We had a less than optimal experience. If you want someone who just puts a sign up and relies on the internet for everything, you are good with them. They do not do open houses. They took great pictures and Mark told us that we would have to list with them for 60 days at least, which we did, but after we canceled - he pointed out that they fine print stated we had to pay them. No other realtor makes you pay for pictures... close to $1000! They were hard to get in touch with - I spent 6 hours trying to get in touch with Mark after we got an offer and when I finally got in touch with him - he was mad....too many times he got short with us
