*NOT LAURAS FAULT* Unfortunately, my review has no direct relation towards Laura, but her co-agent Craig Citizen. There is no information on this person, so i was left to put a review here. Craig contacted me after i was on Loop Net looking at a location in Globe. I sent a request to Laura about the property, and Craig called me later that day. He seemed like a reasonable realtor on the phone. He gave me information about the property, and we agreed to meet at 12:00 in Globe that Saturday to look at the place. My husband and i went to Globe arriving early, at 11:30. We wandered around Globe getting the feel of the town. At 12:37 Craig texts me (Oh yes, he decided that texting was a OK way of communication without my permission. Also never sent me emails he said he was going to send) saying that he is held up in Phoenix and asked if we wanted to go inside. (well... that was the plan we already had?) He said he can be there at 3-3:30. We said yes since we planed on being in Globe for part of the day anyways. So we wandered around some more. At 1:46 he says that he is on the way. and will be there just after 3:00. (an hour and 35 minute drive...) He did arrive at 3:00, and calls me saying that his app on his phone does not work with the key lock device, and needed Laura to come out and she would be there in 30-40 minutes. My husband and i are getting really mad at this guy, but we did not want to waste the trip. We said OK. But we HAVE to leave around 4:30. Craig texts at 3:30 saying it would most likely be 4:00. We are ready to leave. This Realtor has been pulling our leg for 4 hours. He texts again at 3:48. shes almost there and i am walking over My husband and i wait for 10 minutes. Where is this guy walking from?? We decide to drive around since we are getting cold just standing around. We come back at 4:00, and check to door. We knock. No one answered... I notice the key lock is open. So they must be here?? We try the door. Its unlocked! We go inside and no one is in there... My husband yells for someone. hello? anyone here? ... nothing. We are so mad. We left. We had to go home. At 4:48. Craig texts.... we are going to take off here in 15 minutes... are you still around He never told us he was there! We went inside and no one was there! We feel bad for Laura having to work with this guy, we really are. But we would never try this again.

Laura is an amazing person to work with. Her real estate knowledge is incredible.
