time). Then he denied an interview. I understand if they decided to do so. However, what he was referencing was something that was not accurate information and is costing potential work. Anytime I applied for a position with them, they have not connected with me. But somehow I had two interviews this year? On top of that, the email was not well written and came off unprofessional. Make sure when dealing with them, that you’re thorough and all details are exact.

I recently worked with Chris Collins from Ajilon and was very happy with my services. This company has so many bad reviews, well here’s another one. One of the managers named Brittnie is very unprofessional and rude when it comes to calling you back or keeping in touch. She even asked me to call her on a certain day and time and I did and left a message, and then left another message a week later and still didn’t here a word from her. That is very unprofessional, don’t waste your time with these people!

Not only was Chris able to place me and receive a job offer from his client but also give me the opportunity to begin a position with Ajilon healthcare. I couldnt have asked for any more then what this team was able to give me. Im proud to have the chance to work with Chris and the Ajilon Team. I had an interview with Chris Collins on Friday. I was told there were two possible positions that would be a perfect fit. I was even scheduled for an interview at one location for the following Monday. He told me he would contact me with the rest of the info. I went shopping for the perfect interview outfit, checked my email every hour all weekend, even tried contacting him.I never heard back. I got ready for the interview anyway hoping I would hear something that morning. I left him a voicemail and checked my email every 15 minutes for 4 hours. Nothing. I dont need this kind of unneccessary stress. Thanks a bunch!

The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to put something other wise they wouldnt be worth the one star given. My experience with Ajilons Mesa office was a disaster from the very beginning. They called me and offered a position everything was fine (Even though they low balled me with my experience) nonetheless it was a job and I was ready. Got to the location the interview was decent however I received emails over the holiday weekend to work never a call. Then it took about 2 weeks to complete my direct deposit form after requesting for one week straight. Finally when I was supposed to receive a paycheck I didnt. It turned out they never even issued me a check but still wanted me to perform the duties. The office manager Sonja was giving misinformation from the beginning. Even after all if this I continued to work the assignment. After about 3 months I was randomly let go from the assignment and when I called Ajilon to assist they told me to email my resume (which they already have) and that was the last i heard from their office. In a way everything worked good because now Im an office manager and I know how important it is to MANAGE so in all a big thank you for NOTHING to the entire office of Ajilon Mesa from the receptionist sending the wrong info with the social included, to the office managers Sonja, and Eric. Who never follow-up. Thank you all!!

I took 4 assignments through Ajilon and at first they were good to work with because Im not picky and I was doing everything they asked. Im just happy to work. However, on my last assignment I politely walked out because among other reasons I had noticed a lack of transparency and professionalism from Ajilon. They may get you work but based on the other reviews thats unlikely to happen...when they do its probably where THEY want YOU to be.

I had a schedule meeting with Krystel Duran, and we confirmed the meeting hours before I was supposed to show up. She did not show. The office receptionist called her several times and she did not answer. She didnt have the professionalism to call and reschedule with an apology. So she contacted me a month later in an email asking me the same questions about my interests and that she will be handling the accounts of a previous recruiter, that I never worked with. That goes to let you know that she is not keeping track of who she is contact with. What is sad is that when I was in management I used this group to fill for positions that I had open. But I can tell you this, I would never use them again, and I will make sure I warn others of their lack of professionalism in the industry.

Seemed like a great place to look for work only issue I have is the communication I had with Cassandra she never calls back in time to make realistic decisions when your in the field looking for work. She took forever to contact me and when she did it was only because I told Britnee I would have to sign on another job at my previous agency because I couldnt wait this place out any longer. So she calls and says they havent found me anything or the client choose someone else good thing I have options I wanted to laugh but shes right because had I not took my previous employers offer id be unemployed waiting on Ajilon to staff me.Your pretty much one and done here. Waste of time and gas money if you ask me very unrealistic agency. Coporate job bank has been the best staffing agency to keep you working in my experience.

I had an appointment today at 9:30 AM, I waited-and waited for over 30 minutes in a small room. (no one came in the room to say Christie S. was running late.) 30 minutes later I left, unfortunately it is a two way interview will they hold up to the 1 yr contract ? If the recruiting Mgr is unable to schedule and use time management skills properly? I have serious doubts about this, I have loads of training and management skills. In the passed 20 yrs of employment I have never been tardy to a job- I expect the same from an employer. I run on military time. There is NO excuse for being tardy to an interview, it makes everyone look bad. Therefore I give Ajilon- Accounting Principles- Parker Lynch a FAIL.

If I could give this place 1 star I absolutely would’ve but it was not an option so here we are : Currently just signed my lease for a beautiful new condo in Mesa moving from a little over an hour away . I was put on a temp to perm assignment and was promised communication and opportunities. I get put on an assignment very quickly so at first glance I was thrilled to work with Ajilon then I get dropped from the assignment however the person I started with and I submitted the same sheets took the same days off and they kept her but let me go because I said that I wasn’t meeting 40 hours or writing down my correct times I asked them how because it all goes through a data base to be approved and no further explanation was given . You’d think both of us would’ve been let go but it was only me . Luckily I felt weary from the beginning and kept my options open I have 4 interviews tomorrow thank god but it’s really unfortunate to be in such an unstable position because of this company .

Ive worked with K and she is so sooo sweet, honest, professional and down to earth. My daughter also just interviewed and received a great direct hire position with EPIC health services. This is a great company with really good benefits. A lot of companies here in the East valley really trust Ajilon and like working with their candidates. Also, if you are moving from one field of work such as hospitality to call centers or vice versa, Ajilon will give you a shot at your next money move.

Not a good company at all. If your looking for something temporary just for quick cash thats perfect if thats all your looking for. I would wuggest still putting out apps and your resume on your own. They are extremely hard to get a hold of. I took sending multiple emails and calls and voicemail and after 2-3days you might get a call back. I even mentioned that the company might not be the right fit but because they are on contract with Consumer Cellular theyd rather not move you no matter how much you dont like it. I worked for and through them when I lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and they were terrific. I moved to Mesa and started looking for work. I went in for an interview with Chris. I heard nothing from him for almost two weeks. I called and he sent me to an interview with Bashas and told me to send in a thank-you letter that he would relay to them. I emailed him said letter and never heard anything from him again after sending multiple emails. Actually having worked at the front desk for Ajilon, this is NOT how things are typically done through this company. If you are looking for work, request anyone but Chris Collins or youll never find it.

Ive tried contacting as well & hes always out of the office, in a meeting, so dumb bs excuse because he doesnt want to talk to you. Plain & simple. I finally got ahold of him today & he says I havent called you because Ive heard nothing back but we will keep your resume on hand, thanks have a great day. click. This place is a joke. Well at first all was well. Got a call Friday, Interview with K on Monday. Later that day I had an interview with Bashas for their HR. The person I was suppose to see wasnt there so I waited thirty minutes. The two people I interviewed with I highly liked. On Wednesday I got a call from K asking if I was free to see the hiring person, saw her later that day. Once again all well. On my way home I got a call saying I got the job and I was to start the next Wednesday. on Tuesday I got an email from K stating for Wednesday my start time was 9. Went in at 9, hiring woman wasnt there so I was shown around by the woman I initially I interviewed with who told me the hiring manager said I was going to be there at 8. The next day they were going out for lunch for a birthday and for me to be there on time at 8. There was an accident so I got there at 8:20 and was told I was late and I would need to leave at 4:20. The following day (Friday) I had a doc appointment at 5 so got there at 8,as the email K sent me stating my start time was. Whenever someone told me something to do I said Okay. When I was told they would show me how to run the computer I mentioned I didnt have my log on. Whenever I had a question I would get up and go to the persons cubicle and ask them politely. My first few days there I was nervous but I loved my job. When I finished my work I asked the others if they had stuff for me to do. One was so happy as she was several months behind and she was elated I learned quickly. When the main boss said my time was suppose to be 9-5 I said okay, and asked if it was okay that I got there early that day as the person I told had the day off. I would say good morning and good evening to the others. I was told saying Yes Maam was sarcastic so just to say okay with a smile years ago, which I did. I went to leave Monday to get there at 9 as they only need to tell me once. Forgot my phone so was only a block away and turned around and got my phone. As I was getting back into my car K called me saying I was terminated. Went in for my exit interview and was told I was sarcastic, and not there on time. I was nervous for one, and for two K was the one who told me the wrong time. So I accepted it, nothing I can do. An hour later the woman who I helped on Friday called me asking where I was. I told her I was terminated for being sarcastic and showing up at the wrong time. This didnt sit well with her as she though I was very nice and considerate and she transferred me to the hiring boss who didnt like me talking to her. The following day when I hadnt heard from K to pick up my stuff I called her. Apparently it didnt bode well that I talked to the hiring manager even though it wasnt my idea but rather one of the other office workers who was upset and hoped I would come back. K essentially told me that I might not get another placement. So all of this due to their mess up and I am the one let go when I got along well with the others. My advice? Find another placement agency or do your own research and get hired by the actual company.

Since that day Mr. Collins has made no effort to contact me regarding this or any other position. I want to warn everyone that is looking for employment with Ajilon you might think twice about this place. The people recruit from Ajilon are really bad people. Vianney Campos, Andrea Chavez, Nicole that they sent me out to this jobsite called Insight that the manager their abuses the temps that show up there. Insight is a terrible place cause they hire temps from Ajilon that if they don’t like you that they get arid of you. This is how works there. If you show up on time, have respect, and do the work given to you. That Scott Wright the manager there enjoys it when they send temps that will quit or they might show up, or give an attitude with team’s leads. Ajilon recruiter from Andrea Chavez sends me a text say call me ASAP that she told that they found the people they wanted that I am fired. This is pathetic as to all I did was show on time, ask questions, and enjoyed the work as to when everyone else that Ajilon send temps quiet and had attitude that I heard the teams talking about this by my desk. I called Ajilon at lunch time that I followed their rules that they fired for no reason that they said I can’t back in to get my notebook, and my radio inside because they were treating me like a criminal. I had driven my badge all the way Mesa, AZ to drop off my badge because I was being respectful to follow their rule. That they will grab my stuff whenever they feel like it. They kind of ignored me not even looking for another job. So I got another job that I called to ask them if they can mail me my stuff cause I won’t have time to go pick up my that I was talking to Nicole that I don’t have her last name but she works at Mesa, AZ location that she really snotty like that she acting like I was suppose leave during my job to go pick it up like I am supposed to get from them. So I want to let know people know that this wrong that if they can’t find another job that if you found another that they have the respect to mail your stuff and not hold it hostage. I am sure they are doing this to other people. Most temp service doesn’t treat their employees like this. I have never been treated like this like a piece of trash that is how Ajilon and Insight will treat you. If this is anyone else that we would go to jail if were to go back inside to get their stuff but I have respected their rules. My reason to expose Ajilon for this is that I don’t want anyone else to go through this. So anyone looking for employment go to other temp service that you will get treated way better this place.

I wanted to leave some feedback about the horrible relationship i have had with Ajilon. I was so excited to find a job with this staffing agency, I left a full time position because I believed in my recruiter and he couldnt work with me until I did.A few weeks later he found me one job. I got sniped 3 days later because they found a cheaper staffing agency. I got a call from him on the way home with NO explanation. I had some health problems and was greatly depressed that this happened. The communication basically stopped after this. You see , its not about helping find careers. Its about you getting your pay check . I have a degree and yet this recruiter cant find me anything except receptionist jobs. He is known for pigeon holding people into certain categories, instead of recognizing peoples talents. This is hilarious to me because earlier in the year I actually interviewed with accounting finance , and this was one of the things the manager was telling me was important. He would only offer me receptionist jobs. I have a degree and that is the best you can do ? Then the communication stops. Wont email or call back.I reached out to another ajilon center and Chelsea meeks email was given to me . She didnt even call me or email me back after multiple attempts. This staffing agency is known in the personal world as a pitiful joke. I would advise using randstad or jelly.I used randstad instead, and I am happy with my employment. I was offered a full time position. You can reach out to Jordann in the phoenix office. Very poor experience with this company. I applied for a position online and was contacted the very next day requesting an interview. The recruiter (Christopher Collins) went over a few potential positions with me that he felt I would be a good fit for. I explained to him what I was looking for as well as what my salary requirements were and Chris assured me that this could be met with two of the positions. He then scheduled me for an interview with one of their clients (Consumer Cellular) to interview for a leadership position. It was not until after the interview that I came to find this position paid less than half of what I was currently making. Knowing that I was not going to take the ob even if offered to me, I figured I could at least get feedback on how my interview was. I called and left Chris a VM letting him know that this probably was not the best fit for me however I would be open to other options, and wanted to get feedback on the interview itself. Chris never contacted me back. Not even about the other positions he claimed were in my salary range. It is possible that he found a calculator after listening to my VM and realized that $72k a year is a little higher than $18 an hour. IDK. If you are seeking career placement you are far better off going with a different staffing agency. I am glad that I am still employed and not in dire need of a job otherwise they would have really wasted valuable time. I did however have some good luck with Aerotek. While I did not find a job that fit what I was looking for (again I am in a position to be selective) they were very resourceful, and motivated to help me find the right position. I highly recommend them. I worked with Meghan Hampton from their Tempe office. If you are reading this good luck in your search and avoid these guys. This rabbit hole leads nowhere.

I told her I was working a Temp job and would be there for 3 weeks and once it was done I wanted to meet her. Nicole Heckaman hounded me for 3 weeks with calls and emails to the point where I almost lost the Temp job. When my assignment was over I called her to set up an appointment and suddenly she was too busy. She made and broke 4 appointments and on the day I finally got an appointment I called her office while I was on my way to confirm directions and the receptionist told me oh shes in Phoenix today and is too busy to see you. When I asked about my confirmed appointment the girl told me oh, Nicole knew she was going to Phoenix for a week and could have cared less over the trouble that Nicole and Ajilon had put me to. My thought is if these people are this screwed up and treat people this way how are they going to treat them when they go out on assignments?
