I wish I did not have to use a process server, but had no choice. Did tons of research and this place had the best reviews along with a great price! They answered my questions on the phone and then I filled out the online form. They called with follow-up questions a couple days later. Darren was able to serve the documents on the first attempt less than a week after initial contact with them. The person I was serving even tried to pretend to be someone else, but because I provided a photo they knew it was him. Darren provided an affidavit and made sure it got sent to the correct court. Would use again if I ever need a process server.

Our law firm has used MANY different companies and this has by far been the best experience. They send detailed updates of each attempt, respond to your emails and are extremely friendly. Many of the process servers weve used have almost been lazy and are irritated when you dont have a simple serve. They will file the proof of service if its for their county and if not, they will even mail it to your local court . These guys were definitely up for a challenge and had our individual served quicker than when weve served a business with a known statutory agent. We will only use them for our Phoenix services from here on out!

I had signed up to get my husband served for divorce but things changed and I needed same day service. They attempted it that day but were unable to find him home so they went early the next morning and was able to serve him despite my husbands unwillingness to accept service. I love that they were quick about notifying me of whats happening in my case and quick about getting me the affidavit of service so quickly. They even file it with the court for me so I dont have to rush over and get it done. Quick service and great communication!

Really bad service. I would not recommend to anyone, if it had a negative 🌟 I would rate them that. The guy that was handling my legal paperwork was unprofessional and I doubt he even tried to deliver the paperwork. I got a different process sever and he served the papers the next day and was cheaper and by far more professional. Dont waste your time or 💰 with these guys

Thank you for making this process super easy and quick. I didnt have a whole lot of money so I purchased the smallest package available and they other party was still served within days. Great communication. Great Service.We called the company when we are in court and they answered right away. We scheduled the urgent service, because the defendant are trying to move away and escape. The company did the service really fast, just after 1 hour we give him the documents, the documents was served.

Called All About Serving to serve a Small claims summons to an evasive defendant. I knew she was looking out for service so I was skeptical anyone could serve her, at least for the standard service fee. I was happy the owner was willing to speak with me at length regarding the case and a service strategy. He was professional and assured me he would do his best for me but honestly I still thought it was a long shot due to the nature of this evil woman. Then, several days later the server calls me before he was going to attempt a serve to ask a few final questions, we hung up. 15 minutes later BAM! SERVED! I couldnt believe it! These guys will get the job done! Other reviews claimed he got the job done when others couldnt thats why I picked them. I wasnt disappointed!

I can not say enough good about this company!!! After receiving a couple threatening letters from ym neighbor, i was able to get a protective order for him. But I was responsible for having the papers served to him. It was about 5pm and I had already called 6 processors. Closed or no answers. Finally found All About Serving still open and could even come and talk with me that day. Upon arriving at my house, Darren was extremely nice and professional. Asking the details he needed of the situation and the person involved. It just happened that he was able to serve my neighbor right then and there becuase my neighbor was home. As i watched my nerves raced. My neighbor was very distraught. Darren was very cool and able to explain all the details of the protection order to my neighbor. And then it was all over. In under an hour. I would have given him 5 stars for simply making me feel safer in ym own home.But what happened next was above and beyond his. As i was leaving my house, I hit a curb and popped my tired. Darren still there, gets out and offers to help change my tired. As i sit there on thw phone with my insurance confirming that i dont have road side assistance, he changed my tired. Extra work he certainly did not have to do. I couldnt have beem more appreciative. I dont know what i would have done had he not been there still. I know this wont be the last time i need to use a Process Server but i know this is the only one I will be using in the future. 6/5 stars for All About Serving!! Thank you so much.

Had a difficult time calling the Mesa Office but the GPS took me right to their Office. Once I called the Tempe number from the Website, I spoke to Darren who is the Server and he directed me to the office, that didnt have the Business Name on it. The Receptionist got me squared away and later I received a phone call from Darren who said that the papers were served. He also sent me a Copy of the signed Affidavit and he sent one to the Courts, from which is in another County. I most definitely will use ALL ABOUT SERVING PROCESS SERVER again, if needed.
