I contacted and spoke with a Chris who told me that he could do a skip trace and process service. All I needed to do was send the information via email. I emailed the guy the info and he did not get back with me. I resent the email and he asked for some more info which I sent. I did not hear back from him for 9 days. If he cant do it or does not want to do it, why not just say so. Poor customer service.

Chris always knows who I am before I even identify myself when making calls to their office. They (DALS team) are quick to answer my questions or concerns, they file our pleadings or make our deliveries on a daily basis and they also serve documents on other parties or entities quickly or ask for alternative information to serve when needed without racking up fees. DALS has provided other contacts in several other states when service was needed outside Maricopa or Pinal County. The servers do a fair and quick job of serving especially when given proper information. Kirk always addresses issues with their website and preparing the instruction forms as needed and is quick to follow-up where necessary.
