I have found work here on and off for years.Staff is firm but helpful.Just show up on time and understand the first few days you may not be sent out. Sort of paying your dues.But it is honest work, and yes you’re being exploited. But that is the American way.It’s like the matrix.

Definitely play favorites. You are much better suited going through Labor Temps or People Ready. Even Labor Max is more consistent. The main problem with Allied is they will book you for an over the phone ticket and then call you the next day talking about the shift had been cancelled. They will send someone who has a car over someone who has been loyal to them. I can promise its the last time they do it to me. Do yourself a favor... Go with someone else. Download the app from People Ready called Job Stack and get with them.

Been going to them for years. I recommend at first get there when the open. Dont get discouraged if you dont get out the first couple days. The man who runs it wants to see that you are willing to work. Once you get out work dont screw off. And you will get out everyday or close to it. I do every time I come back. Jim is fair do a good job and get out always

Jim is top notch. He knows the people who come to his location by name and treats you like a man, if your eager to work, youll find it here. Be consistently at the door at opening and bring your effort and integrity. Youll be reward with work. Which is why I came back to him after 4yrs. Dont get discouraged with 4hr shifts, youll get to the 40 work week by working hard, not moaning about what youre not getting. In the end youll prove your value to his clients. and the youre back to full time employment..

I have dealt with the Mesa location for the last time. Yesterday I was told I would be working Indoors for 12.00 an hour. Not only was it outside in the heat, it was only 10.50 an hour and of course I didnt find that out until it was time to get my ticket signed. This is not the first problem i have had with them. Jim also plays favorites and sends people who are half the worker just because they have a car. He will tell you whatever you need to hear just to get you out there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to them. Im telling you, do yourself a favor and avoid Allied Forces at all costs. There are much better places like Command Center on Horne and Southern and Trojan Labor on Alma School and University. You will absolutely waste your time and become highly frustrated dealing with Allied Forces.

I put in my paperwork and the next day I was called out for work.... As for there not being any work or favoritism.... There was a position open moving trailer tires that nodody wanted... If theres no work its cuz most people front want to do it... YOU GET PAID DAILY. IM GOING BACK.

I had to post a new review, because the reviews i have read are misleading in my opinion. I was not going to go to this location this morning because many reviews saying favorites go first, and its a waste of time cause i wont get a job if i dont have a car. I have to ride my bike almost an hour to get to that location, so the reviews really discouraged me.. However, i have kids to feed so i rode my bike and signed in. I sat down for maybe 45 minutes, yes people that walked in behind me received work before i did, but he called my name and i got a job. JUST GO UP THERE AND IF WORK IS AVAILABLE ITS YOURS.

They say theres work but they only send the people they like. Jim plays favorites and give the jobs to people he like. You can be the first one there and never go out. Its bullshit. They are not nice people.
